    Completely pointless app. There are no menus and all it does is show me an image of my card, the value and last 4 digits of the card number. There's nothing that allows me to use it or even explain how to use it. It's a £100 digital card, a gift from my employers, but the T&Cs state that I can only spend a maximum of €50 (about £43) online. I will have to request a physical card and then wait for the shops to reopen to be able to buy what I want. Hopeless.

    Would give this zero stars if I could. Doesn't even let me log in. "Mobile Compromised. Something went wrong." Yeah, my employer wasted money on a voucher that can't be spent online and can't be spent in person. Presumably the complete unusability is designed to force you to spend the money required to turn it in to a physical card.

    The digital card doesn't work through the app. Remains in a constant state of loading and won't transact in store. I ended up having to use my digital card solely for online purchases.

    The only thing worse than the app is the support. The app tries to override the phones default payment provider, on every open, with no option to stop that prompt. The app itself never got beyond the no cards registered error even after jumping through multiple hoops to get it on the account on the website. Their support is a whole other level of bad. Expect a response no quicker than a week, not that it matters. They won't read your message and just send back unrelated rote responses.

    Complete waste of time and energy! Got a gift card for Christmas from work and haven't been able to spend it as yet!!! The app won't even accept my details even though they have been checked and checked and simply won't allow me to sign in so I can't even spend the money. Shambles doesn't even cover it!!!

    I was given a £10 gift card, and can certainly say I'd never wish one upon anyone else. You can use it online, but ONLY up to the value of the card. In my case half would've been used for the delivery charge. In store you can split payments but most of their partner shops are closed at the moment. It's a challenge to jump through their hoops without losing the will to live. Could definitely be made easier to use. I would find a different gift

    My God this has to be the worse thing ever! I was the one responsible for gifting staff these for Christmas as it seemed the best option in the pandemic! We would of had a better chance spending butter vouchers than these things! This app/digital voucher has done nothing but cost me money as every god damn website I tried after hours of shopping failed, left me using my own card!!! So frustrating! Defo wont be a purchasing next xmas!

    Absolute rubish. Does not explain how to use for online shopping just shows you image of the card no card number. Half of the time cant even log in. Have a gift card there for 50 eur over 6 months no idea how to spend it. Rubbish.

    Well that app is an embarrassment, if ever there was one. It doesn't even allow me to log in. Instead I get a message saying "mobile compromised." I used to like One4All but it really seems to have turned into a redundant service. Pity.

    Had to submit ID to a third party in order to see the card. I cannot figure out how to set as default payment. No option to do this even though the app was reinstalled. No answer from customer service after 15 min waiting. No response to emails. Very disappointed as should be easier to use.
