    Why the hell it doesn't allow to authenticate any device? Though it shows that authentication completed for TV, but doesn't login into app. Seems like I have waisted my premium membership. Can any of your developer help to fix this? If not, since I have already paid the premium amount and still in case you unable to fix the issue. Atleast then, let me know if it's ok with you for me to check on your code and instead have it fixed by myself.

    What are you doing man..? The day I subscribe to premium content I can't even play one movie . Please dont cheat at least ..and fix the problem , if u can't fix the problem then dont run recommend this app on play store Not a single series I had watched , full waste of money . After clicking play button it's buffer for a while n do anything. Cant even play the trailer , don't fool people man by thie cheap tricks ..

    Probably the worst OTT platform subscription one would take. The amount gets debited every month but then when you login, it still says that you haven't subscribed. I've taken this issue with the customer care already. If there's no action taken from the customer care, I will be reporting this fraudulent practice to the consumer's court.

    I really like the picture quality but there are some issues with the app 1) the serial episodes are not at all in order 2) the episodes are all messed up with the list 3) please add only episodes and in order wise please don't add spoilers. It really spoils the content of the episode 4) please add recently watched list to the home screen so that we don't have to search for the thing we have to watch I hope you consider my advice and please look after the issue and rectify it.. Thank you

    It's two months passed but still it technical team not done anything. I think this is worst application hence u have to refund subscription charges if you are not able to solve your internal issues. I think you are not thinking about customers hence you are not implementing your application bugs. If you are not going to solve issues of your application kindly refund such charges.

    I can't watch an episode without too much ads. I know ads are having 10 secs and skip ad it ok but continuously 30 secs again and again. Even if I rotate my phone horizontal to vertical there is an ad for more than 1 minute. Even I have a hotstar they have also ads bit not like yours. Also slowing more than tortoise. I can't pause a video. It's irritating to watch a 30 mins episode for more than 45mins.

    Your app is not working on google chromecast . Whever i play movie on my chromecast it show black screen . And it only happened on your zee5 app. On netflix or amazon my chromecast working fine but when i am using zee5 app it's not working . It's not a free app . I am paying for this app and it's not working .

    Worst app. It doesn't play not show the next episode of the next web series and i don't know why after language selection also it still shows all the other languages. It's a nightmare to see the entire series at one go. Why don't you guys check out and use the technical know-how from you tube where the desired video can be qued without any problem. I rarely see anyone praising zee5 on the Play Store review section.

    This app really sucks. Not able to play any content. All the same error "sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". Eagerly waiting to watch " The state of siege " but it's not allowing me to play any content since the day i have downloaded it. I have submitted the complaint but no response since last 2 days. Suggestion to all the web series producers, please think twice before choosing this app for your content. Also to developers, think about it, it's a zee network, not the ordinary one.

    In video, there is no controls to move forward or backword, pause button, video quality change button, it is just looking like freeze mode nothing in the display, become fed up using this app, please modify those settings to make better looking app. 2.Fed up with ads😡😠 3.Irritaing app, for 30 mb episode 500 mb consumed, not able to reduce video quality, worst app never seen.

    Seems like they are solving a lot of issues lately. They haven't solved the problem with Chromecast though. The Chromecast is detected by the app, but goes completely blank with no noise after displaying the logo. This is a serious problem with the app. The response from customer care team is pre-recorded. They have been trying to resolve a petty issue for over 4 months now.

    So many bugs while playing download content. Everytime it shows error. Even downloads takes so much time. Fix the issues. Be smooth like Amazon prime. Developer needs to work hard to fix these issue. And why we can not watch the download content offline. Everytime it is showing error. If internet is working then only we can watch then why we need to download. I have followed all the procedure still the same issue. You need to fix the bug team. Otherwise my subscription will be ruined and money

    Well if you are looking for the worst digital entertainment app then yes you are at the correct place . Content wise forget but performance wise this app seems to be in develooment stage. Its a torture to use this app. Does not play what you want to Does not open in one shot what you want to Casting does not work when you want to Cant run on slow internet (considering its lockdown) Video quality is pathetic It only shows LIPTON tea 2 or 3 times and stop working & So onn

    One of the worst movie app ever used... unfortunately subscribed for a month...poor streaming.. extremely bad experience...not able to watch a movie with continuity... Using Amazon Prime Netflix and YouTube from a long time from the same internet connection.. never faced a problem like this.. this Zee5 not able to watch a single film with undisturbed playing experience.. always pausing, loading..fully disturbed experience... stupid App.

