I just did my first workout with it. I love the instruction and moving pictures it gives along with a detailed description of how to perform the workout. Only thing that needs improvement is I'd like to hear a beep when the time runs out so I know when to stop rather than having to look at my phone constantly. Great mini workouts though which as a busy mom of 3 is super helpful.

Good app with lots of workouts. The fee wasn't cheap, but it's an investment, just like one's health. The app needs two features. The first is some sort of feedback when the user taps save after finishing an exercise, to show that the app registered the tap. I learned the hard way after my workout that tapping save was not optional. Secondly, point out the above to the user because it isn't immediately obvious. Maybe that's common sense, but obviously some users will not think to do it. Good app overall.

I like it but it also annoys me for one small reason. In order for your reps to be counted you have to let the time clock roll completely through then actually put in how many reps you did and save, per exercise. I suppose it makes you accountable, shows that you are present, but still annoying. *edit* I figured out what I did wrong. I love it!

I really like this app so far. It has a variety of workout categories that you can try and adjusts your target to help push you a bit more. If you want a longer workout, you can request for more. Not sure yet if I will purchase or subscribe to full app yet, but it's looking good so far.

in general the app is simple to you, good for someone like me just strating to workout. Some improvements would be: some of the images dont go with the pictures, it would help if someone would read you the instructions so you dont have to check you phone, also the app allows the screen to turn off all the time its kind of annoying, and lastly would be good to have serval multi plans so i can rotate each day different work outs.

So far I think it's awesome!! The one suggestion I would make is to add an option to set different multi - workout sessions for each day of the week. Like... I want to do fat loss and abs on Mondays, then butt and yoga on Tuesdays, etc. I would love it if I could set it up to tell me which ones I picked for each day...

Only 2nd day but I love how simple it is to use the app. The picture and descriptions and timer are just what I need. I like the idea of 5 min even if I want to extend it I can but if I tell myself just 5 min per set of exercises for some reason it seems more doable than saying I need to go workout for xx amount of minutes.

Forget the upgrade. The ad says the upgrade will give you music. Sounds great but all you get is a bell ding to get you started. Save your money. There doesn't appear to be any refund available.

Only used the app once and I'm loving it.So many exercises to try in a short amount of time is great for me because as a mother I dont have alot of time but I love to stay fit.

Nothing revolutionary, but does the job. Also some of animations to describe what the exercise you are doing are ambiguous.
