    Avoid at all cost. This is the worst taxi app I've come across. The 4 number code is nonsense it just slows you down. I've been trying to pay the payment due since I downloaded this. They need to sort out the payment methods. First of all you can't edit any cards. It's literally a maze to add another, keeps coming back as failed. The information is correct, so why can't I add my card. You know what this app needs a live chat.👎👎👎👎

    apk App has two issue. 1. Even to Clear the due you have to turn on GPS. This is stupid. GPS popup should not be blocking UI and should be mandatory only while booking rides. 2. Clear Due option is difficult to find. Side menu Payments and Ola Money is quite similar and hence confusing. May be Payment can be renamed to Payment Modes

    apk download Payment issues happen when you try to pay and they put late fees charge unnecessarily. Payment due time is 7 days... So why don't you guys fix your payment portal..it is not even loading properly. Before charging late fees and stuffs.. improve your app quality and support. Uber is doing far better job than you guys

    download Map didn't update driver's location. Driver barely spoke English. Tried it 1 more time - buttons to contact driver or request support don't work with certain network settings/business restrictions. Driver couldn't communicate properly and then charged me the cancellation fee. Useless

    Your ola money wallet app always have server issues. Am trying to login from 30 mins I would have entered atlest 6 OTP still it says server issues. I have some money stuck in your portal i need that very urgently. Can someone look into it

    I'd give 0 stars if I could. Even with the discount they offer, the rides are more expensive then other apps such as Bolt and Kapten. Which means they over charge to start with and then u add the discount, you still end up paying more then other apps without any discount code. Scam!

    I have no bill for payment but still I am getting daily call and SMS from ola.I don't understand,what a such stupid application in market. Seriously its bleaming the people who is using the ola application. I personally suggest dont use ola. please go for uber or any other cab facilities.worst app.

    Issue in sign in... Till last week everything was ok... Since today morning, everytime it's showing me to do registration. After entering my mobile number its says some issue try again later... Since morning have uninstalled and installed it back couple of time.. post installation it works fine for one time, if you try to open it again same error is visible...

    Totally worst, I have booked a ride and selected the right location, but where my app shows me the location I selected and the driver got another location, I complained to the customer service, they don't provide any solution and moreover have to pay extra charge for parking where micro rides bill is included with any kind of extra charges. Never use ola , a totally worst experience. Better to use Uber.




    It is observed that in recent times from last 2 to 3 months the app is not showing the route traveling after start of journey. Reasons not known. Please correct the issue as not showing the route while on journey is not correct. We need to know that driver is going in right way. Also there should be an alert if driver is going out for the designated route.

    DId NOT pay reward as promised! (I am a Driver) I opted for their Ultimate plan which promises to pay £1000 reward for being online for 50 hours. I completed that and in the end they did NOT PAY me! Their reason being that I "misused the app". I did not misuse the app in any way. I was online for 50 hours the whole week (even coming home at 3am on Sunday) and didn't get paid anything for that. Modern day slavery! That's one week of my life I will not get back! Which is the part.

    Worst service ever. Charges mores than quoted. Takes very long time to book a cab/taxi. Doesn't give option to cancel continues searching and ends up with no service. Sometimes the app doesn't work when needed the most and in worst conditions. I've felt that since it has no challenge in market cause of that it has taken its customer for granted.

    I booked a ola cab using ride later option nearly 6 hrs before Journey. It was mentioned that the driver's details will be given only before 10 minutes of pickup. During the time of my pickup, i didn't get any message, so i went inside the app only to see that the driver had cancelled the ride. And the only thing that came was a "sorry for the inconvenience" message. Why doesn't ola assign another cab asap ? What is the point of booking 6 hours early ? Why can't they send details of driver early

    I wanted to send this to their support but there's a bug which won't let you report thru app(feels intentional), driver was on call during the entire trip and was drowsy. Stopped midway for breakfast. The trip cost was 295 but due to longer route and time kill on unnecessary activities shot up to 371. Moreover, the driver didn't accept online payment and took cash and didn't return change so it costed me 380. Car was unclean and very old,didn't seem to comply to safety or pollution parameters.