    Please work on your TV app and mobile app. It buffers a lot. It should work flawlessly. I'm on a 100 Mbps fiber connection, still the movies buffer every 10 minutes. It doesn't even resume, I've to completely forward it again and again. My other OTT apps run smoothly. Please fix these issues.

    Its the worst video streaming app i used. It buffers like hell and not to forget about the adds. It's even worse than youtube adds. In a 30 min show u need to see adds for every 5 mins and that too 2 adds. If we are unfortunate and if the video buffers in between, we will have to see the same add series again. Above all, it drains our data. I don't understand the motive of the developers. I installed the app with a thought of getting the premium subscription, i am saved by buffering whn i tried

    Worst experience with this app. I was trying to pay for subscription, it displays something went wrong,I didn't understand whether they want us to subscribe or not for their app, and same ad is repeated atleast 3 times at once ,one after the another, it's like watching only ads,not the main content. Very disgusting app.The brand name is spoiled due to this, very worst app.

    Quite irritating app I must say. I have a paid Zee5 account and when I login from their website instead of Mobile App, they recognise me as Guest user and do not allow me to watch any Premium content. I don't know if this a feature or something, but if it is, it's definitely a pathetic one to have because if I as a user is subscribed to watch Premium content then you should not be concerned where the hell I am watching my content from, be it Zee5 Website, Smart TV or Mobile app.

    Deserve Minus star The worst app in the world. Does it ever open at all. I have two premium subscription one from broadband and one from mobile. Dead slow. Opens once or twice in a month. Buffering never ends. Resource hungry&worst in the playstore. I think zee5 management team is sleeping & the developpers are donating voluntary service without pay. Are they really developpers? Or just picked up from roadside. Does they ever test whts they've made? See the comments idiots nearly all r negative!

I have tried end number of times to buy the subscription but hell their requirements are too much, they only allow select debit cards, they don't allow UPI ID payment although there is an option, cant stream on my 4k TV even though it has got inbuilt app in it . Only thing i got from all these now is that, IS THE APP TRYING TO STEAL DATA from users? They have got all my 3 card details, 2phone numbers . God i am scared of this app now

    Most useless app, most of the time buffering. Where other app like hoststar, amazon prime video, hoichoi works perfectly over same network on the same time. After updating the app, problem remains the same. Deserve Negative star rating for this app. 🙄 Every thing is done. Clear cache, Clear data. Restart the app. Restart the FireTv Stick. But the result is same. My suggestion is please clean all bugs and glitch of your app. Loading time is too high compare to other app.

    Extremely laggy app..... Why still don't you fix the downloading problem? Why does it still take ao much time to complete a download? Why does the app need internet connection for downloaded movies? Video player is the worst of its kind... no skipping, subtitle, audio changing option... please... Do you even follow the users' rating & review? Most gave you 1 rating and mostly negative user experience... How can you be a world class streaming app without these?

    I have this app on Android, iPhone and also LG Smart TV. All 3 device app is pretty sluggish and not helpful. We bought a subscription and now the app shows ads which was not the case before. Contacted customer support by email but no response. No phone number for support. I don't think the app is good enough for the premium price paid.

    I had subscribed to this for a month. Amount is deducted from my card. And now i restarted and its showing i have to subscribe again. Really unethical behaviour. Didnt expected this from zee 5 promoters. Kindly dont subscribe this app. Netflix and amazon prime is way better than this. We get what we pay for. With datasaver downlaoding and online buffering as well. Kindly return my money or give me the subscription back.

    Disgusting ridiculous ........so many ads .....minimum 2 or 3 in starting of a particular show of only 20-22 minutes and 1 or 2 ads in middle ....sometimes ads are going on and on ..and i'm waiting like a fool ...also if i just want to see a particular episode of a particular show then i have to explore the full list of episodes then scroll and scroll down ....why don't you provide a space where i write an episode number and it appears??? After all it is a very bad experience with this app .

    This is the worst streaming service I have ever used. There are so many ads (same ad 3 times in a row), the video cannot be paused (sometimes) and it is slow (like very very slow). Try to provide better service, I can't believe people are paying for this.

