Reviews From google play store

Been using the app for the last 6 years. Decided to get back in to running again an needed a plan. App was working fine until.the last update 04/12 . Can't restart a run after pausing it. The coaching is very light and doesn't provide any voice over anymore. More over, my coaching runs have been lost. So I tried to restart my plan and it won't connect to the server. I'm very disappointed. Very hard to stay motivated when the app keeps bugging out and you have to log 3 runs for one run.

This running app is the best I've ever used...I take away one star because earlier it used to show my pace and timing for every km in the "laps" screen...now it shows my average pace of the whole run...plz get it back. *Edit* listened to my issue and fixed it...plz keep this update🙌🤙

Rating For the previous version. This update has probably messed up the pace and distance metrics alongwith the run map. Ran the same at the same place as before but distance & pace shown are totally screwed besides map of run is unreliable. Check it out guys ASAP

Cannot do new fitness plan, really frustrating as I am trying to build fitness again after injury layoff. Otherwise I really like it, but will look to use something else.

When trying to set a custom plan app says it cannot connect and to try again later. Other than that everything else works good

I really like this app, however, often it wont accurately track the route, causing big skipped spaces in my run, and ruining the whole overall run analysis, which is the main purpose of the app. I'd really like to see a feature which would allow me to edit the map, to show the actual full distance of my run. (I know there is an edit feature, but its not any good)

This app was just what I was looking for! I've tried some other apps for running before, but this one really helps with setting all different kinds of goals and creating a schedule for you. The only complaint I have so far is that the tracker seems to be off. I track my runs through Fitbit as well, and that app always tells me I actually ran much slower. I've had a friend tell me that this also doesn't work great on treadmills. Still, this works great if you're just starting out training.

I have been using (and happy with) this running app for several years. There were a couple of things about it that I didn't care for but nothing major. A recent update has changed my satisfaction to Zero. I used to be able to see my mileage as I ran. Now, instead of miles run, I get calories used, a meaningless bit of data as far as I am concerned. And I have no way of changing the settings back to mileage. Very disappointing, enough so that I am looking for a new run tracker.

This app is super motivating for me and is my sole training resource for my half marathon coming up. I especially love the guided runs.

Started using the race day program and loved it, I took a break and decided to reset the program and haven't been able to set new program, gives a connection error message. I still use it to track regular runs outside of the program and it works perfectly fine. However my reason for downloading was for the half marathon training plan. Since not able to access it, not really delivering.

EDIT: THIS APP WON'T SYNC EVER. IT DOESNT SHOW COMPETED OR MY PACE This app has potential. However, the "my coach" section appears to have a bug, because i just ran 2 miles as part of my program, and it just WILL NOT recognize that i did it. It's in my history, but it won't use it. It keeps saying i need to do my run over again. Nah, I'm tired! I'm not running 2 miles again just because the app isnt working. I want it to work though, because the programs are very personal and customizable.

Love the app, used it to coach me for a 10k in September and a 21k this past weekend. It won't let me build a new coaching plan though. I follow all the steps but when I click the "build my plan" button, it immediately says "a connection error has occured". Note I am connected and all other functions on the app works fine. I have been trying since Saturday, so 3 days and numerous tries, no luck (also, the contact us department has a Twitter account only, hence me having to type my problem here)

I can't stop using the app since it has all my running history, and it has indeed jumpstarted me into running. Before the updates in Sept 2019,everything was working great, intuitive! After the update, there were some major bugs that has since been fixed. But the Speed Runs are getting cumbersome. The resting counter is gone and going to the next lap has to be done manually! I called support about this and was told nothing can be done until the next major update. That's not good.

If all the functions works as well the app will be perfect. I completed a plan and I can't start another one. After I filled the blanks I received this message: a connection error has occurred. I'm trying it for three days. Another problem is the lack of the button to mark the pause time when you do a sprint training session.

At first glance it is a wonderful app. In particular, I liked how well it integrates with my xiaomi band 4. Then, I discovered a few bugs and limitations that makes me return to Runtastic. Particularly anoiyng is that you can not run in advance to the scheduled plan. Also, if you delete a training all relations between plan and training get broken. Finally, sometimes, start and end of the intervals are not informed, that makes the app unusable for interval training.

Brilliant app! It would be really hard for me to test my limits without this app and i might have not improved without it. The daily, weekly challenges are also amazing, It helps me compare with the rest of the runners around the world, this gets me more motivated and commited to running. The variations in running can help us improve a specific goal in running for example if we want endurance we can choose the long and slow running workout and similarly for speed, A high intensity workout.

