I bought the company's top alarm, the DXL- 4790 for about 500$. The app crashes when starting on Android 10. Which means I can't use half the functionality of this alarm. I can clear the app storage and it will work again for a bit but then it stops working after a while. When it does work, push notifications don't work. Overall - between the trouble I had getting the physical alarm installed correctly and working and the non working app, I wish I never bought this alarm.

I almost got a heart attack today. I check the app in the middle of the night and I see car is running and it is unlocked (in app), making matters even worse, when I try to push any button it says error. I tried new app, I tried to log one on browser, I tried to use different phone, different internet connection. Always getting "internal error 500". Guys, where is your server redundancy?! Cheapskates.

Last update broke the map. Open Street just doesn't load, like there is no Internet connection. However OSM is working through website. Google map just crashes the app, every time app tries to show map it restarts. I would rate 4 as there are mostly minor interface issues. But this map issue makes it barely usable

I bought the Pandora Smart Moto alarm. Before purchasing the alarm I was wondering if it will work in the USA, I'm on the Island of Hawaii. I wanted to know if the GPS GSM, and GPRS function worked.. I emailed Pandora and they assured me that it probably will since it has a 4 band GSM module inside. But they said they weren't sure if it will cause no one ever purchased one. They said you'll be the first if I do. I purchased online form a authorized dealer in Germany. It arrived in 5 days. Being I'm real good at installing alarm systems. I installed it. I put a US Mobile SIM card inside the alarm module. Set up the alarm system. Downloaded the Pandora Online App I Set it up. And to my surprise the app worked. I could arm and disarm my alarm with my Smart phone I can use the GPS function to track. I guess I'm the first one in the USA with a working Pandora alarm system with GSM Alarm. I'm happy that this turned out great.

The app needs some serious fine tuning, when it is done, what is a good app will be a great app.. For me the makes the system like no other that I know... hurry up Pandora and sort out the bugs..

I have added 3 cars without issues. When adding the 4th, it needs a top up. I go to the website and click top up and the button is doesn't work. Sent support an email 3 months ago and ignored. First time I see a company try so hard to not get paid.

The last 2 years have been flawless for me.The only problem I've had are notifications which depend an the android smartphone you have.On my Huawei they worked,on my my Xiaomi not.Would he nice to have an option to manually set them form inside the app.

The app crash when is used function Weather instead out temp. In the earlier version worked fine. 30.11.2020 - The problem that i menționed above returned. The app crashes again.

Would give more, but notifications don't work on my Android 10 device and I don't see an option to fix this problem. Without these notifications the app is not that useful.
