Has to be the most annoying, frustrating thing I have ever tried to use. I have this gift card on my phone for the last 8 months and cannot use it. When you finally find a retailer that will accept it the thing wont complete the transaction. Tells you the transaction is complete and a few seconds later it tells you it has failed. So annoying. I will never again buy a one4all gift voucher of any kind.

Soul destroying app. Can't even log in at the minute... As for payments, I had to read a review here to tell me how to do it correctly because the instructions weren't clear enough. You need to have the app set as your default payment method and more importantly, HOLD THE PHONE UP TO THE MACHINE FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE. If you tap and take the phone away then it won't read properly. It's sad that the reviews have to give the correct instructions, especially after it's already been pointed out

Waste of time! I have been unable to use this card. I have tried online and in store, both failed. I ended up spending £150 of my own money as the card didn't work when I got to the till. Luckily the shop assistants were very patient and ending up knocking 15% off my bill as they felt sorry for me! Would prefer a ’real' card.

If you want to lose your money then buy their card. There is zero after sales service no number to call or email id. Just use the app and check FAQs. I can't use my £100 gift card (which was a gift) and can't get any help. The number at the back of the card is automated balance check.. nothing else. Wish I could give them stars in negative. Bunch of thieves!!

Worth company ever ! I have 3 cards in their website that I have been trying to use for 2 years. When I try online in a partner website the card is never recognised. I saw the opportunity to pay with the app in store directly. After downloading it, I'm unable to sign in, I tried to reset my password from the app, I'm able to connect online with my new password but not from the app... I'm really losing patience. While the idea is great and could make a nice gift this is just a lost of money

Bit slow to use but saves the hassle of having to sign the gift card now with the digital wallet. Loads of comment here that it doesn't work properly , but it's cause they haven't read the manual. U have to press the NFC symbol on your phone to change the default wallet manually to one4all for it to work in the app. Once thats done it's easy to use.

Patchy at best, kind of works but sometimes just will not allow you to pay. Have ended up having to use my own money a lot of times when this fails. And then comes the other issue which is this application wants to take over being the default payment application for your phone. So when trying to pay after the application fails to work for the 11th time, you have to uninstall the app or reset the default payment app back to Google pay. It has potential but it just seems to be not ready yet.

Poor, unable to use digital card in store unable to retrieve details to be able to spend on line absolute joke of an app have already had to contact customer service to get ones converted to physical cards. There is no issue with my wifi or anything else. Had always been a fan of One4all up until this but this app needs to be fixed. Poor poor service now unable to access money that is mine.

I kept trying to add my digital giftcard and have gotten the error message "the service is not available, try again later" on 3 DIFFERENT DAYS. Even after FINALLY loading my card to the app and verifying my ID I am not able to use my card in store. I called customer service who advised to order physical cards and wait 2 weeks. Ridiculous as this is a reloadable card and my employer will be sending another amount in January so I will need to order more physical cards. Please sort out your app!

Doesn't work. The didital vouchers don't work online and the app doesn't work either. These vouchers are useless, but if you're downloading the app it's probably too late. Edit: I can't reply to developer responses. The card details do NOT work on any of the websites I tried, all of which are listed on your website. The app also doesn't work for nfc payments. It is completely useless. Edit 2: please stop responding, your service is bad and doesn't work. Hence all the bad reviews.