I am using this app last 2 years never had any issues but post recent update, have observed that it stops in between when you get a call or message. The time continues but the distance doesn't change. Request team to suggest what is to be done. I don't want to leave and jump to another app but if this continues, I have to....

Great for tracking outside runs and the training plan is effective. Indoor tracking is AWFUL. While I know I can't guarantee the treadmill speed/distance, this app sometimes records only half the distance. I accidently left it on indoor option on an outdoor run and lost half a mile off the distance(run this route before with outside setting and accurate tracking). Outside tracking is great though.

Best running app I've ever used, many great features including personalised trainer. I had to remove two stars though because some times during the run, the app stops recording my distance, i don't realise until 10 minutes later. Very frustrating, i have to delete the whole run because it messes up my stats, plus i don't know the actual distance i covered

This app used to be a clear 5/5, but in the last few weeks it randomly wouldn't track about 10% of my run. Missing between 0.5 miles and 1 mile. My pace would all be messed up. It's the same run I have been doing for a while so I know it's way off. Very frustrating from fantastic app I planned to use for years

Worked great for a couple of years, then all of a sudden, just last month, the GPS and run distance and time stopped working correctly. It sped up my time and running distance no matter how slow I ran. The map that showed my run was also way off. Too bad because I have over 1500 miles logged in.

I've used this app for over 4 years now. I love it. I enjoy joining the challenges. I wish that you could total weekly and yearly totals as well as monthly totals. maybe this will be included in a future update. Also would like to be able to see more current personal bests. Everything was about 2 years ago, and I can't beat that anymore. Would like to see bests for this year

Everything was good until a few days ago, but now, the device tracks much less than my treadmill. Eariler if i used to run 6K it would be very close (only about 0.3 diff) but now it lags behind almost 1K. Ive tested on multiple treadmills so i can safely say issue is from the app. I even had to disable auto pause because it was triggering wrongly while i run

Nike Run Club is by far the best app I've ever used for running! It's guided me through my first 5k, half marathon, and ultimately, my first ever marathon just one week ago. The training plans are flexible and challenging, the achievements help me keep my head in the game, and I honestly wouldn't run nearly as well if I didn't have the coaches in the background cheering me on. Awesome app! I highly recommend to anyone and everyone who runs.

Great for setting a plan that is flexible and easy to follow. The only thing I dislike is that when running sprints it won't tell you that you've reached the distance it wanted you to go so you have to keep checking the app while you sprint. Otherwise a great app for all levels of athletes. Edit: This app jacked my plan all up. I have a slew of saved runs and was excited about completing my first plan after five weeks and now they're all inaccurate and some are even gone. Frustrating...

Excellent app. Makes it easier to run by tracking you and encouraging you to set goals and targets to achieve. This is also without using the coaching features and guided runs, I can only imagine how helpful those are. As someone who used to despise running this is a perfectly suited app for me. The notifications remind you to run and even if you run just once a week you can achieve marks for consistency. Download it, use it, and most importantly keep running!

It's an overall great app to track your runs, just that the location capturing can get clunky at times. But pretty neat overall. Edit: Recent update has been buggy. After each run, it kept showing as "Nike is completing this run' and that notification just won't disappear. Had to force stop the app.

Has helped me with motivation and goal setting. Can not set a new plan after finished my hald marathon plan - disappointing. But this caused me to go with a distance run (2 hours). Based on the coaching I got to go slow at first, I was able to run for 70 minutes straight - never did that during entire half marathon training. I am looking forward to the next time amount. Also when my training plan was working, I liked that it told me when to run and days to rest.

Seems to work pretty well, I just wanted to drop this review because of an issue I noticed this morning. It was dark and raining where I was running, so I had my phone in my jacket pocket. I think the numbers are ok, but the map trace of my run makes no sense, not matching the distance I ran or the route I ran. Instead, it just showed a 300 foot strip in front of my house. It hasn't been an issue before today, and it's always nice to see the trace of the run as a mark of the day's work. Thanks!

This app is changing my relationship with running. In the past, I bombarded myself with constant negative thoughts about how slow I was or how infrequently I ran. Now I work to celebrate every run. I understand that I run slowly and go through spells of not running, but that no longer matters to me. Each run, whether it's 10 min or 60, is a run I've done. And I'm better for it.

