The app is good but it does run slowly sometimes. Also, a dark mode or in simple words, a dark user interface would be greatly appreciated. Nevertheless, I really love this app as this app has helped me do multiple trips to the hospital and a trip to the blood bank withput any hassle when my father was admitted to the hospital. Even after so many years the shittiest and buggy app. 1. Google pay option doesn't work (something went wrong error) 2. For KYC gallery option doesn't work 3. Always needs GPS. I don't know for what joy 4. For Google pay payment got a reminder call twice and the option itself does not work. I was left arranging for cash after the ride. So irritating.

It's almost impossible to reach to ola customer support. They don't have a direct phone number mentioned anywhere nor they want to share their email address. They just want to go to app and use the support option which is even more useless as 'Support' = 'FAQ'. So, you are forced to read hell no. Of FAQ when actually what i need is a quick call to customer care for my issue resolution. But hey!! Who the hell are you? Customer, so? We don't care. We just want to waste your time!!

No auto ever accepts the ride! It'll be searching for it for almost 10-15 minutes and nothing. Even when they show you 4-5 autos in the map around your location. The rides are usually in deteriorated vehicles. Basically, there is no emphasis on quality. Even the ola drivers act as if they're doing us a favor (except a few, of course). What's the point of having such a variety of vehicles when you can't even get them to accept rides?

Have been facing this issue since quite sometime now. I have been using Ola since a while and this is the third time that I have been charged some amount as penalty or increased fare charges for no fault from my end. There is no direct number you can call on to address the issue on the app. I have had enough of this issue and if this continues, I will be happily uninstalling Ola.

Since the last major update it's working awfully, changing the pick up point, not tracking my position or driver's properly and the directions to the driver are longer than needed due to the excuse of "faster route". I tried to create a support case for this last matter and the application just thrown an error and doesn't allow me to do it again now. Uninstalling and going back to Uber.

One 🌟 because of the following - 1 Ola resets pickup location, to current location always despite having set to intended location. 2 Ola prefers cash payment, perhaps this the reason for app to trip payments mode to cash. 3 App keeps on searching for cab for too long and at last says it couldn't find the one. App then suggest to search cab, among all types of the cabs instead of chosen one, and also increases the fair two times. 4 App shows cab moving towards us, but it doesn't come many times.

The new user interface is painfull for everyone. No option to book rides for someone else. Earlier there was an option through which you could choose one of your contacts and tell the app/ola, before confirming the booking, that you are booking the ride for someone else and your phone will remain with yourself; and in those cases ola used to share the contact details of that person with the ola driver. But now thats just not possible because ola has degraded its own user interface.

Horrible app !! Booking ola Auto daily (morning nad evening) from this app and have never cancelled any ride (only the auto drive cancelled when got to know that payment will not be in cash).Mostly I paid in cash only. And today I got to know that they have blocked me and showing the reason that I have cancelled the rides multiple time Horrible thing is that no customer care. I have mailed them the same thing with my daily generated bill. How can you people do something like this. disgusting!!

Let me say this with the greatest possible respect, while i appreciate the work done in making this app, the algorithm that decides the fare is RIDICULOUS. For every ride OLA charges you more than twice compared to other cab services. In that amount you can have a round trip from your destination and can have coke if thirsty. While the interface is great, the pricing ais where it lags.

Note this is a review of the app, not the service. The app can be improved significantly, starting with getting rid of the requirement for your location service to be on for the app to open at all. Why do you need my location when I update a card? Or link my Velocity account? It's a waste of time and battery life

Absolutely annoyed with this app, the app has a bug where if your screen turns off on idle, the app asks you to turn on GPS and starts scheduling a new ride without telling the user about another ride being scheduled/ searched for . I've had to cancel so many rides that got booked without me doing them and am further charged 15 rupees for this. Absolute trash, Ola you need to do better.

I was charged cancellation fee incorrectly and when i select any option from options like "driver cancelled trip" etc. and submit It says try again later. After some days i tried to call customer support but it keeps saying number has been changed please go to support section and call. Atleast update your number or give e-mail id. Posting here as im not able to contact you guys.

