Although there is the option to synchronize to my other phones, I can't find how, even if the sync option is on, on both phones. Now I guess there's no point in trying to sync with my wife's phone Annoying And wait... were told here to see the website! What a joke, OMG, not only is it in 100% Chinese, it's a page and a half long, void of any information to help...!

Not only does this app require you to have your location on in order to use, it also has ads, which is strange seeing as it's tied to a paid product. I was able to look past those issues for a while, but now, for some reason all of my data has been wiped. Seeing my progress every day kept me motivated and hopeful, but now I have nothing to look back on. If you're reading this because you just bought this scale, in my opinion, you should return it and get your money back.

Good app for the right product (U've to buy the supported weight scale).Multiusers, and guest support is handy. I would've given five stars rating if there was option to sync data with other apps. Developer need to add support for reputable OEMs such as Samsung, Xaomi, Huawei etc brand health apps. Also it would be great to provide support for Myfitnesspal. Note2users: You need to turn on blutooth, location, and have internet to bind the device for first time, and then record and sync your data.

Very poor app, constant ads and doesnt seem to measure body fat, visceral fat, muscle percentage etc accurately. Seems to be more of a guess based on BMI. This is not how body fats work !!! Sent them an email to ask questions about how the scale and app measures these and was ignored by them.

It worked for a few months. Then stopped updating. Stuck at same numbers in app. Different from what was on scale. Not trustworthy data. Support unresponsive. Cannot recommend. Also should allow customer to use your own inage or avatar as limited to white avatar

App refuses to function unless I give it access to my GPS data... I'm not convinced it needs that for a weighing-scale! Shame there isn't an open-source API to interface with the weighing-scale so I could have it update a database on my phone or on nextcloud.

The application is terrible, it wll bombard you with Ads. I started to think it's a trojan app. I returned the scale and I am waiting for my refund.

Constant ads in the app. I paid for this product. Why do I have to look at ads? Even before I can enter the app. And if the ad doesn't load, you can't use the app. Waste of time and money. Highly do NOT recommend this product.

The app is basically just ads and ads and ads, full page ads, small ads on the page, ads everywhere. I bought your product and now I have to watch your ads. Ridiculous. You are also not able to see your past weighting stats history in the app unless you are connected to the scale which means you have to switch on the scale and stand by it. This is stupid. The scale seems to work fine, if tou are buying it because of the app, find something else, don't waste your time with this.

It logged out and then when I tried to log back in it made me re-register, then get a verification code, and then found it has lost my data. Also I paid for the scales but have to watch ads to use the app, granted a couple of ads are not as annoying as losing my data and the app would have got a 4 or 5 if that hadn't happened. I'm going back to pen and paper