This is a great app to use to stay on a regular Run cycle.the only downside I've seen is that it doesn't really work for somebody who's truly new to running especially somebody that is overweight and literally just starting to run. The coached aspects of this app or great. They are motivational on track a lot of good data. But it is hard to apply to somebody who is walking 3/4 of the workout initially. However it is still usable and down the road it will be good to look back on those early ones

Definitely one of the best running apps out there, functionality and aesthetically. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the drawbacks with the coaching plans. Suggestion 1- make coaching plans adjustable without quitting entire plan. Suggesting 2- create a plan that focuses on getting faster, not just running further Suggestion 3- music from spotify doesn't always play with runs

Excellent tool to maintain motivation. The guided runs are truly helpful especially on those days when you don't feel like running. It got me to 100 miles this month for the first time. There are some issues tracking me on my map but the mileage seems correct. But that's the only glitch I see and it could be just my phone.

I have used this app since 6 years ago and it has been great. It has good design ( yes, it matters!) and I like that the training plan is free and integrated witn Nike Training Club. But the GPS has been very inaccurate lately. I ran a 10K run but Nike record it as 13.8K instead. So much different with the official time. Like wise, 5K became 6K. Please fix this!

I've been looking for a better (non-commercial) app, but they really just pale in comparison with regard to free features and feedback. I suppose Nike has to make it's money somehow, and this would be through it's constant readiness to sell me some merch. Ok, I get it. The feedback internals should be more customizable (ie: .75 mi, 2 mins, 3 mins, etc) but I can work with it, and it won't affect my current rating. Training Plans are awesome, as are Guided Runs.

I havr been using this app for about 2 months now and done about 14 runs. Fantastic app. Shows your routs on the map, ascension, pace, time and connects to a smart watch or heart monitor. There are achievements that you unlock as you get better which motivates you more. Brilliant app and its absolutely free.

Absolutely love this app! It's free and great in many ways, even if GPS can be slightly off from time to time. No ads! I can choose all sorts of guided runs depending on how I feel, it provides integrated sync with Spotify, access to solid coaching plans or quick starts for freestyle runs. Good sync with Nike Training, too. Only downside for me is that it does not sync with Fitbit Versa, so I work around it, but it would be a really great addition for an all-round training programme.

I've been running with Nike for years, and despite never leaving reviews for anything, I just felt this app deserved some love. I often have to pinch myself to believe it's free. The guided runs are beyond excellent for getting you out there, and for keeping you out there. Nike's high standard of presentation is throughout, resulting in a slick UI. It's...I don't know how old, but it's constantly being updated. It really is a five star app. Keep it up Nike!

I'm having an issue with the distance. The GPS doesn't seem to be accurate. I ran probably about 5.5 miles today and it said I went 6.4 with a under 9 minute mile which I can't do.... can this please be fixed. I don't want to get a new app but I need it to be accurate.

5/24/19 i love this app. now i don't have to use my car to map out my runs lol. update 6/3/2019 having communication issues with the app. trying to set up a plan for the half marathon but it has been saying for the last few days that there is some connection issue. this has nothing to do with my internet. 9/26/19 why did you guys take away the stop watch feature on the interval training that helped to time when to start running again.

Great app except that looking at the map of my run afterwards, its way off. Seems to capture the correct distance and time, but definitely not the route. The route looks much shorter than I actually ran. I can clearly tell because I use intersections as my relay points. The route on this app can cut off whole blocks, but the distance seems right. Weird.

1)When starting a workout through the coach, it doesn't get counted for the training schedule. It works when starting the workout from the main screen or adding it manually. I started 5 workout through the coach already and it shows me 1/87 workouts. In my Activity Feed they show up correctly. Really annoying, Review will be changed when bug is fixed. UPDATE: You can edit the run and add it to your plan, but then it doesn't count for challenges anymore. 2) Also, you cannot check off Rest Day

8/10 times this app is awesome! It does have some glitches. Sometimes it will freeze during a run and that results in your data from the run being incorrect. Also, if you run in an area that os covered by trees or something (i.e. trails) the gps tracking can be inaccurate at times. Other than that this app is legit. I like the guided runs that coach you through the workout; especially the fartleks.

I use this every time I run. Run with location on so the mileage will be more accurate. I like that it tracks my pace as well as altitude of my run. It gives me my average pace and total run time every mile. It pauses when I stop (rather, when my dog stops) so the stops don't affect my pace as much. Sometimes, when I finish a workout, a recording from a celebrity plays to encourage you to keep up the run! :)

early days, consistently using this updated version of the app. location tracker for my runs have been really inconsistent and inaccurate for the most part so far. I shall see how the next few weeks go and adjust the score accordingly... update....After the most recent update, the tracker appears far more accurate and the challenges are keeping me motivated to put in the hard yards.

The app works fine and is easy to actually use but there is no way to modify a training schedule. It is set up on a Monday start date, even if that doesn't work for you. If you miss a a workout there is no way to redo it, you just get pushed through to the next week with longer and harder runs. It would be nice if it was a 'number of days' program that didn't progress unless you did instead of a rigid weekly program that doesn't allow for life.