Absolutely dejected with the level of unfair and unethical practice of ignoring the customer complaints and now even though the app. Registering a complaint is a process by itself but then when it comes to the stage of selecting the method of reimbursement it simply shows Something went wrong and a second attempt to register the complaint it just says you reached the maximum limit for this request.

The Ola app is absolutely no match for the Uber app. Using this app is nothing but a struggle. The location does not get detected, every time it has to be entered manually. When you try to book a ride, it might get booked but it will neither show up not will let you book another ride. It has happened so many times that the app shows that my request for a ride has timed out and suddenly 5 mins later I receive a call from a driver saying I have booked an Ola. Pathetic experience of using Ola!!

The overall performance is not appreciable.. The app will not take the exact location using GPS.. It books using different location and I've faced trouble couple of times with the drivers.. Also the drivers were calling for the pick and were enquiring about the payment mode and they were dropping the ride if we are saying it's OLA Money.. I wonder why that feature is provided when customer has to face this sort of problem.. Even the drivers were cancelling after knowing the drop location as well

Can't change my phone number. You have to register a phone number and an email. You change your mobile number and there is then no way to change your registered number. I guess I'm not the only one who has changed their phone number. Currently I am unable to use the app #fail

Very bad experience. They give google pay payment option after paying still they ask for cash . Dont have direct customer call support in the app. please improve the payment methods else remove google pay. People at midnight will not wait for ur refund or pay double. Horrible payment experience. There partner support dont have customer support number. No proper process. Fix it else you are really going to lose a lot of audience soon.

The algorithm needs to understand and give a near correct estimate of the wait time. The waiting is usually shown as a few minutes but generally take 3 to 5 times longer for the cab to actually arrive. This is a very poor user experience as one cannot rely on the estimate provided to reach someplace on time.

0 stars if I could.Disgusting service. Estimated amount is just a trap, be sure you will be charged a minimum 100 extra on top of that(even for 5kms). Raise a concern,app says you were charged as per the estimated price(wow).Click on call support-something went wrong.Support calls for asking money everyday but no one resolves the issue.Have been harassed for months with to n fro calls and no resolution to the issue and they won't escalate to managers if they can't do anything.WORST SERVICE EVER!

Too many notifications, constant bugs that interfere with usability (e.g.:won't allow to pay from same card used to automatically pay the ride before). Charges tolls when you didnt go through one. Worst ever customer service, could not even get through to someone to send proof that I did not go through the toll, automatic response says I did and ignores the request to check the route. These days it takes me 30-40 mins to find a ride on the app, when i get one the drivers cancel on their own. It's really frustrating to keep looking at the screen for 30-40 mins. Specially when you have to reach somewhere on time. The drivers cancel the ride on their own is so unprofessional, and they should be able to see the drop out location,rather than asking the riders.

What's wrong guys. You got three different options to log in, what's the use of fb, Google when in the end you are asked to input phone number. I have my account already registered. Okay i'll.tolerate that, i input my number, now that I forget password, the puropose of OTP serves nothing, i have to get a call for resetting password. Okay I'll do that too, the call said press one and you can login now but after call ended the screen stays stuck. I LOOSE MY SH** AT THIS POINT. i go back to Uber.

As I heard on BBC news that your app will be replacing uber soon I thought just to give the app a try before it comes in effect in London in a couple of weeks but you should add more payment options at the only option you've got so far is add your bank accounts manually the other bank of option you should add is able to access through Google pay and PayPal and have more than a few logging options as you've got so far is sign up through phone number and Google and Facebook I would suggest Twitter

OLA map is displaying pin at incorrect location when Street address is provided manually. (GPS is showing correct coordinates but wrong Street Address) On searching for location by name, "Holy Tiny Tots' School" is populating in the search drop-down but both Street address and location are wrong. Please check Google Maps or Here Map for the exact latitude and longitude of the School. Else, tell me the name of your map provider so I can contact them and get the correction done.

