The app keeps logging me out and I don't think the ticket prizes are real, the winners names look super made up every time. Can't understand the point of the stars and stages that come with them, seems to have no impact on anything. There's also some mention of medals, but no idea what those are or do. The coins come in very slowly and the reward is low. I've answered almost all quizes for almost a year now and biggest prize is 10 euros for cinema tickets or smth similar.

Brilliant idea! Complete surveys and get 'paid in coins & stats. When you have saved enough coins, trade them for a reward. This can be a gift card, a charitable donation or even plant a tree. So far, the surveys have been short & punchy. Having said that, I'm a newby and the surveys seem to be establishing my base line interests. That seems to me to be a good idea. Now when I get an email telling me a new survey is ready, I know it should be of interest to me. Great Job!!!!!

The front page of the app is in Finnish, and there is no obvious way to change the language. I don't have Finnish anywhere in my settings, I don't have a single app in Finnish. I have nothing against Finnish, it's a beautiful language, I just don't speak it. Guess Norstat really doesn't want me to use their app. Uninstall.

Worst app I've been on, I don't think it's really the app, as it's coming back ' server not responding' or 'host server down' have tried several times over few days. If it's the server down on the host side, then why do I still receive emails from the same place?? Even tried to do this on different laptop, still down.

The app stopped remembering my password a few weeks ago, and today it's suddenly decided to be in Italian(my tablet is set to English, and I'm in Denmark). USELESS :(

Survey quality is getting worse. Had 2 surveys in the last few days, neither can be completed. First one doesnt show options for where I live right at the start and won't let me proceed, second one about yogurts I got 95% of the way through (about 10 minutes) and I needed to click back to change my answer and it took me right back to the very start without saving any of my selections. Had other similar issues the last few months

This app keeps logging me out, without doing anything. I did a survey in the morning (had to login) and later at the same day I want to do a second survey, but I need to login again. Why?

Very poorly developed, running Android 9 on OnePlus 6, app tends to freeze when opening more often than not, some surveys work, some don't (only talking about the ones available on phone), constantly getting HTML errors when completeling surveys and have to force close the app. Needs a lot more work for decent performance.

No update notes. You get logged out all the time. Bad implementation og WebView. Back button just close the app. The surveys often has no back button. It also refreshes and throw you back to start if you try to swipe down. Keyboard covers text fields. Poor UI design leads to accidental actions.

Useful app for norstat in order to cut their expenses with physical surveyors, the app however is unstable, prone to freezing, not registering acquired point, only opens every 3-4 attempts. Also very few surveys compared to the impression given when I was persuaded try it out.
