I had trouble with my password for my digital subscription. It's been almost a month since it worked properly. I've discontinued my subscription as a result of this.

This app only has the days' newspaper in visual form. Good for that only. No breaking news. No local breaking news. What happened to Post Now (it's unusable for news)? Silly to pay for a subscription and only get a copy of old news.

Local news at your fingertips. No cumbersome paper to deal with. Tap an artificial and the pages it encompasses line up so you can have a continuous read. Well done.

If I could give this app minus five stars I would. It was just fine before the format was changed. If it doesn't go back to the old format or start to work properly I won't be renewing my subscription. Tues. March 24... I go to open the app then start the zoom in on the page and everything disappears and goes back to where I have to open the app again. Once again like I said everything was just fine the way it was. A once a ward winning newspapers now destroyed. Tues , March 31, still 👎

This app is much improved over earlier versions. It used to be very unstable on my Android tablet, but now I can scroll, change font sizes, rotate and, most importantly, I can turn off the display or let it timeout and come back to the same page I left - no slow reloads, no reset to page A-1. It still leaves the text fuzzy for too long sometimes, but I can live with that. It was much worse before.

Only got some sections of the Sunday paper, not all. Has not worked correctly if at all since rollout. Fixing it late in the day is not acceptable. Customer support telling us that we the customers are just not comfortable with the new app when the problem is theirs, not ours. Must be the same tech company that did the Iowa Dem caucus software. I will call every day and demand credit for the subscription cost until they make this app reliable. Totally unacceptable, poor software testing before rollout. Should have had a fallback model.

Totally unusable on a tablet, crashes every few minutes, changes pages at rrandom times, will not scroll or resize without freezing up requiring a hard restart. BRING BACK THE OLD ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED!!!!! After using the updated version for a week or so, I can say it is much improved. It rarely crashes now, and the random location changes are infrequent. Scaling is still iffy though and graphics are sometimes a mix of resolutions, even within a single image.

Keeps kicking me out while reading text. Update as of 7/17/2020. Desktop edition fine but android and IOS on tablets horrible, aggravating and each and every day unreadable. Jumps from section to section, loads half pages or loads excruciatingly slowly with an otherwise fine, high speed dsl/ wifi network. No attempts to fix problems and at this point none expected. UPDATE: 8/6/2020. App had bug fix as latest version opened. Same problems.Incredible that these failures cannot be resoved.

Pretty good in general. My only peeve is that in the Comics, the speech balloons (what the characters are saying) are very blurry. Can you fix this, or is there a setting? Thanks.

I enjoy this interface each morning for reading the paper. I can stay current on local, state, and national news as well as support our local newspaper, all from the convenience of my phone.