Great app for someone just getting into running who needs a training plan. Missing two pretty big features in my opinion. Considering their plans have you run different distances, it would be helpful if there was a way to map your run, like onthegomap dot com lets you. and after completing my first run, I wish the app would tell me when i reached my set distance. accidently ran extra half mile waiting for it to tell me I completed my run. update: getting "connection error"s and app is unusable

It's still not the same as it was several years back. I do like you can now down load the audio runs but my big problem with that is I wish that once I download it it would move to a different place so I can see which ones I downloaded. Sometimes I download them earlier in the day and then forget exactly which one it was and it takes time to find it.

New Update Not Working. I have been using this app for 6 years now with no issues. Logged many kilometers but since the last update the app stops. Once you stop the run it goes into the circle of eternity just spinning spinning. Have to close out the app then reopen it. Has logged my actual run once I reopen it. Then try and stop the run it goes into the eternal spin (thinking) have to close the app again reopen to log my run. It's done it on my last 3 runs. Very frustrating. Please fix it.

Looking for a replacement app after this failed to properly track my run so many times. I use a Pixel 2. I frequently am unable to pause the run tracker, or it pauses but won't restart, or it pauses but won't end the run. So my running log now includes a single run that went on for 200+ hours and 18 miles. Great. Currently, I have a notification on my home screen saying "Nike Run is completing your run" that's been displaying for a week and I can't dismiss. I press it, and nothing happens.

Beautiful app, but chronically buggy. Every so often it measures distances incorrectly, and even when it does bother to track close enough almost always saves a random distance. If I run 10k it will save 6 or 7, if I run 5 it thinks a 3 would do just fine. I mean, am busting my ass over here. Also I read shoe dog, so am madder than ever. This is not why Phil knight out up with those japs for folks. Do better. Please

Im preparing for half marathon and thought this was good app. It goes through questions to help built the best program. I'm on my week 2 and already annoyed.why the voice doesn't tell you your current heart rate, average HR etc.this should be mandatory or at least an option when someone is using a running app. Also today I had a run that was 4x400m w/breaks. Why this wasn't said. I had to look at the phone non stop like a moron. Please change this. Give more options for your clients

The app is a great resource and motivator. I enjoyed the training program, basic run and guided run podcast components. The only issues is the hiccups that happen about 6 times a year: paused a Headspace run and then started again, but it wasn't measuring distance; did not record runs; lack of flexibility to shift training schedule between weeks; and a challenge to sync with Nike Training Club. Even with those challenges, Nike Running Club is worth downloading and using.

Really great app, but really buggy. The Guided Runs have recently stopped working. No matter which guided run I download, only the voiceover narrating time / distance / speed works, but the actual guided run itself stays silent :( been like this for 6 weeks now and have tried everything to fix it with no luck!

Hi, I've been using this app for a cour of weeks now and I've noticed that GPS tracking is quite inconsistent. It zigzags and the tells me I've run way more km that I've actually run. This isn't got help me get better. Please fix whatever bug is causing this. Thank you

I'm training with the app since 6 months ago and my improvement is so quick! It's also extremely useful and entertaining to have the guided runs, coach Bennet is so fun! The only issue I find is that sometimes I can't assign a run I've done to my plan, so I only see it in the history. Also, I don't know though how the plan considers the first benchmark, before I do it the full programme is already there... There are no suggested paces based on that I think. But I love it!

I have a 11 weeks plan, I did first 4 weeks then my phone was broken so I sign up by other phone, but my all my results were gone, I can't sync. The running plan also changes. In the archivement, there were some informations left of my previous run but they were not counting in my running plan. For a big company like Nike, how difficult to make an apps that we can sync when we change phone ??? Imagine you follow a plan for half of the way then suddenly all gone and all your plan is changed???

What happened with the last update? When I start a run it now pauses between 10 seconds and one minute in. I have to manually press play. I know where my first kilometer is on my route, now app is calling the first kilometer out about .25km late, and the timer is 2 minutes behind. It called my first km 6:38 today, my average is 4:20-4:40. Even considering the extra long km the timer is far behind. How can the timer not work, do I have to start running with a separate watch now? Jeez what a mess.

I run with this app and a Garmin for the last 7 years. 7 years ago the gps was pretty much the same, but for the last two years it has been off by about .1 or 25 miles per mile. If I finish a half marathon the app says I ran over 15 miles. When I try to look at old runs, the app crashes a lot too. Overall I like the look of it and how to look at my splits, but just know it isn't always right and you might be under trained for a big race if you depend solely on it.