It's so annoying when you confirm booking, after that continues to search a ride even after there is lot of ride available nearby. May be it's the current version issue, but i am facing a lot. Sometimes even after confirm booking it hangs on fetching details of the ride and i have nothing but to wait for long.

the most horrible cab app....never ever let's u book one when u need it the most... especially in the prominent locations and ZEZs of the city, like - DLF Cyber hub, airport, connaught place, noida sector 18 and so on... even when you are ready to pay the peak hour price, AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF EMPTY CABS LINED UP, the app puts u in a 'bidding war' situation. if it's your lucky day, u may win on the 6th or the 7th try. Oligopoly at its worst.

Payment experience is absolutely horrible. Doesn't take payments like Uber, forces you to remember to pay through the app. Ends up having to pay by cash. And if the ride is even remotely close to ending, 5-6kms I mean, the app refuses to let you pay online. The number of times I've had no cash on me and had to find an ATM because of this horrible app. Absolutely horrible.

Used once and would not want to use again unless necessary. I was charged almost £2more for waiting becuase the ride arrived too early. The other day the app couldnt find a ride for almost 10 minutes. Also the taxi-fare for the 7mile ride was £20, the sedan fare £16. Instead called a proper registered Taxi at the fare of £15. The irony. You want to use app for cheaper fare but its more expensive. Only gave 2 star becuase the app may find me find a quicker ride someday.

I was charged double the fare that had been mentioned at the beginning. On top of that the drivers that the app was assigning for my pick up kept cancelling and I was finally assigned with a ride 10 minutes later. It wasn't peak hour and this isn't the first time it has happened. The availability of drivers seems to be decreasing. I used to use Ola almost everyday before this incident happened. But after this incident, my trust has been let down.

Why you remove share booked cab details to anyone in new update as it was in old app. For ex.if i want to book cab for my family member and i want to share the cab details via text message. In new update i can't do it anymore and the layout is little bit complex for use than before.

My family travel 74 kilometers and at the end they were charged for 100 km. And most importantly from that instant i have been trying to raise this issue with Ola but every time they pick the call and disconnect it after 3 seconds or so. And also i m not getting any option in my app to raise this issue.

Your app and your customer support are pathetic. I kept waiting for the payment option to get enabled but it never did. I tried calling support but the number was not reachable as always. This has happened to me many times before and twice in a row since yesterday. Fix you broken app, man.

When I booked a cab it showed me Rs 133 but when I reached my destination, the driver charged me Rs 198. I don't know what is the problem... But it's really disappointing that we are not getting this information before. As soon as we completed our ride then we got to know. Very disappointing!

This App is pathetic the technology is lacking booking a cab takes minimum 20 minutes on top of that rides take over 20 minutes to reach 40 minutes minimum to start a ride on top of that expensive compared to uber..... only using this app as I'm not able to connect with my uber account... all in all this app is a joke in name of IT.....get your act together guys at ola......

Can't update expired credit card with outstanding payment. Cant input same credit card number with new expiry, cant delete old card with outstanding payment. Complaint/issue raised x 2, however same response, use a different card! I DON'T HAVE A DIFFERENT F****** CARD and no PayPal. 29/11/2019 - ticket no: 1791750

Very bad app....gives one estimate of the ride before booking...and after arriving there the rate given is much more higher.....we didn't even change the route or stop anywhere in the middle.it doesn't even accept any complain as well.very disappointed by this app.this type of problem was also experienced by my near ones as well.

WOULD be a better use than other popular personal driver apps, BUT, 9 times out of 10 the drivers drive in opposite direction or cancel your ride leaving you stranded. I've reported drivers MULTIPLE times but have been been reassured that this changes.

SUPER DODGY! Be aware of this app, they have no customer service at all. They keep on charging the same trip multiple times and there is no way to delete your information from their database. This is against privacy policy. I will take this case to the VCAT for a solution.

Worst app ever!!! I wish there was a zero star option too. Keeps showing cars nearby but whenever you book a cab it starts searching with loads of delay resulting in no cabs available. Wastage of time!! Tactics to earn money through surge.

Really annoyed with pool booking, it doesn't find matches within stipulated time and the cancel request button doesn't work. Exiting the app doesn't exit the search and some 20 minutes later I'll get a call from some driver asking about my pickup.

