Pretty useless. Constant issues at check out, trying the free trial for their subscription which is not all that great. The subscription sounds good but when you order in advance for rapid pick up and arrive and all you see is an empty cup that basically says "make it yourself" on a really busy day where those 10 minutes count you kind of just go back to making it at home. This is normal by the way. They are always out of something too so you either have to go without or wait even longer.

Not sure where this went wrong, but what was once a great app to use to check your account, view your MyPanera awards, or place an order, has become a barely usable app that you can't login to. The problems have persisted for a few months with no fixes for this issue despite it appearing to be highly prevalent. Even more pitiful, is that if you try to login with the same credentials on the website on laptop or phone, not the app, it'll work. So this app is being seriously neglected

Constantly has issues with signing in even when entering the correct password. Since they keep erroring with each attempt to sign in, they lock your account, even though it's not a password problem, and you have to reset your password in order to log in after they've fixed their problem. This has happened multiple times already. This is the only app for which I have to keep coming up with new passwords. Please fix your app or if you're gonna do something like maintenance, please say so.

The app works well for me. At one time, I experienced the login glitch, but it has been a while. The graphic layout on the app is easy on your eyes and it's user friendly. Panera also charges fewer fees than other food delivery services, but they probably recoup the costs in the increased prices of the menu items. I'm still a fan!

Works well most of the time (sometimes borks), but 1) It doesn't have a toggle to use gift cards before credit cards. I've accumulated $75 due to fuel reward promos and forgetting I bought gift cards for Panera already. I deleted my card to jog my memory, but a toggle / pop-up would be helpful 2) It asks for dietary preferences, but it doesn't actually connect to anything. My rewards still sometimes reflect things with dairy, and it doesn't differentiate items on the menu with these ingredients

Ordered 2 items for delivery, was estimated a half hour wait for delivery. 1 1/2 hours later, still no food, apparently they decided to cancel my order. 0 communication about this, no texts, no email's, no notifications from the app. Nothing. When I attempted to track order, it told me to check later. Just insulting customer service, just use DoorDash directly; they'll at least tell you when your order is cancelled.

Cannot login, keeps spamming some error about autofill? How about you stop logging me out of the app, its not my bank, im just trying to order some food for gods sake stop implementing terrible overkill security. Ironically, they made pasdwords less secure by limiting some special characters, the app will just say spaces arent allowed even though i dont have any, so you gotta guess which chacters are allowed. Bottom line: unusable

So bad. I'm done with these jokers. Unintuitive, cumbersome, slow, FULL of ads (panera's...still ads, asking if I want dessert every freaking time before checkout!), favorites hard to find (why not at the top?). PLEASE devs go look at the Starbucks app and learn how to make a good UI and logical user workflow.

The app sucks and the coffee sucks. The experience is completely inconsistent. I wanted iced coffee. Some stores make it for you, some stores hand you an empty cup. Some stores have simple syrup, some have never heard of it. I've used the subscription a few times and I'm still not really sure how I'm supposed to redeem it. They usually just end up asking for my phone number. Most locations don't have a drive thru. I ended up waiting behind people ordering entire meals just to get my coffee.

You should provide an option in the app to report errors in an order instead of having to call the location. 90% of the time they do not answer. And when receiving an incorrect item, it isn't replaced with something that is remotely appetizing in appearance. For the price of the food, there should be a better way to report errors so customer are not out of their money.
