Installed 5 mins ago. Uninstalled 5 mins later. Totally pointless app. Unable to view/download a bill. Can only view bill totals, payments made and submit meter readings. So to view a bill breakdown I have to use NWL's website where I can also submit meter readings etc etc thus making this app totally pointless. UPDATE: Much better since the update. Can now view the entire bill.

Why can we not view our bills? We can click into the tab but the bills can not be viewed. All companies say go online safe paper but you need to keep the app working. When it doesn't work it defeats the object of paperless.

I love using the app, it makes paying my water rates really easy. I have both mine and my Mams account on my app which is great as I handle my Mams bills for her. If the app saved payment details I would have given it 5 stars. The only thing is, I'm having trouble with the app today, I'm trying to pay my bill but it keeps telling ne there's a connection issue. My WiFi is working fine. I wonder if anyone else is having this issue?

It's dreadful. Hasn't kept the right password, or email address. So I started again by registering did everything correctly and it still didn't work. Went on the website with the original pw and email address and paid the bill within 2 or 3 mins, but the app is a waste of time.

Usless, Doesnt work, and never has, just says account taking longer than usual, phoned the main Tel No and they had no idea why, mainly wont accept my password, Sorry but its Garbage. I would give ZERO if possible.

The first time use after downloading this app, it crashed my phone just opening the app, I had to restart my phone. Second time it let me open the app, but would not let me sign in and then the app closed itself. The third and 4th attempt the app opened and allowed me to sign in and then closed on me both times, absolutely useless app, it's as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Give your heads a wobble and Sort yourselfes out.

Very basic app, this app is only usefull to pay your bill, there is no option to adjust or even set up a direct debit, website is the place to do that but still cannot not setup a higher direct debit than what you already pay. Your finance employees and design team need to work on this app, stay with the times and be more bespoke.

It opens, spools and closes. Disappointing as I've used it previously to submit a meter reading. It seems others are experiencing the same problems but nothing is done about it. I've tried your suggestion to delete and reinstall but it's just the same. Where are the minus stars?