    There's a big bug in the app! It always crashes and then tells me to sign in again. The sign in always fails. Then I have to clear all app data then sign in again, after which it works. This happens constantly. It's happened about 8 times in the past 3 days! Please fix it!

    Constant crashes, bookings get made and immediately cancelled because app crashes. Also, the 4 digit secure code - what does this achieve exactly? The driver already knows where you're going so you've just added a perceived level of security that actually just slows you down with no added benefit. The only reason I'm using it is because it's cheaper for 4 people to split a journey through central London with an Ola, and quicker, with the first 3 rides £5 off discount code.

    This is one of those applications, which have no sense. It gets you the nearest cab, which arrives after 40 minutes. And if want to cancel they will charge you for cancellation. In share bookings, you will find, in 20 minutes you will reach to the destination. Usually which will take more than 1 hrs. One good thing is you will find new routes in share booking as they take you to an adventurous journey.

    Very bad experience with the app and the customer service. Was not able to use the app recently due to their internal issue or glitch. When communicated, they restored it and surprisingly, I was shown a ride of 2 weeks before which I had not taken and was charged for it. I communicated the same to the customer care team but they told they will not be able to help. I showed that the summary of the ride does not even have a destination. Don't know how they can explain that. The app is a joke.

    I used many apps but I got the worst experience from this app. First of all they don't have any customer care number, secondly they don't even reply through email also. I was facing a payment related issue, and there was no body to help me out. They don't forget to add late payment charges but they will never reply you back. Their Ola drivers they never accept online payment.

    Two bugs 1. After ride has been ordered, contact, cancel ride, support etc buttons on home screen do nothing. Can't tap them 2. Order a ride to the airport, apply the coupon, change the destination to a different terminal, and try reapply the coupon. Doesn't work. You can't get it to work either, coupon has been unapplied and won't reapply

    Since update every time I open the app it asks me to login and it says "Failure, Something went wrong please try again" and it is same after trying several times and always I have to reinstall the app again to get myself logged in and as soon as I switch app bang it gives me the same error and then again reinstall if I need a ride. That is frustrating.

    Absolutely disappointed in this app and customer service. I was unable to add my credit cards and left rideless in a foreign city, having to resort to other means of transportation. When I called support, I was assured that my cards would be added momentarily and that a ticket would be raised to solve the issue. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting. Expected a better app/service with all its hype.

    I was happy until a few months ago, but recently there has been a marked increase in time taken to arrive at the pickup points for the drivers. For some rides, the wait time has exceeded 30 minutes which is when I had to cancel and choose another mode of transport. Moreover there has been a substantial increase in drivers cancelling rides which leads to me being late a lot of times. It has become frustrating. But when the rides are accepted and I have travelled, it has more or less been great.

    I reinstalled this app after mobile service. I forgot my password for ola account so cant able to login. I checked with support if you coonected with your mail you ll get link below and you can change the password. I likned mail. While i was using this. But now its not showing any link to change ola password. And i tried through call support also, after call nothing is working in this app..Very bad app. If you are using its ok. But dnt try to reinstall. This app Will not work after reinstall.

    This app provides no way to contact drivers from within the app, so if you dont have a local SIM or the ability to speak the local language, its unusable. Incredibly dumb. Every proper rideshare app I've ever used (Uber, Lyft, etc) have messaging, so you can send (translated) texts within the app. I'd love to be able to use this but without even basic functionality...I really dont see how :P

    When I first downloaded Ola it was a great app. Unfortunately, since 2020 I have had to wait 20 minutes to get a ride anywhere. I always get Ola drivers canceling constantly!!! Last week, I was trying to find a ride for 20 mintues. 4/5 Drivers cancelled on me. Really ridiculous. I checked if there was a car crash or something happening on the road for drivers to cancel. NOPE. Even though Ola is cheaper than Uber. The constant cancelations and ages to find a ride is putting me off.

