Before that I prefer private taxi. But there is no standard. But most of them is genuine at reasonable price. But some of them asking double of that standard. One day one person agreed for 1.5 OMR after dropped he is asking 1.5 for me +1.5 for my wife.After that incident I prefer only O taxi. Easy to pay by card. Thanku O taxi

Great service but very strange that they can only do drop-offs. For pickups (hotels, malls, airport), you have to use the more expensive taxis. 🤔

This app is wonderful. My taxi cost become half or less after using. All trip about 1.5 omr. There are some bugs but it's five star.

Very weak service !! You never get a taxi early morning or peak times. I would challenge if you get a taxi midnight or 06AM to go airport.

If your company imposing about the discount you tell to your driver that if they see discount don't hesitate to accept it because your company gave discount to customer,, I see in the map that too much Otaxi available but no one accepting why because we have 50% discount that is coming to your company I really disappointed by the act of your taxi drivers.

the app is not accurate at all. it said the driver is 1 min away and usually u need to wait 20 to 45 mints. its difficult to find the places with search and most of the time you need to use point on map which can create problems for the ppl who are new in Oman.

The app is not able to send OTP Code or call to pronounce the code, its telling we have sent the code we will call you in a minute never sent code called. I am trying since 1 week. Developer needs to fix the issue of OTP Code for registration.