    After installing Zee5 it's not loading properly at all at least in jio we could able to see past episodes now that is also removed. It will be simply buffering when we open this app Even after payment. At least they should provide proper justice for the people who have paid money for this. Else this will be utter useless and dissapointment for all the customers. hope ZEE5 app consider my opinion seriously.

    The content is great. But the video size is very smal even in fullscren. It seems the app was developed for smaller screen phones. There is no point is watching a movie on this app if it can't fit to the full screen of your phone. Hotstar, Airtel xStream both work perfectly on my phone. This one sucks.

    The only problem is- while opening, it just displays the black screen with the zee5 logo and doesnt proceed further most of the times. I've reinstalled it, still the problem persists. I get inside the app only few times when i am lucky enough. Else everytime it gets stuck on the opening display screen.

    The app is still an average and and does not meet my expectation I may write another review once I notice significant improvement in this app. In last few months, the app has improved but still the support service is still not far below that what is expected. Further I note that there is no consistency between different devices used for viewings. Often it gets disconnected from internet. Reason unknown. Menu is not that good and often takes long time to search a particular show or movie.

    I had written before that the shows were good and everything was running smoothly so far. With these types of entertainment apps,suddenly things just disintegrate! As I feared,the app began to disintegrate and it began to take a very very long time to load and in the end I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to get it to work.The loading of this mobile app seems to be very problematic.

    Worest ever. Been a subscriber of Telugu pack from last 9 months. Firstly, Application is so irritating. It wont work properly. If ever there is an app which sucks the best, this is going to be in top of that list. In middle of watching a program it displays a pop-up asking to fill some random details like personal profile even though i had filled it again and again. It displays adds(in laptop/tv/desktop) for every 2-3 mins which is irritating at highest level. I won't subscribe again. Pathetic.

    Pathetic app. I have used the web app using mobile number to login and purchased the subscription. After purchasing the subscription I am not able to login to the app using mobile number and OTP. I don't get any OTP. Forgot password says user not registered. Raised the issue with technical team on March 19 and they are still working on it. I don't see any professionalism here, don't think anybody has done basic testing of the app So are you guys using these schemes to loot people's money.

    Don't want to critisize the application too much. But I logged into the app using my gmail id and tried to subscribe. But can't subscribe as it sucks in subscription page. Error in some rare cases in any application is acceptable. But if the application sucks at some basic functionality like registration, mobile number entering means, it is really not acceptable. It makes to think that application never went to testing phase, directly released to market after development in an urgent manner.

    It deserves 0 stars. I shall have watched TV instead of this awful app due to the number of ads. I shall watch TV rather than this app. There are many ads repeated one after the other which takes 15-20 minutes to start the video. This is the same time taken to show ads on tv. One of the moat pathetic apps. There is no choice for any movies. All movies are premium. Why shall we all pay so much for a bloody app like zee5. Work on the above mentions and make your app a better app.

Even if u want to see offline videos u need to have internet...amazing...really sucks Horrible to download as it took me 30 min to dwld two episode of poison wherein 6 movies i have downloaded in prime video. Kindly learn from that, almost 30 times it crashed while dowloading and as slow as turtle. I have wasted my money.

    Had high hopes and got myself a subscription but this app just doesn't work on my phone ( samsung galaxy m30). I am unable to login as the app gets stuck and doesn't move beyond the login screen.     Most worst experience ever. I have purchased its premium for my smsrt tv and a continous 8-10 mb/s speed is not enough for this. They are ready to show you that there's something went wrong. And the customer care experience is on next level. They will always tell you what they are working for you but your problem is not going to be solved. And that's it. If you had paid for zee5 subscription then you had just wested your money. Because you can't see any prime content in your tv.

    Irritating app...First you must launch through only vodafone play which is very frustrating because if a user wants to see his downloaded video then first he neends to launch vodafone play then zee5. its device reset function also doesn't work properly even if its free for vodafone users i sometimes get locked out because of device limit related issue and Frankly speaking i don't know how does that work because i dont use this app in any other device rather than my phone still it troubles me...

