The app has stopped working for me. Whenever I press the receiver to call anybody, I get redirected to the 'Call Log' section, instead. I emailed about the problem and have been waiting for response for well over a month, now. Unfortunately in vain. There's been no sign of life. Bear this in mind if you ever plan to use this app. I definitely don't recommend it. To staff: If there are no plans to fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate if you kindly returned my funds. simply the best. i'm living far away from home and international calls are expensive and paying for credits or calling cards is annoying. i can call for free, no strings attached with this app. its great for when i need to call service numbers back home for banking etc, or just when i want to call my mom, who doesn't do well with technology and likes to talk on a land line.

Fine when I first installed in one country. But when I moved it did not give an option to change my SIM country, even though that SIM was no longer installed. My new country was marked as my roaming country and so I couldn't make free calls any longer. There was no obvious way to change this so I deleted my account and reinstalled the app. So far so good. Filled in the first page, all in English with Ts & Cs, permissions, etc. Continued to next page: 2 choices in Korean. WHY???

I've been trying to make a call to Seoul over one hour after I purchased $4.99 credit. Now I've got only 237 min. left WITHOUT any connection!!!!!! It shows "connecting" window for a few seconds, then just ENDS the call by itself. I'm calling my credit card company to stop the payment if I don't get any support from you today. I've wasted too much time and energy with this app not working!

Worst experience ever. Have been loyal user for years but once I needed some basic support then I got explicitly ignored. This app needs you to pass a verification every time that you install it on a new device. Currently I cannot pass this verification due to some issue with the app. In the account page once I send a inquiry they replied only once after many days, telling me to contact them by email. Guess what, I contacted them over 10 times by different emails and no reply. 2 months stress.

I downloaded it here in Korea but it's all in Korean and I don't know what it says. I used Google translate but Oto is asking for some national ID number 😩. I tried using a VPN the second time after uninstalling and reinstalling, but same thing happened.

The past month the quality of the phone calls was not good. Now the app isn't working. I tried to buy some credit and the notices kept on showing. I uninstalled and installed again and I get a blank page when I try to verify. Not a good thing.

The app was working fine few months ago ... I had to reinstall, then I am stuck at the first verification step where I enter my phone number ... It always gives me an error message with "Check your network connection" error!!

been using this app for 3 years works perfect everytime love it. I get to talk to my love ones overseas without costs. best app ever! BUT somehow today it says 'check connection' and would not work this never happened before. I reset my modems my phone and still nothing. I hope it's fixed .sad face.
