Up until today, I've had no issue with food, warmth or delivery times. All have been great. But today the app tells me that it can't deliver to my address. No problems the multiple times before. :(

Fan of Papa johns food but the app still needs improvement. Have used it for years. Current issue from recent update is I cannot get passed delivery options to even order food. Just keeps saying there are no stores near me.

Mistakes on delivery address, can't seem to amend or update addresses on the app, store can't locate your order when using PayPal to make payments, might aswell just call the store and order your pizza

Constant wrong order delivery. Then when they give you a code for a free side to make up for the issues, the next order the code doesn't work. Bad. Really really bad. Which is a shame because the pizza are a bit different from Domino's so nice once in a while. But the service is shocking.

Very unintuitive. Does not display prices for deals until after you have selected everything. Confusing process of changing your address if you mistakenly input wrong address.

Very clunky and you can't fill correctly your address,so I have to add flat 4 for example as special instruction, but a competitor has now updated their apo so well and very fast delivery,switched to Domino's.Just compare the rating for Domino's app compared to this truly awful one.

Awful app. You cannot edit orders well and if you add a created pizza, it defaults to a cheese and tomato. If you don't check, that's what you'll get. Needs fixing. Fortunately the android app works marginally better than the iOS but only just.

It works and it's better than it was but the user experience is still poor. At the end of the order process, you're just left with nowhere to go except to hit the home button to quit. Why not allow us to view/track the order or return to the app home? Also, no Google Pay? Please get some proper app developers to rewrite this app properly and concentrate on the user experience! Maybe try ordering from Domino's to see how it should be done.
