Good app but two things needs to improve one is patients can not submit more than one report or prescription to show doctor as medical history. Making appointments is convenient but the feedback section is too small to write a detailed review about one's experience. I had a bad experience with a doctor recently and gave a feedback accordingly. Interestingly I can't find my review (the negative one). All I can see is the positive and high rated reviews against that doctor. And then these guys want me to upload my medical record onto their app. How can I trust you with that?

Worst ever experience. Booked an appointment which was confirmed by the app. Went to the hospital and the receptionist told me that the doctor is not associated with the hospital since last two months. If the doctor isn't associated with the hsp any more why the app allowed me to book an appointment. Also App helpline don't take the responsibility of there mistake. Highly not recommended. Waste of time.

There is one thing in this app which is really annoying, I've revealed caller to call me after maghrib because I do night job but still receiving call before maghrib if I keep my mobile silent due to Oladoc so other important calls miss and if don't silent my mobile so my sleep disturbs. There must be an option to select available feedback timing from user besides that Oladoc is the Best app I've ever seen, means everything included in this app by which you can easily get to your required doctor

The app is great but still needs a lot of improvement. One time, I booked the appointment and doctor was not there saying she cancelled appointment but we didnt get any notification or information. I gueess that wasnt app fault so still giving 5 star.

Updating Review after use of 3 months. Good service but being bombarded by phone calls to give review about doctors i have visited is completely insane. Agents dont have the courtesy as well to ask the person if he is busy in a meeting they just start questioning. very annoying.
