One of the worst apps I have ever used. So many bugs and very non responsive app. For those who cannot get this application to work, please enter your details and upload the files on the pass track website, rather than wasting your time on this application. Once done on the website, you can login to the app and everything uploaded will be there. Hope it helps.

Just wasting of time. No data uploaded on app and through website as well. It looks like they have made this app for others to earn money. If you come to airport for boarding, the person at counter they will ask for Pass track data and without it the won't give you boarding pass. Then some other services will help you on huge charges. 😒

This app needs to get fix it's bugs. To add your date of birth you have to browse the calendar manually all the way back to your date of year. Also to add passport picture isn't working at all. It should be easy as 123. Fix date of birth calendar and adding a picture.

Absolutely 0 star app! The person who built this app is a total slacker.Not even bothered to sneak reviews. Thousands of people using this app for travelling and its not even working at all. Problem is Where are the problem solving authorities? I can't even register with my Email ID or simple phone number. Wake up someone who built thid app hello wake up we are having troubles here.

Full of bugs Drop boxes doesn't load most of the times. You cannot select passport picture even though option is there. On submission you get server error messages

The app keeps showing connection timeout. No way to save passenger details. Asks for to much information which is likely maintained with extremely poor information security safeguards

Third class application to give NRPs another reason not to come back home. Slow, Dumb auto fills that never loads, unresponsive. Pathetic and useless!