    One of the beautiful app where you book the cab, the driver calls you back, will ask you to wait & he is on the way . In no time it gets cancelled. Never opt OLA when you are in need. Public transport is more reliable than OLA . When you need refund you will never get respected from the Customer care and no refund either

    Worst app ever for transport...first it will take 15 min to search your ride..then when it gets booked...driver will call and ask where to go...and then he will cancel that .And sometimes it shows the driver is arriving in 2 min...but infact it takes 15-20 min...and even after that there is no confirmation that he will not cancel that

    Your app works but a few things to highlight. 1) There are times when for a ride there app shows micro as the costliest option and prime sedan as the cheapest. I don't understand why. 2) The app can't catch up with the ride. Most of the times when I book a ride I'm unable to track the ride and where it has reached. Sometimes it won't even move.

    A lot of times it just shows double or triple the actual price (although it's not the peak time) as the estimated fare. Sometimes only a 5 minute traffic jam causes the bill to double that of the estimated fare. App is smooth but monetary features are just worse, plus the support team does nothing. Hope all these things gets fixed. Update: Now Ola has improved the monetary features and generates accurate bills according to the situation.😀👍 The first problem still occurs sometimes though.

    Pathetic app and services... The driver cancelled the booking himself as he wasn't able to enter the OTP due to some technical issues. I then had to book another cab. The cancellation charges were applied to my next booking, which I'm now able to claim due to the 'technical issues' on the app. The same error is appearing since last 4 days!! I am unable to attach the error screenshot here. Will uninstall this app.

    your app is really helpful, But the negative point is , penalty that to be paid for cancelation of ride. For example: if you had booked a ride and had cancelled in 5 seconds, then to the customer had to pay fine of Rs 50, even though the driver had not moved in those 5 secondsI too had a solution for this,If anyone book ride and cancel within a certified time (say1minute) then they must not be penalized. The rate of penalty must be considered accordingly that, how far the car is from house

    This app used to be simple and easy. In the name of improvement they just made things complicated. Most of the times it loads the old interface but all of a sudden it shifts to the newer interface. Support section not working at all. No response to my complaint till now. Response time from the support team is 2+ days or more. Though there is no response from the complaint team, it seems there are bugs with this app with Android 10 version particularly with the app support section.

    Login on new phone requires - email verification, OTP verification and password !!! Why need all of them? That's ok, but in last step, I forgot the password. So, I got an IVR call to confirm identity. After giving correct input on call (1-approve, 2-reject), the caller says we haven't received any input. So pathetic !! Unable to login because of this bug.

    I use this app often because I like to travel by private transport. There are price surges for no apparent reason. But that's okay because we know what we are supposed to pay. However, each time there's an extra waiting fee on the already high prices. I don't carry cash and I always pay online. So when the ride is done, the driver tells me to pay some remainder in cash. Every darn time!! Yesterday, my cab driver arrived 20 mins later and I had to pay the waiting fee! Not done ola! Good old uber!

    15 Mar 2020: Pathetic customer support in the app. When two drivers refused to pick my guest, I thought of registering complaint through the app. The app is poorly designer for only limited situations, and totally misses out on the real world problems. There's no option available for complaining in case my issue is not available among the choices provided by the app. Bad experience.

    On the 25th and 28th of February, I attempted to get a ride with ola. Asked for a cab, waited 3 minutes while the app was looking for someone and at the end no ride was available. The HUGE problem is that you took 1£ for each time I was requesting the ride. For what? Maybe you should be the one giving 1£ to me for wasting my time waiting for a ride you were not able to provide. This is really bad I will contact TFL to make a complaint. Absolutely 0 chances of getting customer support .

    One of the worse login method you have even my bank don't ask this type of verification. When I try login with Google its not done they ask for number I give even they verify otp now they want password which I don't remember even after they call me I did what they asked for now stuck at calling screen. One of the worse cab service app. Learn from Jugnoo and Uber.

