    Tried you use Fido extra offer of 25% discount and got the message that It has been redeemed, then tried my wife's phone and her account and same thing happened again. The restaurant owner told us this has happened with other customers also. Why put these offers when you don't want the customers to actually redeem them?

    Really hard to used. User-unfriendly in mose of aspects. You have to used website to do some changes. I wonder why the mobile service provider has such a ridiculous app.

    I haven't made any changes to my account since end of July. Every thing was okay until recent billing now my second line shows usage not available.I uninstalled then reinstalled still the same problem. Why can't I see usage for the second line. I'm not on Facebook or any social media please correct this issue as I see I'm not the only person with this problem by reading other posts

    So again nothing has changed. The app again won't show. Customer service, I can't get through to. My phone service is beyond horrible, I have missed so many important phone calls AND emails as there is something wrong with my data as well. Over and over....I'm SOOO COMPLETELY tired of this! Come on Fido!! You actually used to be honest and great! Now....I dread the thought of dealing with you

    this app doesn't work well with Android phones- logging on and viewing usage details works perfectly fine on an apple phone, but logging on and viewing usage details does not work on an android phone. all it says on the homepage is "sorry, usage details not available" - which is greatly upsetting as I do not want to use more minutes or texts than in my plan; however, I can't keep track of how many minutes I have left and gauge the amount I can use daily. what're you plotting, Fido?

    They're misleading us by not providing the charges amount under OTHER ADD-ONS AND EXTRAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE 》 value pack should state the charges. It shows the charges of the monthly program on top of the page but nothing for add-ons. I thought the whole point of going to your wireless plan overview is to see an overview of your plan not keep this feature hidden and not shown specially if you're being charged. Misleading and unprofessional.

    Can't find app when searching for Fido on my Android 11 device. It hides as My Account. App takes what seems forever to load. It won't run if you use an Adblocker so this tells me there are privacy implications. You can't see your entire bill/statement snapshot in the app. You must download. Biometrics isn't supported as a login feature. Rogers has money to buy Shaw but can't give us a top tier app?

    An entomologist's dream! It's Nirvana for bug studying experts. For me, it's suffering. The app: 1. Drops login credentials constantly. 2. Spawns endless reCAPTCHAs to "prove I'm not a robot." 3. Fails often defaulting to the login screen causing painful cycles of re-entering login credentials and reCAPTCHAs. 4. Works on occasion. But then it sends messages about server-side errors. 5. Works as designed for the "5 Extra Hours" feature. But it causes enough pain to qualify as a bug.

    Can't make a payment from my phone. I try to enter the expiration month on my card and it doesn't have it. I've called and complained, I was told to delete and re-download the app and I still have the same problem. Please fix this bug, the only months that are shown are from September to December. That shouldn't be hard to fix, thank you.

    Reading below about all the issues with Fido's App. is the main reason that I never downloaded FIDO'S app. Personally I switched to FIDO from Freedom I should have known better when their signal was just as poor as Freedom and they told me I had to up grade my phone which I am still paying for one year later and believe it or not the service/signal is even worse than Freedom!!! I just cannot get a line out, my children message me and I get their messages a whole day later.I give a zero rating!!!
