An audio oscilloscope is a type of oscilloscope that is specifically designed to measure and display audio signals. Audio signals are electrical signals that represent sound waves. They are typically in the range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which is the range of human hearing. Audio oscilloscopes are used by a variety of professionals, including audio engineers, musicians, and technicians. They are used to troubleshoot audio problems, design audio equipment, and analyze audio recordings. • Scope, Meter, & FFT displays • FFT peak tracking with readout • Quickly take screenshots • High contrast colors for view-ability This app requires minimal permissions, but must have permission to access and record audio from the device's microphone, as well as permission to write screenshots to the device's storage.

Spent a few minutes trying each function. Really valuable tools at no cost. I will add it to the tool box.

Love it! I've always wanted to see what the audio on my phone looks like in this! Also, I completely love the fact that internal audio is not applied, because I can sing with the music and it will show! The only problem I have is that it is not smooth like it should be.

It doesn't keep the microphone off continuosly like I want it to do cause I will turn phone on and the microphone is on or change games and check and microphone will be on

The user interface and graphics are impressive, but unfortunately, without a trigger control or horizontal time rate (sweep), it's not that useful as an oscilloscope, however the frequency domain (FFT) portion is usable without triggering or sweep adjustment. Due to the limitations of the phone mic/line input, it's only good for audio frequencies.
Nelson Brown
This is not an oscilloscope. There's no option to adjust the sweep rate. It doesn't even indicate what that sweep rate is. So, if your signal doesn't happen to sync up with that, whatever it is, then you can't determine anything about your signal at all. Anyone who had ever operated a real oscilloscope would know this.

It seems I need to look around and search for another application. This one does not allow you to adjust X and Y axes scale to see waves shapes. Sound generator near mic and amplitude just several mm only. The same with sampling frequency... Nothing is adjustable - I have not find any at least. Will try to get in contact with the developer to get an explanation. Hopefully.

Good start. Desperately needs keep-awake setting. Bit concerned about the advertisement/web browser wanting access to my contact list and camera video... uninstalling, but cool app with potential in future. Spectroid is a better, free app in my opinion, but this does have some features which I like.

This app does not seem to be all that responsive. It seems to simply do more bouncing, rather than following a realistic action. I use audio apps to a great degree and I am very familiar with how the display should appear. Close but no cigar. 🤔😉

Needs a few features to be 6/5. Could use a calibration mode where the loudest tone in a 3 second interval is saved as the typed in frequency, so that resaults are perfectly pitched over the desired region. Could use improve signal tracking by aligning the signal so that the intercepts with a horazonal tracking bar are held still instead of scrolling left or right constantly. Could have musical options for octive/decade markers.

Inaccurate at times - when I play a sound of 11000 hz, it shows 4900 hz or something like that. Needs to improve in accuracy. Otherwise, it is a great app. But, as I said, please try to improve the above bug.