Very unprofessional, The app displayed Rs. 54 before taking the ride then in the end of the ride it charged Rs. 123. Although I insisted the diver too take the same route that app is displaying. But in the end I ended up paying just double. I am not going to believe in OLA now. They are looting the customers.

I don't know why but i had stopped getting coupons on my rides . I am a regular user of this app and i used to get various coupons for my ride which made the rides cheaper but since few months i am not getting any whereas my friends are loaded with them . Kindly look into this matter and try to do something about it .

Totally useless app. It will show ample of available cabs near you but upon trying to book, either it will keep on searching or shows some waiting time that freezes with cab location. I tried waiting for more than 30 minutes. Finally driver cancelled the ride. He didn't even receive my call.

I'm using ola for almost 3 years now and I recently started using ola select. I'm very disappointed in ola select as I'm paying same on ola select the amount I used to pay previously in peak hours and non peak hours, prices are twice the prices during non peak hours. I've become fool by paying for ola select. It's just waste of money only. Never pay any extra money for any of their schemes.

Got Promotion offer after my review but the same is not getting updated in Apply Coupon. Location always showing wrongly by default and i need to edit the Pickup location always.Now a days charging more than actual fare shown in app and it happened for my last few rided continuously. I'm very disappointed with this app because I'm not being logged in my account after so many attempts. It doesn't give any response after so many i have entered otp also confirmed call verification, it hangs after i attends the call l. I have tried many things to get clear as reinstalled the app also cleared the catch data. Now i want developers to solve my this problem as soon as they can

App integrated map is not working accurately and the price for the ride it shows at the time of booking and riding changes(increases) after the ride completed and you have to pay more than you promised to pay... That happend to me every second time when i book a ride on ola ;(

This app has been blocked for me one fine day. They were showing contact support. But no where to get access. The reason listed was I have cancelled multiple booking on a day. The fact is I haven't cancelled any till now. My account has prepaid money which I am unable to use.

I did not even want to give it a star.Because this is the most useless application I've ever.Because every time the driver cancels the booking because if we cancel, we have to pay it, but if the driver cancels, he does not have to pay anything, so he would cancel every time.I would like to advise all of you that use any application, but do not use it.

The experience has become horrible over the past few months. Rides get automatically cancelled without any rhyme or reason. I even saw a person get into the car during a share trip, on time, give his otp to the driver and then the ride got cancelled. Fix the app if you want to keep the customers.

New update is not good. Im not able to track the ride. Its always going to home page even after clicking track ride. Very bad experience. Im not able to connect to the driver now and don't know where is the driver currently. Not at all expected from OLA

The app based booking process is pathetic and full of glitches. Booked a taxi for my destination but I needed only one but it booked itself automatically second taxi simontaneously two times. Second taxi driver booked automatically misbehaved.The service seriously needs to solve this issue to improve its app service to customers.

When you change. Make sure you update your faq and also how tos. They have removed the book for someone else feature and its hard to find it. Need it for an emergency and they killed UI trying to be modern.

I can't change my new phone number. When i enter my new number, it says the number is already exists and i tried in 5 other different phone number and still give the same response. Fix this bugs fast.

Totally fraud people! I had initiated a recharge of ₹999 from my Bank account on 5th Nov, 2019 which had failed.. Now, after submitting them all the requirements which they had asked like screenshots of failed transaction notification, Bank's Ebanking passbook page, Bank's msg advicing the said debit from my account, etc. the refund has not been credited to my Bank account till now! 😡😠

Have used trice Ola on yesterday choosing the payment option as UPI, after the completion of journey the message changed automatically to pay by cash. Which is very embarrassing situation as now a days people keep minimum cash in the wallet. Kindly look into it. We the older who opt.ola frequently, recommending that while booking the option for enlarge the screen may be added as many times we forget to keep our spectacles in pocket and booking the Ola it's very difficult to read the OTP etc

The app does not allow to pay through Google pay. Everytime a pop up shows up saying "something went wroong". Kindly improve the UX. The situation becomes tough when I first select the google pay option and then I need to pay in cash due to this bug.

