Should let the admin able to sort the messages by date and time. There's always a problem when many people send the messages all the time, the unread messages will get down to the bottom then the admin could not read the messages due to loads of new upcoming messages on the top.

This app is slower than my grandma. The worst part is they over-monetize it, try to turn everything into money. Super expensive Premium ID and broadcast quota with not much to do within the app, we pay more for less.

Horrible app now. Doesn't allow to log in. 1 star for it was good. After update logged us out and won't allow us to log in back. Please resolve this issue

You know what? This migration from LINE@ means nothing except it's worst! You'll need to have patience just to write a simple less-than-500 words text because of its slow response to the typing speed. I've been using Line@ since the year it was released, and it's been a pretty fun ride. But this? While i know this application is still under development and i know you're working hard on it. So please, fix this.

The app supposed to be a better alternative from Line@ but in fact, it is worse. It doesn't support many things: 1. Several checking pictures to send 2. Timeline post sharing option 3. Always loading and display a message late despite the network speed 4. Limited broadcast 5. Always fail to send a long message in a chat room 6. Supposed to be lighter but it took long to respond made it seems like it's actually heavier

App is unbearably slow, previous line@ can handle the task better. Just to open incoming chat and make a reply is laborious. Writing a new post is a tedious and long-winded process as well, where you need to click several seemingly unneeded buttons. In previous app, you just need to click write -> post. As simple as that. I fail to understand why you should break something that has been working well with unnecessary features.

Sluggish and slow as hell after my accounts were forcedfully migrated from Line@ to Line Official Account. Notifications barely appear which made a lot of my customers get angry waiting. Also, cannot reclaim wrong payment. I understand that you want more money. Then, make ur app worth it! This migration is so unprofessional. U r doing what is called downgrading not upgrading and try to charge more money from us. Learn from how ur competitors are doing boys. Don't do business like kids do.
