Pretty easy app for simple transfers to your phone. Only real issues are, it closes out, or you lose the connection with the camera if you switch to another app on your phone while viewing pictures that have not been transferred yet. You have to reestablish the connection and wait for the pics to reload. Also not sure if it's a phone or the app, but recently the pictures have stopped transferring to a dedicated SnapBridge folder on my phone. I have to dig around to find my transferred pics.

Not happy at all. The last time I was able to upload my photos from my camera, was in April, 2021. Since then I have taken well over 10,000 photos and cannot get them to upload. I have looked through the tutorials and nothing has worked. Do better Nikon with your app. I'm happy with the camera just not this useless app! Tempted to just go buy a Cannon and be done with it.

I don't see any way to turn off the app after you're finished, it just sits there with a notification saying 'location data in use', presumably eating away at my battery while constantly looking for a camera to connect with. In practice this means I uninstall the app after every use, then reinstall it if I need it again. That's just remarkably, inexplicably user-hostile. This app seems to be the only reliable way to get GPS location into the metadata with the Z6 since there isn't a dedicated GPS accessory, so there's a significant camera function locked behind this terrible app. Something like this shouldn't require an app in the first place, I can't imagine any user who actually NEEDS location data would be okay with that. But if you insist on a smartphone/app pairing, at least make the app user-friendly.

Not able to connect app with camera anymore. Followed the recommendations in the help page to make sure the app and camera firmware were updated, but still unable to get a connection. The phone immediate disconnects from the camera. This use to work in the past, I am not sure what is causing the issue now.

This is the clunkiest, most useless camera app I have used. The camera connects and immediately disconnects, always. I cannot upload photos to my phone. I have contacted tech support several times and they simply refer me to a help page. I am about to shell out $200 for a wifi SD card so I can forget about this 😅

App isn't allowing me to download my photos to my laptop or my phone, this is upsetting to me. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone, laptop, tablet or camera. Everything app wise are current and up to date as far as all operational software. Please fix this to make it work properly.

It's nice to have for downloading pictures to be quickly accessible. But it feels barren of features. And while it advertises as being able to control camera settings, I see zero evidence of that. Until some of this is rectified, my review will remain. If the improvements are made,I'd likely shift my views on some things. For clarity, I have a D3500

App will not connect to my S21 ultra to my D500. I've cleared all data & cache, uninstalled the app multiple times and still can't connect. Everything pairs successfully but when I try to download images I get to the "connecting via wifi please wait" screen & it just sits at three quarters. I've left it for almost an hour and still never completed the connection. Useless app. Garbage!

Never works. Ever. *edit* I deleted the app and started over, and now it works fairly well. I love being able to see my photos right away on my phone to send or upload. Love the idea, just wish it worked all the time and not sometimes.

Works well (albeit slowly) for file/photo transfers from a D7500 to a phone, but the interface isn't 100% intuitive. The remote control feature came in very handy when a wired remote broke; if the app were faster, it might obviate the need for a physical remote control. It does allow you to control ISO, aperture, shutter speed and shutter release functions from the phone, which is nice.