    Worst app. I installed it to watch BJGPH but this app is full of ads and it makes sure to disappoint you at every single second you spend while watching. Program starts with ad and ends with, if you mistakenly play pause button, you will have to see the repeated ads again. Abd the biggest problem is that the major ads are in regional language while the programs of this apps target pan indian audience. I forgot to mention that if u fast forward the video, u will have to watch all the adds.

I thought may b there's a problem for some specific series but it's happening for all the contents. Its the issue of this app. Than I tried reinstalling it but nothing happens.     They have fairly good collection of movies and series but the app is a big pain. There are lots of quality and speed issues and those are worst during screen mirroring. Imagine worst SD quality on a 4K UHD screen running with high speed broadband. Stupid thing doesnt mirror high quality even when we have downloded the content locally. Also i have app downloaded on smart TV so dont give the bull***t reason that app may not work with mirroring. Better start working on making the app better

    Review 2: After following the below suggestion, app seems to perform fine as no buffering issuea. I am upgrading rating to 4 stars. 1 stars less as app is still slow to load. Cannot blame on the phone as phone is running on Android 10 with SD845 and 8GB RAM. Review 1: Worst app. Only Buffering. Not playing at speed of 300MBPS.     When we download a movie and watch it in offline it will not work properly and the voice will not match perfectly what we use in other apps such like amazon and sometimes it will be like jerked up and the voice will be repeating the same thing even that scene is over.     Please upgrade the app..... Once the she we see, if left half uncompleted, then again the show will start from beginning. The option of forwarding and backwarding or the option of skipping is not available all the time. Please upgrade, as the viewers is not able to see the serial and is also not having the time of watching the serial again and again from the beginning.

    Content is GOOD, no doubt in that. But the app and its interface...SUCKS. Not able to get video in full screen mode and app lags a lot. The downloading speed is also slow as compared to in Prime Video and Netflix. If all these problems get resolved then it will be definitely a 5 STAR App.

    Worst experience.The video buffers like hell.There are so many other annoying errors.I was downloading a movie,as soon as it reached 20% of the download it suddenly disappeard from downloads.I thought may be the mistake was from my side.so i started downloading again but similar thing happened when it reached 28 % of the download.keeping patience i tried once more but it happened again but when it was 70% downloaded.plz fix this issue.i had wasted a lot of my data in it.     Really dissappointed with this app. Too many glitches. 1) While watching anything if the ad comes once then it comes again after the 1st one gets over. This keeps on going. And then I can't watch that show. 2) The Tv episodes are shown premium even after it's telecasted on the television. THIS IS SO ANNOYING. I keep trying again and again but it shows premium till 1am. You gotta fix this zee5.

    Worst streaming app ever. Didn't acknowledge my payment. After payment also it said no active plans. I wrote to helpdesk but no response. I paid again I got subscription. Now i am not able to play anything. It showing message as Something is not right please try again later. Waste of money. If you want to be streaming app be like Amazon Prime and Netflix don't be like zee5. I tried clearing cache, made free space for app running, restarted my device but no use.

You guys dont even have that much good programs to subscribe , I thought of giving it a try but very worst , same ad continuously 5, 6 times irritating,and most of the time it is getting stuck after the ad , then again it is playing ad when we refresh , not going to subscribe , better you guys can put all your videos in YouTube , we dont mind watching ads but repeatedly it's annoying

    Every time you open some episode to watch it starts with lots of adds and unable to zoom , again n again you have to click to find zoom option, and it's shown after half episode is finished, n moment you restart it will again start from the same adds...deleted it earlier also , but again had to install it to watch zee punjabi, to watch hasdeyan de ghr vasde episodes n again facing this problem... thinking of deleting it....it should learn from hotstar... it's an awesome app....

    I guess this app is being develouped by some ass or stupids. I paid for the subscription but it failed. The app closes anytime it wishes. It has problem while connecting to wifi. What kind of idiotic joke is this. Netflix nd other such apps provide a very good service for the same price. If you cant develop a good app then bloody take help frm some other country and make a good app. Customer satisfaction is ZERO in this case.

    Poor connection everytime. Too slow to loads. App as well webpage hangs everytime. Never have such an experience with any streaming app. Tried running multiple apps like hotstar, prime video, etc in same interest connection at same time and everyone else worked fone except Zee5. Wasted my money for purchasing it's membership

    It is very worst experience with @ZEE5India app. I was used it in 2018 but due to struck in half way of download, I won't renewal it. Now I renewal it & same problem still there. Can't able to download full movie or a episode. Worst app but priced equally to other OTT platforms. Don't purchase and waste your money.

