Not too thrilled with directions within the app itself. However, the Support HELP has been very good. Where is the basic overall orientation guide to the website? Think it would be great for students-- especially ones that may not be computer whizzes.

Missing a lot of features, but more importantly, it doesn't always work. Lately the flashcards haven't been loading so now I'm only using it for the occasion video. Makes it impossible to do cards on the go because I'm not going to pull out my laptop on a commute. Messaged support about this bug and they are great at acknowledging your comments but they don't seem to act very fast because it's been 2 weeks and this bug is still present! Honestly, flashcards are the main feature for me too :(

Great for learning in medical field! I'm a nursing student and it really helps to have the short videos of each disease/disorder that go in depth enough to make sense but still stay broad enough to follow! I pay for it and I love it! Definitely recommend to anyone in the medical field or who just want to learn more about the human body!👍😁

There are always problems with this app especially when it updated. Videos constantly don't actually downloaded and when I try to delete them of my download they don't. This renders the app pretty useless for me when I try to use it offline during my commute, which is irritating.

This app is complete garbage. It frequently freezes, fails to load, stops buffering videos mid stream, stops playing downloaded videos mid playback, and causes lag/touch screen interference on my phone that I never experience with other apps While the content is an okay, high level, basic summary of clinical/medical education and knowledge, the complete unusability of the app renders the service pointless and frustrating.
