    I love the app. The VRBO app is evolving with the complexity of the industry. I like the simplicity and transparency. I wish they would always display the Title of each property in each communication and provide hosts with the ability to create and save custom responses in lieu of using or always having to customize the few that they provide. But they totally ROCK. I appreciate their efforts and experience. Lisa Ambrose Host with 3 years experience.

    I hate this app. I cohost a property and despise having to go through this app. Airbnb is so much easier to get through and never bugs out on me. Half of the time I can't even see anything on the calendar. It literally forces you to go through each message and figure out who is staying on what dates, instead of showing it on the calendar. Such a waste of space and time. I would give it negative stars if I could.

    Worst app for hospitality I have encountered. Been using now for 3 yrs and getting worse. Combine all 1 star reviews mentioned earlier (1 star is too generous) to explain why this app is poor. Their phone customer service is is also less than 1 star. Issues do not get resolved, no call backs from their CSR's, many of them don't know the answers and are reading a scripts and all they do is thank you & apologize (this they do very well at). Airbnb app is miles better. CONSTANT NETWORK ERRORS.

    This app is not user friendly. For all the money that this co gets you'd think they could work out the smallest issues. VERY OFTEN when trying to access my calendar I get the error: a network error occurred. Please try again. When messaging I get an error saying my reply didn't go thru, but it did. Just today, a cust inqu about days, but didn't include her phone number. As we were communicating thru messaging we BOTH tried to provide an email & phone, but the real info was replaced with Xs.

    Very buggy, cant response to renters in app, cant approve bookings. Often times just get a red error message. Calendar will not sync up with other apps. Very frustrating, please spend some of the millions you make off of fees and commissions to fix the app problems. Edit 9/1/2021 Updated the app, same errors. I have guests who are asking me to make calendar changes and I cant access the calendar. The most vital function of the app and it's a constant red message that says network error.

    I installed the app. When I log in it keeps taking me to the uninstall/open window in the play store. when I try to open it wants me to log in again. Going around in a circle. All I want to do is list my property.

    Cant ever get this app to work, and when i called about my issues they still didn't get resolved. I can't become a super host because the app freaks out and says I've declined guests that have actually already stayed with me or had to rebook the same dates when the app freaked out. I hate it.

    Reservations disappeared from the calendar can't re-enter from my Android phone. I have no way to check to see if dates have been blocked or booked. This app is totally USELESS as it stands today.

    Some many bugs and error messages. Began using this platform not even a whole month, and I'm already disappointed. And the first payout for everyone is a ridiculously long 3-4wk processing period, per the Customer Service Representative. 🙄

    Not thrilled with this app. Keeps wanting me to update everytime I get a new booking, I don't have that much space on my phone. It wont let me cancel a reservation on behalf of our guest.
