Best free app for tracking macros with goals that I've found. Only request I would have is to easily see how many grams of each macro I have left for the day. At the end of the day I'm always looking to finish off my calories and I need to know what I should eat to fit in my macro goals. Grams consumed is on the daily summary but then I have to remember my goals and subtract.

Way better than MyFitnessPal. Huge database of foods. Scanner is helpful and found every product so far. I like that I can use this both on my phone and on my desktop. No advertisements or "premium" features that require a subscription. The monthly calendar and freeform features are helpful. Thank you!

I've been using the app for about a week and it's working really well. I especially like the daily stat section that shows the breakdown of food categories (protein, fats, carbs). They have a summary page for the food you eat; I wish they also had a page for how many days you've recorded exercise.

Great app so far, It's helped a good bit with my calorie goal, though there is 2 things I wish I could do. It's hard to manage a days worth of eating if you're on a night schedule. So at first I'd just log the midnight to 6am stuff for the day before. But it's a bit easier to just give that up and go by the hours I guess. The other thing is I've been working on drinking a gallon+ of water a day. I'd like that to be a goal thing, work towards it a bit better.

10/10. A useful tool, not a job unto itself. I plan my day around our usual foods, rather than a complicated diet plan with special dishes we don't know or don't like. Plug in your usual breakfast, and then whatever you're planning for lunch and the family supper, to adjust your portions and ID and what you need to leave off your plate entirely. Tracks calorie totals and macro distributions (total carbs, net carbs, protein and fat). Good and customizable food database too.

This app not only lists every food I've looked up so far but tracks the nutrients in the food, daily water consumption and exercise. You just type or say how much, how long and what and it makes the entry. Easy and accurate. I'm having no trouble maintaining my healthy weight and I really enjoy eating.

Super simple, I can add my own menus and custom recipes. So I only need to do the calories for my favorite kind of deli sandwich once and just make it that way every time I log it. Takes very little total time to create custom foods and log them, has a nice little progress bar showing how many calories are left when trying to avoid going over my daily needs.

I've been using the app for 3 months now and I love it. Very simple to use, and it keeps me on track as far as calories, exercise and water intake. It's easy to copy meals (I tend to eat the same breakfast every day) and the bar code reader is nice for new items.

Nicely set up and simple. However, the calorie tracker is inaccurate. The macros do not add up properly and shows you having more calories left than you actually have. I left another review, but it was deleted for some reason Ex: I have mine set to 2300 calories. I eat 230 carbs, 201.3 protein, and 63.9 fat, totalling 2300.4 calories. However, the app shows me totalling 2163 calories with 137 calories left. That is a huge discrepancy! Ex:45g Avocado shows 72 calories but the macros equal 78.2

I especially enjoy looking at the nutritional information of my choices. It is difficult for me to drop all carbs so my goal is to have half as many carbs as protein and half as many fats. So far I have been able to do that twice because I had two days of just protein shakes and one light meal. It is difficult as I cook a certain way for neighbors in need, another way for my husband, and another for myself. In any case, I am learning about my eating plan and though slow going, it is helping me.
