At first I was pleased with the speedy delivery. However the fact that they say out of stock of produce that could have been substituted, is very confusing. A huge retail like picknpay? Then you get your parcel with no itemized billing. And my second time there was no 2kg sugar in the parcel. You have to pay upfront. So I paid for stuff not delivered and out of stock items. I hope giving one star is also not worth for this app. Worst app i have ever seen. 1. Never ever received orders on time. 2. Without delivering product app shows order completed. 3. Now payment page is also not working. 4. Tracking doesnt work Though your app is not good. Atleast try and deliver products on time. We pay you such high prices for on time delivery.

Terrible service... spoke to 4 different agents, only 1 of them had the courtesy to return my call, but even then he didn't listen to what I asked. Freezer stuff was totally defrosted, they leaked all over the other goods. I bought an Appliance and didn't get my till slip, when I ask them should it not work and I want to return they said they will handle the process. As a client the till slip belongs to me why hide it from me. Worst so that my loyalty card loaded on the App is not used so I don't have anything to take to the shop of I have issues with the product. Do. Not. Use. This. Service. It's overpriced and the people are completely useless. The communication is weak, my order was delayed and all I got was a luke warm apology from some robotic service agent when I queried where my order was. The app is basically non-functional. Do yourself the favour and just go do your shopping yourself. Do not use OneCart. You will regret it.

Most useless online app in SA. 1st order (only Coke & Tonic Water) meant to be delivered between 16h00 & 17h00 for a party that night - arrived next day after 11 with no reasons/explanations apart from one SMS saying there is a delay. Today I ordered 2 items for lunch (roast chicken & bread) delivery between 13h00 and 14h00. Just before 14h00, another SMS to say there is a delay. No point in delivering today's lunch tonight or tomorrow.... and an error trying to cancel via the app... bye bye...

Not impressed at all. If I am paying R100 for delivery and concierge then I expect my delivery to be at the time I requested. Initially was excited over the convenience this may offer, but if I need to wait around for hours for a later delivery with no ETA then I'll rather just go into the store myself.

Worst service ever. They NEVER deliver on time. And their communication is the worst. They send one email and never get back to a customer for follow up. They even knock off without trying to put a customer at ease about the late delivery. Waste of time. Never using them again!

This app is such a waste of space. I downloaded it because I wanted to track my order but it doesn't even give me that option. The app just keeps buffering and logging me off. My order was due between 4 and 6 and only got an email at 7 that my order was not going to be processed until today and when I asked for my refund it has been such a mess. I'm am so disappointed.

Not working in Durban but they don't warn you of this before you pay your money. Finally got refunded after they said there were no drivers in the area after waiting a couple of days past their delivery deadline. Extremely disappointed because the idea seemed to be a convenient one.