    Great content but the app developers should pay herd to the functioning of the app. It's annoying. I tried to buy a subscription so many times but can't go through with it. The phone number is added, still it says it isn't confirmed. Ridiculous.

    Content is great. I had this app in my LG smart tv since Jan 2020. Few days back i subscribed to premium. It worked fine for a 2 days day then app started carshing and taking lot of time to load. I have uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall but it is not available in LG content store here in UK. It is avaialable in Samsung smart tv. Please make the app available in LG content store for UK

    This App Is a total disappointment. Subscribed for a year but now I am regretting. 1st Download strucks in mid way and won't resume. 2nd All video hangs while watching and you have to skip those 1min scene. So many glitches. 3rd once a video hangs it won't resume and will start from the beginning. 4th there's no few seconds proceed or back option. 5th it takes a lot of time to open the app even if we have good internet connection. 6th Videos does not fit into full screen in Android phones.

    I paid for the subscription and also the amount got deducted from the wallet and now they are showing that i have to buy subcription again as the earlier transaction wasn't successful but what about the money which got deducted from my account? I haven't received that back. Also there is no direct access to connect with the app team who could get issue fixed.

    I have subscribed this streaming app and all of my money just went in vain . This app takes too much time to start a program also it often collapses during a show . I guess Hanging problem is the major drawback of this app . Besides Video quality is also not that satisfactory .

    Very bad experience. Not user friendly. Hotstar is 100X better than Zee5. Viewer needs to tap on reload screen againg and again due to no buffering facility/bug problems. While hotstar play smoothly with 600 to 700 kbps zee5 needs much faster which is a big -ve of this. Downloading problem. Very bad experience.

    Your digital online content is so much useful for entertainment...but there is big bugs in your downloading process...when download any content... sometimes it's automatically disconnect.... whenever there is fulfilled all requirements for downloading process....I am humbled request you please fix this issue....

    Ads sucks, seriously.. Whenever I convinced my self to see any show on this app the ads made me regret on my decision, I hardly able to watch a episode without 10-15mins ads, we can't remove them not even skip them. This is a kind of force I felt about this app..please do something with this.. I really don't want to delete this application.. Before sometime it was really a good app without so much annoying ads but now it's just an platform of andorcement.. Very dissapointed

    I been a regular user of this app but since Jan 2020 it has deteriorated a lot.....I want to buy subscription......payment is done but 2 days later it shows payment unsuccessful.......it's the consequently third that I am facing the same issue......money is deducted from my account but subscription is unsuccessful.....I have written mails but no response.....worst app.....worst respohnse......I made the payment for the entire year in April last year but not able to use this app for one day

    Worst entertainment app ever i seen. Ads are playing continuosly. Can't watch entire show. After kill the app and reopen it is playing after some time again ads will start continuously. I think this team does not using this app that's why they don't aware about this issue😅. I am thinking to uninstall this app now. I suggest don't buy premium. It is waste of money. If you want to watch ads than show then you can buy it.

    Worst app. I bought premium membership for this app so that I can stream it seamlessly on my Amazon fire TV stick, but this app sucks. Always laggy and just keeps on loading pages. Lots and lots of bugs. It would be appreciated if I get my money back as there is no use investing money in this app.

Whenever I try to watch the episode it always loading n loading for more den n hour, n later it always says ' sorry something went wrong, please try again' So better to uninstall ds app, n I suggest you guys not to install ds app ever waste of time.     Very bad experience about the app zee5. The app only work, when the internet speed 4G is high; but can't open the app or start any video, when internet speed is low. Hotstar, sony aat, abp news, etc apps can work in any speed of internet like 3G or 4G. So i can't use the app zee5 properly for to watch any zee bangla serial (Krishnakoli, Alo-Chaya, Rani Rashmoni, etc). So i think the Hotstar app is better than the app zee5; yet we can see only any star episode in hotstar.