Now a days it is working weird. First it shows nothing is available after taking some time to check. And then all of sudden you will get a call that something has booked and without notification. Make it accurate please.

Has been a horrible experience for sometime, it always says no internet connection even though there is an internet connection. Sometimes when it shows connection it never shows any ride. Worst App Ever!

Worst experience, they showed me the price of 107 when I booked an auto from bhopal railway station, but magically it got converted into 183 while there was no traffic, this is happening with me for the second time. It's better to book a prepaid auto from railway station. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed. Really want to sue them but can't because of lack of time

Was great but in the last 3 weeks app has stopped working so unable to use. Does not find cars in area after adding in destination. Deleted and reinstalled, now account is blocked. No option to call. Have sent email.

its almost impossible to find a cab anytime. Also the fare goes up like anything during peak hours. They charge extra for prime play which never works! when u try to connect that with your phone that also says wrong pin

Geolocation problem- it doesn't catch the location even if the location is turned on. The app keeps on shutting down and asks to turn on location again and again. request the ola team to fix the issue asap.

Actually zero if possible. Worst app ever. Poor support service which is not ready to help customers but to pass it's mistake of bank when not able to pay during ride as per gpay offer.And atlast they give no solution. Never use such fooling app.pathetic app and worst issue solving. No one is ready to take responsibility to solve issue about gpay not working for many customers 😡

Today i tried so many times to book ola cab.everytime i tried booking, the app booked cab at very high distance.. I had to board a train @7 pm.. i kept trying to book since 5:35.pm Either driver denied duty or the waiting time was too high as cab booked was at much distance.. Unfortunately I missed train.. I wasted 25 minutes to book ola...the server was too low... Earlier, i trusted ola cabs as reliable service..but now their service has worsened.. I regret..I've to delete the app .. Ola bye

The new login process of identity confirmation via phone call is not working. I got 4 calls and still have not been able to login. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

Old app was great and excellent. In fact beacuse of app only i was using ola as against ubee.. now update version is same as uber... as might use now frequently uber being app is same. In this year I hv spent less 1000 on uber. Check spent punt for ola for this year itself

Worst app i am scheduling a ride for my friend in pune and i am currently in chandigarh the app is worst experience app even vehicles are available in that zone but still it showing me finding finding means its take 4-5 minutes in searching for vehicles still not shiw any result. I think this app is worst app if you are using for rental purposes.👎

Its a worst cab service. I tried booking a cab, it took 7-8 minutes to locate nearby available cab and response NO cab available. I tried to book a cab thrice each time no available nearby. So it took approx 30minutes of trying and result no available cab. What a service. Warning- book on your on risk and with lot of extra time.

Can't open the tracking screen after booking a cab. I also tried through Your Rides. When I clicked track it again redirects to the booking screen. Fix the bugs. New update is terrible.

Their share pass is quite a scam. They'll offer flat rates but never let you book a cab. I tried booking with a pass and my flatmate without one for the same destination. She got it immediately and I couldn't even get after 6 tries. This happened 3 days in a row. So taking a share pass actually is a big disadvantage with no refund also.Also you do not have the option to pay later with Google pay and by mistake if you don't pay before the ride ends, you have to pay cash immediately.

Worst app.. had already stopped using it now... few days back when I was booking ride I got an option to reduce the price by buying the ride pass so I bought it.. and when I tried confirming the cab it says no cabs available. This happened entire month.. I could not use pass even single time..

The new update is worst. During login, it asks for a identity confirmation call. After the confirmation call is over, the app still says something like confirming your identity. And ends up saying login failed. Please fix this bug asap

It is such an filthy app it never gives service up to the mark and i dont think that this app can compete with uber or the other apps it is such an time waste to download it, this app just takes the space in the storage of your device and is good for nothing.

Ok, so i installed this app months ago. My first journey was successful but after that i couldn't book another journey. I've tried reinstalling several times and now my card wont verify. What is the problem with this app???

Again stuck here when logged in new device..the forgot password link not at all working.. when i reset it says links has been sent to registered mail id but never received the mail..how should i get into the application.it should have provided alternative way to reset the password..stranded now..

