I had to find an app to replace Google Music because I absolutely will not be subscribing to YouTube Music. I am thoroughly impressed with Omnia Music Player and have no complaints. It's exactly what I needed. Because I don't subscribe to streaming music apps, I only need something that plays my purchased music. This does the job well and it works with Android Auto. Bonus!

Although it's a Pulsar clone, I'm experiencing none of the bugs I dealt with using Pulsar. What's offered for free is great too. My only real issue is the slider. I can't comfortably navigate to most of my music because the slider usually doesn't even work. It's a problem every time I'm on the app.

Nice player, with EQ and concert hall effects if you like studio music to have that "live" sound. The price to keep the effects perm (a 7 day ad free trial is permitted) was nominal, so I gladly paid. I like that the player's equalizer and effects engine works over blue tooth or on plugged in headphones, which I like. I bought a cheap pair of Coby cushioned headphones and this player makes them sound like a concert hall or a local music lounge.

Just a clone of their Pulsar player with a slightly different look. both cost $3.99 for full functions. nothing special about these players they do the exact same as the free version all over the playstore that have a 4.5 star rating. some of them ARE really free and there are 3 or 4 that have no ads. save your money and go download them. this is a scam.

I am so glad I found this app after Google Play Music went away. I was so tired of You Tube for a music player. Omnia does everything that was good about the former Play Music and more. A small, one-time purchase unlocks many features which allow you to customize and enjoy your listening experience. This is the app you want if you miss Google Play Music.

  6. Nikas-avatar

"No audio header found" This was my favorite music playing app because of its simplicity and functionality, plus the clear equalizers. But now it won't let me save after I change or edit tags. I will give this 5 stars if you can fix this!!! It just says the error is no audio header found... and I don't know what that means.

  7. Paul Perdue-avatar

The best MP3 app I've ever used. Let's me edit song info, add any missing artwork. Let's me shuffle the songs and let's me see what order they play in. And customize. No ads!! Five Stars. I'm really impressed.

  8. Jason Heesch-avatar

I really like the music player easy to navigate, easy to edit metadata. I'm glad I found this one, I'm really happy about the icon also it's really pleasing to look at.

  9. John Christmann-avatar

    John Christmann

A simple no frills music player with all the features you actually need and nothing extra. Fast and reliable, what else would I want?

Omnia sets the bar. User options make the difference. Easy to understand, easy to use. My music, no notification, no commercials.
