Most of the time, drivers cancel the trip, and charge is levied on user. Complaints are never responded to. While booking a ride, it won't show the fare. Once you are trapped, they fleece you..if you get away, they will be waiting with hidden cancelation charge.

Pathetic app, making their customer fool. At the beginning of the ride they will show you different fare and at time of ride end they will show you different fare, its happened alot of times with me, i tried to complain as well but no chance of hearing back from customers support. Uninstalling this app. Not going to use it anymore. There are other options available in market. I will suggest to use those instead of this fraud app.

The app won't let my login. It send an otp to my device and when I enter it, it says 'Session Expired. Please try again'. I tried to login many times but remained unsuccessful.

Update: The issue of this app charging Rs.50 even when it's the driver's fault has been resolved. And thank you for adding reasons like "driver denied, expected shorter waiting time". Thanks for acknowledging that these are the major reasons of cancellation by a customer.

Serious Quality management is required for this app. The location picked up is not the same as it was at the time of booking. Once booked there's no confirmation, ended up booking 2 rides.

Very poor app. Your money suck in wallet. All time you have to pay cash. Bill always high from estimate fare. No customer care number working. You get information what they want. I charged 100 extra in two trips and Rs 111 ola money is not utilize in the 2 trip after selecting ola wallet before ride.

While booking on app it showed like "Try again" all autos are booked. Then when I tap try again I get a call from a driver asking my booking. What's this ridiculous service. Keep your service systems updated. Don't blame the mistakes on Passenger and Driver alone.

The app charges extra money after the ride. At the beginning of the ride the amount of money is less but after the completion of the ride the amount increases. That also not in small amount but more amount than expected. It is very bad app according to the money The second problem is we can't book a cab fast we need to wait for atleast half an hour or so. If I need a cab urgently I need toh start booking before the an hour of departure

Now a days when we try to book autos and cabs, we are not getting confirmation, but once you close we are getting call from driver where no booking details are displayed like otp. Like this i was charged rs 10 for each cancellation for 3 rides. Very bad. Hope you look into your system and correct it before someone goes to consumer forum

Worst app ever in play store. I booked my ride which was accepted by driver but this app still shows me that no ride has been booked, driver is very good in customer service hence he call me or else I would miss this ride. I am using OLA service more than five year, first time I had worst experience due to OLA lite app.
