NSM’s Co-Pilot app gives operators and location staff access to NSM jukebox information and controls.

Operator Only Controls:
- Check Jukebox Connections – Know which devices are in an error state, haven’t connected to the NSM network recently, or need to be tended to immediately.
- Access Operator Reports – View your total jukebox and mobile revenues, last collection time, and more.
- Access Location Details – View contact details for your locations and get driving directions to your locations.
- Receive Jukebox Notifications – Get alerts for power downs, overheating, and door opens.
- Credit Management – Add credits to your jukebox.
- Launch Service Mode & Jukebox Calibration – Direct staff at the location to access maintenance options to troubleshoot the jukebox.

Operator & Location Controls: (Note: Operators must give location staff permissions to access any or all of the below features)
- Access Jukebox Remote Control Functions – Adjust volume levels, pause & reject songs, power off and reboot equipment.
- Create & Manage Digital Ads – Ad Manager, NSM’s free digital signage tool, lets you create and schedule ads to run on your jukeboxes and connected TVs. 

App ChangeLog

• - Operators and Operator Assistants can see the history of change events that have happened at a location which gives them visibility into the health and the configuration changes of the box. This includes volume change, song rejection, mode change and many more. Events have a time stamp and user info (if applicable) making it easier to search and sort.
