They don't deliver on time, my delivery time was between 6:30am to 8:30am, now time is 10am and order is still not dispatched, it's the third time Iam facing this problem, even if the order is delivered they are bit damaged or items show's out of stock after booking confirmed. You open shop at 6 and wait for the order for more than 3hrs it effects business. customer service is good but not that effective they said they will inform in minutes but nothing happened. Hope they solve this soon

Worst quality vegetables delivered. They takes order and in evening they send message that order is readjusted. Many times application doesn't takes order more than any particular no... That they have put capping on. Can't rely on them for business. To their regular customer also they don't deliver vegetables when market fluctuates. Worst experience with any online vegetables company.😤😤😤

Bad experiance today ..they are cheating with items and slealing,check proper weight and items, delivery persons are fraud and the app itself is fraud,,better avoid this app .complains to customer care but no solution

Whenever an order is placed, half of the items gets canceled stating item shortage, that too after 12 hours of placing the order. If the product is unavailable then why do you even list that on the app as available one. Such a pathetic service!!! And if you really want some worst quality product to be delivered at your place which you can't even return as well, you should order from ninjacart.

Very very bad All are good but the delivery charges are very high.Its OK when you are ordering more than 20kg but even for 3kg order also the delivery charges are very high 40 rps for 60rps product. How can I buy it and sell this to the customers But in other apps and all the delivery charges are 1rps per kg even for 2kgs. But this app is making profit only with the delivery charges.Except this all are slight better only 1are 2 times only products are good only. Please I request avoid it ok..

Loved the concept. However, I didn't even want to take a glimpse of the app since it requested permission to access Contacts, without which one cannot use the app. Clearly trying to invade privacy!
