    The app takes forever to open. Every time have to reinstall to open. App won't open. Starting here is response to the developers response. Everything checked and done and found ok at users end. And yes reinstalling works fine. Whenever I have to open the app I simply uninstall and then reinstall the app. I am doing this regularly for past 4 days now. It just take another 10-15 min doing this.

    I have to use this app more often for some of my favorite shows. But unfortunately there are some.flaws as far I have experienced. Need to improve some issues. As like navigation, search options, add to favorite option and some more. And recently the "advertising" has gone too much. It was better before. For 20 mins show there are 6 advertising breaks and even doing back n forth the commercials pops up. So please take above stated issues in concern. Thanks!

    App doesn't work properly, doesn't load at all. Every time needs to re install and login for usage. Also when using in TV it keep on buffers. You charge for subscription but doesn't support your customer for all these challenges. Worst app ever seen. World has updated a lot, but zee5 is simply worst app ever seen.

    Everything was going well, 1. suddenly it has been converted in ad Machine, what is the sense of buying a premium pack if i still have to see the ad every time.. 2. UI is very irritating, never able to see the episode what we left watching, in the continue watching, Continue watching shows the episode what we saw before 10 days, 3. there is no option to go to a particular episode number directly from the interface, have to scroll at least 15 minutes to go to desired episode... nothing can be worst than this. Please improve UI and is there any way to cancel the membership as we are not at all satisficed with this app.

    Does not work on TV well A lot of bugs are there when it come to the TV App. Though the content is good. But the app lacks speed, hangs a lot and throws error on the go. I have MiTV and facing this problem for long. Also the new problem is updating the content language automatically. Every time I have to change the setting to Hindi, and it switch back to Tamil and that is irritating. Developers of the app needs to do the proper QC and bug fixes. Also the as serving is not good.

    Movies are not playing at all. I have tried updating, logging in again, even contacted the customer helpline. I have also done what your helpline asked me to do. My phone system is also updated, in case you want to use that as an excuse. I have paid the amount of a whole premium pack for a complete year. What is the use if I cannot even watch what I want even after paying that amount. I hope that I am assisted through this issue immediately, otherwise I will demand for a refund .

    Worst app. Better don't download it n waste ur space. I wanted to watch a film and had to pay for premium but it is not even showing the payment options and have stuck at details only! Tried many times to buy the premium and every time the same thing is happening and now I have lost interest in the movies available in zee 5.

    Horrible app experience. Impossible to navigate. Every click either goes into login again, or into retry. Watchlist button, subscribe, transaction history... Nothing works. My the time you finish the ordeal to login and subscribe you just want to shut it off. The app just sucks. And the team doesn't believe in any testing or user experience. The app finally didn't let me renew, no payment option. Uninstalling it.

    Too much buggy and Slower, its loading time is too High means it people completes their nap till open the zee5 app as well as too much ads, its competing with YouTube for its ads, youtube is also not showing this much huge amount of ads. If u want to show this much ads then change the name to AdTube from zee5. Note: Older Versions Were Better than this, Updates are made by Frustrated Developers or by Greedy Person to generate Revenue.

    I can't see any of the old episodes of my favorite serial. If some how the episode is there then the screen never changes but the dialogues are changing... It's always like every old episode is just paused at the some point of the episode and never managed to continue after.All this app is good for is promoting advertisments. Please do something about it...

And the big problem is that there was not coming a single ad there were Two-two ads all time when ads came. (This problem will faced by every person who not purchased subscription.)     Try this before you subscribe, try searching for ALL the live channels, 100% guarantee they won't show all of them. Try selecting two languages as your content options, it will only show content for one. One of the easiest decision you're ever going to make, DON'T subscribe. The content is secondary but the app and website is so so so bad, I can go on and on about the MAJOR issues with the app and website. Luckily I just subscribed for 1 month, even that I feel is robbery.

    Loads of ads, which are political. Political ads totally spoils the mood for watching. One of worst apps that I have used. And if we download a content to watch later in offline, subtitles for that video Is not visible. Loads to improve from your end. And please avoid political ads from your end.

    Every time I need to reinstall to open this app. It is not opening whe open second time. Can someone take a look? Broadband connection works for all other apps. Why only second time opening is the problem. I took subscription as well. I tried the same by clearing data/cache but it's opening like first time entry and then again second time the same issue observed.

    Bhabhiji ghar par hai episode #1022 is still not playing. Moreover, the new version of the app has issues with internet connectivity. Although all other apps are working fine, the zee5 app continually loses internet connectivity, falters, and videos are taking exceptionally long time to load. The previous version was immensely better than the new version.

    One of the useless app I have ever used so far, not even worth one star, but dont have the option for zero star rating (sadly), It keeps pausing the vedios abd keeps showing Loading.. message even we have a proper network bandwidth and other apps streaming vedios properly. Don't know who has developed and tested this app. It is at very premature app and not matured enough to release in the market. Would suggest to come back after 5 years fixing all issues slowly.     Very worst experience, I have a subscription n i hve login with a single device, then also I'm getting login problem, that device limit reached, while adding divce again showing "something went wrong" n as I wrote them mail not giving proper solution, just asking for a different different info, till I'm facing same problems. N writing mail to me they are using some different name. From morning onwards I'm writing them till not get any solution.

Connection on its own gets reset and video starts from begining to stream. No issue with other apps like hotstar to name a few. Tried with other phones and stable internet to rule out any possibilities with them but no luck.