Worst app I've ever used. The drivers are not accepting our request. Sometimes it'll show that ur request has been accepted but after sometime it'll show ur request has been cancelled. Poor service, I just hate it.

Very poor function, and very scummy drivers for the most part. The app has tried several solutions, but it seems like they can't reliably tackle the issues.

Its always makes the life easy when your cab is in front of your door, but be careful when you are travelling to airport or somewhere with time constraints. During rush hours you won't find any cab as driver not accept your ride. Don't believe in them as it will not available when you need it most. Try for some better options. I suffer this two time.

Cheaper taxis only if you have a discount code. App poor , maps stick and taxis turn up at wrong address and charge you a cancellation fee. Support tab doesn't connect to allow you to query or resolve these issues

This new version of app is totally bad. It take too much time to search a ride and unable to take pick location. Today i was booking a ride but till now.. It's searching for ride.. Totally worst version

Very poor app.. Always there's an error in some or the other things... No proper tracking of cabs, many a times we could not change drop location... Plz do something... Previously it used to be good

App is good. But bad service by drivers. They will ask the location, if they are not interested in that route simply they will cancel the trip. What is the use of booking then? This experience happened so many times to me. If the driver is no intended to give service. Then why he joined ola. Let them sit in home or do another work. Don't trouble customers.

Extremely bad micro services! No micro or mini cabs available in the city at any given time! Always fails to search. Also cant cancel in the middle of the search. Pls fix these

The app doesnt show that Kaali Peeli and Cool Cabs charges are excluded of the Toll Naka. The customer support when dialed are only reciting and making promises that changes will be made. The customer support doesnt really have a resolution on their hands, the best they can do is read out "Terms and Conditions" if you guys are so up to date and really care about your customers. Then why not just add a simple message that "Toll Naka Charges are Excluded" seriously let down by this app and care.

Feedback in order of importance: Needs to improve estimated wait times. I consistently get short estimated wait times but then end up wait 5-10 times as long. No notification when a driver cancels and new driver is found.

There is an issue in app. Destination location gets updated automatically!!!!!! I am roaming for extra hours now and need to pay extra!!!

Worst experience. At the start Ola used to be my favourite cab booking app as fare rates were reasonable and cabs were available anytime. Now for my past 4 experiences I haven't been able to book a single cab. There are no cabs availabe at all. And even if a cab is available, the fare rate is double!. I'd prefer a local cab with A/c as it provides lower rates and is available anytime.!

Everything is good But bugs deducted As soon as the cab is booked. The app shows that it's on its way but the maps are not accurate the vehicle keeps on turning 360 degrees every minute

The fare is rising higher n higher in the barn of passes. We don't get ola autos when we we need. The maps shows lots of auto are moving around. In the booking time no autos becomes available.

Drivers need to be called everytime because most of them do not even bother to try to understand the location (unlike Uber, where I don't even have to call the driver the first time). Also, in Uber, you have to pay for a ride only when you're booking the next ride if it's online. Same in Ola but with an additional 4 sms, 2 emails, 2 phone calls and 1 flash message to remind you to pay, EVERY DAY UNTIL YOU PAY. (Even if the amount is 30 rupees).

Worst ever app for booking , no proper system to check if something goes wrong in the ride, Can't even submit the feedback for some of my rides, Downloading this worst be the worst ever thing you make in your life.

Support of This App doesn't work at all. Whenever booked Auto with Ola money, auto drivers cancel trip instead they ask for cash so they purposely take long route or traffic area or wait in petrol bunk and charge as more. If you don't accept for cash payment they cancel trip and it's we who have to pay penalty. Support of ola doesn't work at all.

Cab booked but automatically cancelled from your end when cab reaches pick up location. Then new cab no displayed in the app. As Journey got delayed and i have to cancel new cab and travelled with other option. It is very poor experience.

You have blocked my account as I have cancelled multiple times. I must have booked hundreds of rides. It's the drivers who ask to cancel on arriving for pickup saying ola money is not acceptable. Fix your issue and then your support says unlocked but you locked my number still 😡 😡
