If it works it would be 5* , but not being able to book tickets for friends is horrible. It is even completely impossible to book tickets for 2 unlimited members for Pathe Leidsche Rijn through the app as they are testing a new ticketing system. So now instead of using the app I need to contact customer service every time to make a reservation. Please fix the friends list or revert back to the old ticketing system for all Pathe's so I can keep booking tickets myself.

Horrible app and software. It starts with being very unfriendly to book tickets for more than one person. Worst of all, several times it had failed to reserve the right seats, making the whole cinema experience very unpleasant.

Used to have no issues with this app but, as others have mentioned, it no longer allows me to save my friends and never remembers my preference [for cinema location]. Very frustrating. This desperately needs to be addressed please.

What everyone else is saying, used to work fine and now it doesn't. Doesn't save friends or history and no longer able to add to calendar. You're better off just booking on the website instead.

The app used to work great, but for a couple of months now, I don't see my friends, can't book tickets for certain locations, my history doesn't should, and vouchers don't load either. I'd very much appreciate if you could fix this!!

Ever since the app was relaunched this year 2021 it got worse, way way worse! It doesn't show any of my bookings, keeps showing the last reservation I made in 2020, my friend's list was deleted and the app doesn't let me add friends anymore.

I cant see my friends in the app which is very annoying. And i also canr purchase tickets for the balcony for the tuschinski cinema. Please can you guys fix this.

It used to work just fine, if clunky. Lately, however, I'm not able to book any tickets for myself or my unlimited friends without manually putting in their pass numbers and codes, nor am I able to view my history. Every time you open the app, you need to reselect your movie theater, as it doesn't save anything. Please fix it, because it has become a hassle to book tickets.

I am not sure what has happened to your app of late. Prior to the December '18 update, assorted features like an overview of saved Favourite Theatres and your recently bought/ordered tickets were available. Friends list worked, and for single seats between already reserved seats you could still make personal reservations. Now? Ahahaha nope. All these above mentioned features that worked? Not anymore. Reinstalling software, logging out and in? Doesn't work. Good Quality Assurance, mates.