I have an active annual subscription but not able to see any movie, it is always saying some technical error please try later. So I reinstalled the app in phone but to my surprise I am not able to login using my user ID at all. This review can be retained forever because I am still having the problem in logging to my user ID.

And also the episodes are not working properly. The episode name is there but if I click it , it is showing a promo of a past episodes.     TV serial episodes are scattered EVERYWHERE. Season 1, Season 2, Season 3... very difficult to download in a proper sequence. On Netflix, it is SO EASY to download any group of episodes as the indexing is superb! If you charge money, GIVE VALUE. Else perish. No wonder you guys have begun offering 50% off....

    Movies are not playing in the app. Continously error message is coming. Cleared the cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled, all this a couple of times and signed in again. All profile details and subscription details and everything is shown correctly, but still the movies are not playing in the app, still error message is coming. Zee5 admin & development team, please sort this out immediately, otherwise the subscription is going waste. And why subtitles option not coming in Zee5 TV app ?

    I have done payment for subscription and it's also debited from my account. But subscription still not active.. Anf there is no call centre number to lodge a complaint. I have already send details many hours back.. I don't understand why don't you have advance system for payment update Many hours passed... And still after payment app is not activated.... It improved their audio quality but it needs a lot of work..its content is good but all in vain if its video and audio are not working together at the speed of 1.5 , 2.0 and 2.5...please fix this problem as soon as possible...

    Absolute nonsense maintenance. 1- Downloaded video.. is with visible bar and size but no AV. 2- Shows- 1 or 2 episodes r playing rest all with busy symbol and retry after sometime message.. 3- Customer support- No Any ..if you try to contact them. 4- Updates does not remove any bug.     I have an all access pack but still whenever I try to watch anything, the app just shuts down or keeps saying "something went wrong". The only app which gives issues. I am not even able to access the help centre. It says - token authorization missing. Even though I tried logging out and logging in again.

    Very poor app. Most of the times there is some issue with the app. It doesn't work properly. Have taken premium subscription for full year but experience has been pathetic so far. Will never recommend this app to anyone. Zee is cheating it's customers and this is a very cheap strategy of making money. This will not last long for sure.

It quite disappointed 😞 I'm already disappointed but still I'm purchasing your subscription but only able to see first episode of any drama.     Add device to the list doesn't work. Full screen on the TV doesn't work. Keeps showing device limit reached even if I'm using the same device. Whatever you click... returns a message "Something went wrong. Try after some time". Unbelievablely unreliable app with great content... but useless.

    The new interface and animations are very beautiful, and it's working for me. If possible please try to create a different app for publishing videos on hiPi, There should be different app for creators and consumers. Zee5 is very heavy that's why it crashes some time. Edit: HiPi makes my zee5 experience worse it's very difficult to go to the downloads tab, Also the app keeps getting heavier and the lagging never stops. It is unstable.

    Waste application, not an user friendly.. just I went to telugu free movies section, watching a movie.. if I click on forward option to see movie, getting 2 advertisements everytime... Need more patience to watch complete movie... Too many advertisements.. there is no option to forward or backward the movie for 10/15 sec. 🙏🙏🙏 Dandam ra babu Waste app.. don't download.. phone memory waste.

    The only reason I have not given this app 5 stars is that when I download an episode , it no longer gives the episode number in the description ( only a title or name of the actual episode). Please change this to read the episode number as its easier to keep up with the series.

    Zee5, Never recommended premium subscription it's worst experience. There is no use of it, you just need to watch unlimited adds at every minute. And most of the times app get's hang. There is no proper sorting order for shows. Useless. I just watched sa re ga ma pa telugu episodes. I Feel irritated with adds. Not only this everything is worst with Zee5 app premium subscription.

    I have downloaded app but I can not watch desired serial/episode as this app has made profile update compulsory. I have tried at least 20 times to fill and update profile but after selection of gender it shows something went wrong and try again and I can not watch further.     Unable to relaunch the app. Everytime I close the app and try to open it, it gets stuck on the logo screen. I need to go to my phone settings and clear data and then login again to use the app




    Disappointed to the core. Made the payment through gpay for 3 months subscription. Still the app asking for subscription. Tried to contact to the customer care. Got an automated email with no response to my issue. Hope I get my money back.

Glad to say that zee5 is really the best in video quality, video playing n etc. Better then sonyliv, voot n etc. Just keep the experience n don't ruin it, also there should be an option to turn off the subtitles, my only message to the developers.

    There are many show I would like to watch but I could not because it consumes lot of data for just 20 minutes show this app is consuming around 200 MB to 300 MB even if keep the quality to 240 or 144 and I would like to tell you that Amazon prime video consumes only 200 MB per movie at low quality so please work with the consuming of data and other hand this app is good.

    Lol I have a phone with 8 gb RAM and Helio G95 processor and this app is so heavy, it can't even run a single video smoothly on the phone. It's like I'm running the app on a 2008 cricket phone. Also to watch a 20 minutes long video, you have to go through like 12 30 seconds long ads.

Why do you need to verify profile at the beginning of every episode and even though we put our mobile no why it shows it is "already in use", so it does mean that we have signed in successfully right?     you cant buy one plan with debit card you have to have credit card or selected banks debit card , if you want 1 year subscription then only you get all the payments option like upi and debit card. App itself is full of bugs and glitches. I ll stick to prime and netflix.
