can't sync anymore! I used it for more than a year now and it was working quite good. the company decided to make some changes. Basically i bought mine as a very early customer im China. because of that my toothbrush is not compatible anymore since I'm living in the US. This is absolutely stupid! Making geo restriction makes no sense. we are talking about toothbrush guys... As an early customer you penalize me. this shows how this company cares about customers...

Would be 5 stars but the app triggers my OCD because it doesn't let you reset your data. So there are several reports that were generated whilst I was investigating the toothbrush that negatively effect my overall score. Played around with it for a good hour and determined the only was to get a clean slate is to create a new account. So stupid that you can delete reports or completely reset the app.

It doesnt sync i need to restart the tooth brush and bluetooth like like 10000times before it actualy connects to my tooth brush im using the latest midel the oclean x pro elite and i cannot reset the datavi change the toothbrush head i want to reset the data so i can keep track of the new head but i cant

An uninstall+reinstall fixed the "Unusual phone time..." error for me. Once connected, upgrade the firmware (About me > My device).

Awfull app. All the time sync problems. Report data not synchronising or being lost. I do not care so much about the app but every now and then I want to check the battery or change the cleaning plan and that is when these problems annoy me.

Doesn't have an option to be used by 2 users at the same time; still doesn't allow to delete previous sessions; on Oclean website they purposely do not publish negative reviews.

Kept telling me sync fail. Why is the app so bad? Total ratings of the app really tells that this app is not working. And yet the device requires the app to maximize the device functionality.. whats the point of buying your device then.. sigh.