    It is very disappointing user experience as the app asks for log-in details every time I use it. Even after providing details it won't log in saying some internal error. From 5 days I am facing this issue. It's also bad business for ola as i am now using uber for booking cabs and auto.

    Annoyingly unreliable app! - We had to wait over 30mins for our rides a few times. The app doesn't pin our location accurately so I had to explain to the driver where we were and he couldn't understand English that well. - The app freezes when it searches for drivers and there is no back option - charges me cancelling fee when driver cancelled the ride

    The apps map isn't that accurate with where the driver is and the last time the driver didn't collect us from the right place. Despite setting up the system with my Google Pay it didn't accept the payment. Each time I go into the app to rectify this and settle the payment via Google Pay it, the app crashes. I called to report this and keep getting asked for screenshots.

    Soon I am going to uninstall the app, the reason is pathetic behavior of it's drivers. Everytime I book Ola, I got a call from driver with a question where I want to go. If the driver don't wish to go there they will cancel your booking after few minutes. How it is different than Auto? It happens many time and the worst thing if I cancel, these people charge me 75 Rs many times, but if driver cancel they send an short apology notification.

    Everyday i try to book autos and i see many available autos nearby but none of them accept the rides. The auto drivers must be communicated that they accept the rides instead of sitting idle. They are not in this business to just sit and remain idle. Moreover, the search goes on forever. Even though i want to cancel the search, i cant. It just doesn't work. And despite having the facility, the drivers refusing to accept online payments is frustrating. This needs to be seriously looked into.

    I booked a cab but my trip was cancelled by the driver. I tried many times contacting the support team but every time it shows the msg " something went wrong try again later" so after I was annoyed I uninstalled the app and I have installed it after months nd tried to contact support but it still shows the same msg. Tell me whether the charges can be removed or I have to uninstall it forever.

    Kindly fix a bug - when we search for an address the address bar does not show the entire address. When we manually input the address it does not track the location and when it does it is not showing the entire address, we can't copy paste the address on a notepad also to verify the whole address. Because of this one of my relatives got dropped at another location. The place had the same starting location name but the address after that could not be seen hence the problem. Please rectify.

    I really want to rate this higher but I really cannot rely on this app or the drivers if I need to make a timely trip. Have had so many drivers cancel or just go the completely wrong direction before picking me up, making the quoted 4 minutes turn into more than 10 at times. The app needs to have more realistic pickup ETAs and maybe a penalty for drivers cancelling?

    When i try pay for the ride through my debit card, it always create a problem, where it always flash a message that connection is poor amd restored amd it pushes my network to send the otp time again amd again. And the moment I try to put the otp, it again tells me about the network issue, where in actual there is no problem at all. Kindly resolve this as its irritates me as a customer who is trying to pay you the money through online.

Again I'll say this, I have not used ola money and I'm being charged 150 bucks for nothing. You are running a scam show here. When I open the app it doesn't even come up that for which ride I used this transaction, seriously if you wanna Rob somebody do a better job at it.

    Somehow on the app the close button on the feedback / rating page is not working. Hence it becomes Mandatory to rate the driver before going to the home page. This should not be the case, as there might be reasons for not wanting to rate the driver at times

    Referral codes are a total scam on this app apparently. They do not work. I got referred and supposedly would get $15 off my first ride...but every time I try to apply it says the code is invalid. So 8 tested it on someone else...same error. Support took DAYS to confirm the error and said the technical department to look at fixing it. Almost a week later...nothing, not even a reply. app uses approximately 1% of battery life for every minute...what the hell?

    T&Cs, Privacy Policy & FAQ pages don't open. What sort of company is afraid to provide info before someone signs up? Ola, your app won't let me in unless I enable Location. I deliberately keep this off because it doesn't detect my address correctly & invariably directs rideshares to one of my neighbours. Then I'm charged waiting time while I'm walking a couple of houses to reach car. Please allow me to input my pick-up address. Then you may get my business.

