Stops working and doesn't load. After I logged out and tried to log back in again it just keeps spinning on the register screen. This app is not helpful if it doesn't allow for you to view the info.

This app was useful when I first started using it. Now it has been stuck on the REGISTER screen and won't allow me to move forward. Useless. It has been 5 days now!!

Even after putting my credentials , it doesn't do anything.. it worked before when I had my iPhone 8 , but it seems not to work with galaxy s21.. absolutely annoying as hell!

I loved the app in the 5 minutes I used it. I However, if you log out expecting an easy log in, you're out of luck. You have to "register" again, have the code sent to the email and then.... nothing. It just stays in a continuous loop attempting to verify the code and you can't use the app anymore. So when you download it, DO NOT LOG OUT or you'll never access it again.

Poor design and functionality. Where do I start? You have to re-register every time you log out, which means you have to access your email in order to get a validation code. Once registered, each function I've tried (get licenses, get expirations, etc.) I receive an error message about parameter I'd _ values or some gibberish. The Help section has nothing helpful there to assist. The Settings tab, where perhaps the aforementioned I'd parameters may reside only has Location settings. Poor!!!

I had this downloaded and it was working fine. I had to remove it and add again due to some phone issues and now I cant get it to register me properly. I enter the code they send to validate and it has a little circle in the middle of a white screen that just never goes away. A couple of times it cancels out with an error. Weeks later still the same problem

I removed the app and added it again. It worked fine the first time but now it's stuck on the registration screen.
