I use this app since more than 3 years now. It is still the WORST app which includes payment / ticketing that I ever used. It keeps crashing during payment, it often happened that I paid and did not receive my ticket. About 50% of the time I have to restart (force stop and start again) it during the ticket control because the ticket is not shown. Luckily most of the ticket inspectors know that the app is not working as expected. Fix it. Please.

App is not very misleading. If you click on the price when buying a ticket from the wien airport to wien hbf it automatically adds a 3 euro reservation instead of the actual ticket ! It is not clear that the ticket you buy is only a seat reservation (even when they send it to you, there is no clear indication that this is not sufficient). I had to go carefully go back into the app and buy a journey ticket for 4.30 euro.

stone age company. I bought a ticket from Bratislava to Vienna but the only way to actually get it was to be in Austria at a physical ticket machine and get a physical ticket... in the age of everything online they are still stuck in the old ways

Very frustrating tried 4 times to purchase tickets, would never go through.

I thought I bought a ticket on the app but it was only reservation the app did not clearly explain this. It says download your PDF ticket but what you receive is just a document for the reservation. So now on the train I have a reservation for a seat but no ticket. Either this is user error or it's a major failing within the application. But here on the train even the conductors don't know how to use it.

App is junky. Does not show intermediate stations or allow deep dive into proposed journey.

A bit of an unconventional UI, but the app is very convenient to use during a trip. Love all the contextual information!

Can't find the 1.90 EUR ticket from the boundaries of Vienna to the Airport. And they just not care for the reasoning of my 220+ EUR fine on the night of museum: we missed the special train outside of Vienna (because of wrong departure time specified), the coworker on the train station just told us to take the regular train instead (without mentioning to buy the extra ticket), and of course no mercy on the train ;) so they are coy and don't care about why things happened.

Cannot find the ticket I have just purchased!! User Interface is too confusing. Hire a UX expert!!!

App is not easy to use initially, OK for planning trips and looking up times & prices, once you get used to it. However, once you try and pay it becomes very unreliable, especially using poor data/WiFi service - both normal when travelling. Today it repeatedly failed to process my payment, so I was charged extra by conductor on the train for the 'service' of selling me a ticket. Why should I pay extra because OBB cannot develop an app that works reliably in normal conditions?