    I mostly use it in Tricity(Chandigarh/Mohali). The cabs are usually not available. Even if they are available, It takes ages to get it booked. Since 'Finding a Ride' keeps in progress for 10-15 minutes. And this, I am talking about the prime/posh areas of Mohali. Your service is not bad if the cabs are available but no availability and taking suce a huge time to get it booked is a real pain. If you do not improve your service quality, It is going to deter users to use it further.

    The app doesn't update with the list of cabs. After you close and reopen the app it doesn't load. Now today all of a sudden the app say my account is blocked. I have written to the email ID that I was available on Google. But in an emergency whom do we call or do we wait for 24 hours. Horrible customer service

    I signed up expecting a 30% discount on my trip (new member), only to get the email half way through the trip saying there's a process to apply it (I thought it was the code I got texted). So no discount was applied. I don't use ride shares often so the discount will expire before I use one again. Then looking at the receipt there's some odd fees that the support doesn't explain. Over all, it was considerably more expensive than I was led to believe. 2 stars because I eventually got home.

    This app is not worth for sharing rides,as I tried couple of times in sharing ride and the catch is driver accepts the ride and when ride is not at the place after waiting for the same then driver replies "Sorry madam,we are not currently accepting sharing!!System automatically accepts the sharing ride but we are not providing that,and driver also asks us to cancel trip"Please do not use sharing option,when u r in hurry,untill and unless u have lot hours to waste then u r good to with this app

    This app Is stupid to it's very core has so many bugs in it that it's just impossible to use it takes an eternity to find the cab and keeps looking for the cab and confirms the booking even after you've closed the app, the whole reason of closing an App is that I no longer require the cab and I have to cancel the ride and Pay cancelation the next time I travel redundant.

    I had been using this app for quite some time. But today had a bad experience. First the driver reached different location & when i called him to enquire, he said that i was shown that location only while i had pinned the correct location. i asked him to reach the location to which he agreed, but after making me wait for 15 min he cancelled the ride, i tried to file the complaint on app, i failed to do so as it showed error everytime. Faced the same situation twice this week. Highly disappointed

    Well at the beginning this used to be really good. Now, even for smaller distances you had to pay huge amount. I had to pay 300+ for 13 Kms on weekday afternoon. Insists you to go for pass, which didn't help either when it comes to pricing. I think it would be better to add, ola service rating as well for each booking along with the driver rating. That might help you understand where you stand. Just coz of your lousy service, I can't give single rating to driver.

    Worst ride booking app I have come across. I would have given this app rating in the negative if it was possible but unfortunately the lowest I can give is 1. The route it showed on the map was far longer and time taking than the one I generally took to go to the same location and when I reached my destination, it charged me for the longer route Ola showed in its map. The total price was 2 times than that of Uber. Please do not download it as you will lose money more than that is required.

    I was charged wrong cancellation fees and there is no option to report it. Everytime i m trying to go to support- it says "something went wrong". Tried to use call us feature from other options, the number is incorrect. Very frustrating!! The inappropriate cancellation fees is forcefully added to my bill!!

    I have set up the app to pay by credit card so that it gets billed to the right account. As per Ola's policy, payment is to be made before concluding the trip. However, quite frequently, even at commencement of trip, the app says trip is nearly concluding and does not allow the payment to be made. Extremely frustrating and ola service has no clue.

    It's the most worst app I have ever experienced. I took the cab from gurgaon to rohini. Where My usual charges are around 500 rs. But just bcoz I select wrong drop location first by mistake which I immediately changed even before boarding the cab or giving OTP to driver. Ola changed my price without giving any prior info on app that how much they are going to change the price. At end of the journey the charges me more the 1000 rs instead of 500. And ola customer service have no solution for this

    Terrible. Used the app 3 times and all 3 have been terrible. The first time the driver drove round and round and wouldn't come to my location and when I tried to call it wouldn't work. 2nd time the driver took a very circuitous route, the 3rd time there was a random 1st destination that thr driver 'had' to go to that was in the opposite direction of our destination.

