This app has been wonderful until recently. What happened to the group discount options available to users?? It is really hard to believe but you guys might lose customers. Even the purchase doesn't work some times and you'd have to repeat it. Kindly return the full group discount options and work on your customer service support.

I used to love Palmpay. Then, the app was really nice. The group discount, gemstone, cash spree and coupon redemption but now I don't even know what to say. It's becoming a useless app to me now. The group discount made everything worse. Why did you guys change the #150 #200 #100 group discount to only #100 ?? I know a lot of people won't like this either and the most annoying part is that you keep telling us to update. I prefer the old version of Palmpay to this new one. 🥺🥺🥺

I have come to remove 4 stars bcos palmpay has became a nightmare.No #200 & #150 discounts anymore, #70 discounts now #80 and just for 3 times a week, Coupons is now difficult to get because of increase in gems required, coupons are limited to a particular number per day &month, No more palmpoints 4 electricity & TV bills after a few times in a month & to crown it all I have been unable to have a live chat with customer care for 2months despite the mails and calls to customer care. I give up

You guys are doing a great job. There is room for improvement though, especially in the customer care section. Sometimes complaints are neglected until someone starts to call you out on an over the air channel before you are forced to respond. Sometimes response does not tally with the complaint made, making one to keep repeating himself. Please improve.

It is so frustrating that palm pay had devise means of extorting users illegeally. I grabbed a deal yesterday (22/7/2021) & won Power bank, but suprisingly someone was announced as the winner. When I noticed, I chatted customer service but all to no avail. In the evening of the same day, I noticed the actual number announced as winner in the morning was changed to another number in the evening. Finally, mail was sent to your company but no response till now. Hope this won't be deleted.

You would have gotten a 5 star from me, but for your recent treacherous act. I bought a #1000 data and for the past three days it was processing. The data was not done neither was the money refund. This is highly unfair on your part because it's over 56 hours now and nothing has been done.

Palmpay used to be the best before, but not now anymore. I dnt know why the app take too long to open, at times i will think its network but the same network will open browsers,another app, & work effectively, but will hang when its palmpay. Cant redeem higher value gems unless #5 or #10. Group discount also malfunction too at times I'm just sick of transacting with the app,cos of not loading & opening on time. Pls,find solution to it.

I downloaded the app because of the positive reviews I've read and heard but unfortunately, I'm not getting the positive experience a lot of people are sharing. I tried to acquire a virtual card but it isn't on my app. I contacted customer service and was told they're working to upgrade it but as to when it will be ready, I wasn't told. Is been days and nothing yet. Because of that, I couldn't complete most of my transactions

Its a really good app fact that you can make money on it makes it even better and the transferring of money is on point. Cheers to the palm pay team more sucess. The only problem i have is regarding the cash spree stuff omo the people we have to refer is becoming too high dont know if yall can reduce it tho. But in the mean time nice app ❤

In the future update, I hope you'll look into fixing the delays with accessing local contacts and country code being included when adding number (removing the last digits of the numbers) from contact list. Plus, I like your previous receipt design than the one with this update. And indeed, I'd love to send an email.