    Worst app, gets stuck and makes your phone also disabled. I installed on my phone and when i open a video and try to close, it stuck and my phone also stuck not responding for almost 30 mins, cant even restart the phone also. It just shows zee5 page without any response. Hell with this app..

    live tv like zeetvhd zee cinema got stuck and paused. I am a premium subscriber but messed up with this issue... next time i dont take premium subscription. even i told my friends to uninstall it and never install. There are many apps which provides live content like jio tv airtel tv etc.. but you are not providing just because it needs more data... i am not cellular user than why i cant see live tv.. really messed up with this app..even not 1 star

    This is very bad experience with zee5 app. I will never suggest to anyone use this app and buy any suscription plan to watch TV shows and movies. I just buy 1 month suscription plan payment was deducted but the plan is not active yet and I'm not able to watch anything on this app. I tried to contact the customer care but they are not also reverting. They are just making people's fools. Highly disappointed.

    The content is great, but the app is pathetic, black screen, crash, bugs, and so many other technical issues, there is no point of an ott platform with paid subscription when your app doesn't work properly, learn something from Netflix and prime videos and hire some good coder, fix the problems if you want your paid subscribers to renew.

    My advice to all user: use Prime Video and Hotstar because Prime Video and Hotstar better than Zee5 Not able to for any solution Zee5, olny take time not give any solution. Offline Downloading Movies/Video Very Slow and also cancel downloding over and over again. Application is always up to date. 1: This application dose not have forword option. 2: When the phone's screen is shared on the TV, the video appears in the small screen, there is no zoom option. Etc. Very poor performence this app.

    The application is to heavy and not at all user friendly, firstly the download is too slow on all the network. Once downloaded also the videos get's stuck in offline mode too. Maker's need to work on the application and make more user friendly or else will loose the audience

    The app has a bug, wherein it keeps showing multiple device limits even though there is just one device using the app. Even after making the payment, I'm unable to access the premium stuff. Waste of money. Could have given 0 stars if possible.

    One of the best entertainment app i have seen recently. Just loved the content, they have some great plays, dramas and tele fims which we won't find anywhere else. The quality is also superb, yes they need to look into hanging issue here and there but other than that it's best perfect. I'm a happy customer.

    Disappointed if you ask me First of all even if you have regular internet speed still the videos will take forever to load. Secondly the user interface is really crappy.i took membership because I expected a lot from this OTT I even ditched hotstar for this.i waited so that you guys will eventually get everything right with updates but still same old story Finally I have to bear this until a year. But rest assured I'll never be renewing the subscription

    Lots of advertisements. Very slow performance. It happens oftenly that advertise are shown in loop, then we need to stop that show and start again then again we have to see advertise. If we forward the show, it again shows advertise......ohhh goddd, we download app to see shows not advertises😡. Time wasting immature application.

    The app hangs all the time trying to show advertisement some times it keeps on reapting the same add 7 to 8 times in a row more over that the audio in movies and shows are very low but if and advertisement comes the volume automatically increase more than 50% that is really annoying when you are watching something at night you always have too keep an eye on when the advertisement will show up so you have to be ready to lower the volume. A singel show of 40 min uses 750 mb of data lol...Gr8.😡😡

    Really bad maintenance. I have purchased subscription and the app fails to open. It takes hours and hours just for home page and forget about streaming. Even the website really struggles to open. I m never gonna renew it. 2 stars are only for my favourite program.

    Worst app ever. None of the settings work. Video loading shows spinner for minutes. Have to go back and come again. Settings authenticate not working. Even i had to recharge 2 times to get the all pack for 1 month. My money for the first recharge is gone. How do i get it back

    I have been using zee5 premium for over a year and it was alright with little bit technical issues sometimes which was managable.. but now when everything is locked down and when there is time to watch content.. i am very much in India but cannot access any content and i am getting error that zee5is not available in your region.. please fix this

    It takes a lot of time to open the application. By the time it opens we will be uninterested to continue. Also even for premium account the ads come in every 10 mins, If that is the case what is the point in taking a premium account

    This app sucks big time. Only buffering and slow navigation. Request you to dump your entire developer team and get a new one. Shame that ZEE network cannot create simple streaming application. On a positive side, content is very good but what good it is if it cannot play.

    I'm highly disappointed by this app, No doubt the content is really good. But my complaint is regarding the extent of ads one come across while streaming online. Moreover there are so many glitches in this app that it becomes way to difficult to watch seamlessly.