    Had a few teething problems regarding ride fares and my driver taking the longest route. But was able to fix the issue by emailing support, which is much better than other ride share app support team. They replied quite quickly and fix the problem without a hassle. The app however sometimes can be unreliable, sometimes crashes, sometimes showing the longest route instead of the shortest, sometimes not applying coupons even though ive added it...

    Really irritating and terrible experience. My account got blocked without any reason and now they are not giving an explanation to me. I had never ever canceled a single ride when I was using it. Tried contacting the support and grievance and they are not at all care to explain the situation. Got the same mail multiple times and they are keep on replying me with the same copy and pasted mail. They don't value their customers. I am fed up of this.

    Not a reliable service at all. After booking an Ola you can't be sure that it's coming. Drivers cancel the rides. From 11th Jan there's a new problem. It says no Internet Connectivity even when there is internet. Sometimes it gets restored but it will keep on buffering and not show you cabs at all. Ola is a unreliable service. Please have alternate modes of transport. Only then you can reach your destination on time.

    After factory reset, I cant sign in the app, erroring as "too many accounts from this device". Its a bug, as its the same account. I wrote an email to support, but no response. No points for guessing who has pathetic service - Ola or its competitor.

    Give a CANCEL button while finding a cab. I uninstalled the app 3 times and after re installing it still was looking for cab and found one when I didn't needed it. Then I had to pay fine to cancel the ride. Not using ola again.

    Why does Ola require GPS to even open the app? None of the rival apps like Bolt, Kapten and Uber require you to have GPS turned on or share your GPS data with them. You can do everything manually. But with Ola you can't even get to the main menu without enabling GPS and sharing it with them. I find it a bit creepy.

Everytime I click the cancel ride button, there is no response and only minutes later of repeatedly clicking the button or waiting, a box comes up with a box saying my cancellation was too late and I have to be charged! There is nothing wrong with my phone but the app itself is responding with this delay malfunction! It's not only me, but I know many people suffering from this too.

    Very bad experience with the app recently previously it was good but nowadays we cant find cars with space all the cars are fitted with gas containers in their dikkis we face a lot of problem if we have a lot of luggage with us. Some drivers dont pick up the call inspite of calling them repeatedly. One driver cancelled my ride midway and siad he has to pickup a different customer and left me saying you can take another ola from here. I felt very digusted by that behaviour of the driver

    Force GPS enable for non booking activities is annoying. App crash and freeze simetime even on high end mobile. If booking Micro then make note that most of the time you will possibly get wagon R. Good thing is Postpaid and UPI payment options are amazing.

    I would suggest please don't opt for ola postpaid..not in your wildest dreams..your final bill amount will be increased every time on final payment in comparison to estimated fare in booking time.. which you won't even notice..and when you will try to complain, they'll not allow you to submit the same and show error page.. while they'll will work good if you want to make payment..and if you don't pay the bill they'll imply late payment charges..plese don't go for this corrupt system

    App didn't open yesterday, just showed white screen. Cannot access account info to setup when not in an ola supported city making signing up and checking account info difficult. Support for riders very lacking, just check out their FAQ as compared to Uber. Search locations difficult as Auto search seems to be focused on locations in India. Feedback from some drivers using ola was also not great, where alot of them have been short changed and observed app bugs & lack of driver support.

I have faced issues with drivers everytime. Worst app.. don't even install in your mobile. It is just a waste of space. I don't want to give single star but i can't post my comment without it.

    The new update sucks...don't fix whats not broken and remove the payment by cash option you imbeciles...90percent of the times the drivers are only asking for cash.... what's the use of having ola money if we have to keep on withdrawing money all the time for these drivers...i am totally fed up with this app...and don't even let me start during rains...its better i walk drenched and reach my destination...

    The app does not have any option to raise a query or register a complaint. This is bad. Also once your ola postpaid usage reaches a certain amount they keep calling you using multiple numbers and that is irritating. You are disturbing people. Can't they wait or send emails.