This app has been the perfect way for me to start running again. I love how the coaches during the guided runs tell me "good job" and that I'm "looking good." The encouragement and the reminder to check my form has helped my physical stamina. There's an option to play music in the background, so between my running playlist and the recorded coaching, I don't get bored and I run faster than I used to.

I feel like this app is pretty awesome, accurate and so much helpful. I like the interface and how it tells you that your'e halfway through your goal. But I feel like it would be more awesome if it can tells me my speed instead of pace. And sometimes I don't always turn off the app when I already hit my distance goal, so it keeps counting my walk pace and include it in my 5th kilometer pace. It would be nice if they can be more detail on telling the distance like runtastic

There are very good training plans. But some improvements can be made in the plans in which we will have to take rest in between the laps like in the Speed Workouts . Presently we will have to manually pause our activity after a lap, for the rest period and then manually we will have to resume our workout again. It seems somewhat difficult to do while we are running, hence it can be automatically incorporated in the plans so that we can just follow the audio without looking at the screen.

I've been using this app for a couple of years now and have always loved it. I got very excited for the adaptive personalized coaching feature. After setting up my plan I went on my first benchmark run. Great experience until my run was finished and it didn't sync to the "My Coach" plan. My run (route, notes, etc.) was there in my activity feed but not syncing with the plan. Good app that could be great with a simple bug fix.

Very nice app Best running app But Here is a problem when i joining my coach section i filled all criteria . When i submitted than it shows network connections error try again later. I tried many app all streamed smoothly but when i tried to join my coach section it shows network connections error . So tell me what can I do???

Guided runs can no longer be downloaded with this update. Sits at 0% and never increases. This defeats the purpose of the app. I've done every possible troubleshooting step to make sure it isn't my phone that's causing the problem. Yes there is plenty of storage space available on my phone. Please give an actual response, not an automated response. If there was a help and support feature in the app, I would be asking for help there.

Love the app BUT!!! I'm using the app for a very long time and love tracking my running and chasing the challenges. Lately my app mismatches my treadmill for approx 10%. It is especially frustrating when you are running a high intense or long ones. I happily reached 4 miles on my treadmill and realized that I have almost half mile to go on my app, which tracks me much slower. Tried different treadmills, same issue. Similar thing happens outdoor, where I run known path andapp showing shorter

It has everything I need , and it's FREE , SO NO ADDS to accidentally press. I've been using it for almost two years, its plans are the best, achieving my goals every time I start a plan , highly flexible and got so much types of runs, for speed, for duration, for building up stamina and so much more , I just love it. Thank you Nike you are the best , Note : I'm unable to connect it with Samsung fit app , I don't know if it because of this app or from Samsung.

Lowering my rating. When the Coach training plan bugs out and erases your previous progress there is no way to go back and add the dropped workouts. Even if the workouts are sitting in your Activity panel, you still can't add them back and neither can support. This messes up the auto-adjusted training plan progress. The training plans are challenging. Does not really sync with Polar as it claims. Lots of potential outweighed by lots of issues.

Haven't run into any errors yet! I was using MMR and couldn't get it to stay connected to the app, it was just very frustrating and annoying to use. NRC app is amazing. different measuring units, accurate map tracking, perfect amount of notifications that, personally, make me feel accountable enough to get up off my rump and meet some goals. I am really enjoying the Nike Run Club app!! it's perfect for me so far and i would recommend it to anyone.

I like NRC cause it's the easiest app you can use to track your workout perfectly. NRC can help you get more fit , prepare for race... But true love for NRC come from coach Bennett (best coach ever). During audio guided runs with Bennett into my ears, I feel invincible and always end up having great runs. So thank you Bennett, I look up to you.

So when I started using this app a few months back it was working GREAT, the calorie tracking, the GPS tracking the distance. Now it has like a bug. It glitches when I run so it'll only track like half my run and its SOOO annoying because I'm trying for progress and I can't do that when it doesnt track my entire run. I'm frustrated because I don't wanna download another app because this one already has about 100 miles of my running tracked.

Please fix the interval run x400 meters. It should automatically stop u after you hit 400m then start a 2 min cool down timer then start the next interval. You have complaints about this feature going back 3 years on reddit. Everything else in ur app is really good but this really ruined my experience today.

Excellent app for those seeking to begin, continue training or prepare for an event. Achievements keep you motivated. Overall one of the best apps for running. My only issue is that once I finished my Beginners Plan, the app would not let me begin another plan.

New update is great! Can put in laps without pausing and unpausing, stopping the run works now, and I can view my run schedule for future weeks. So far so good! Old review: Fun app, but really unstable. It freezes in 2/3 runs, preventing it from recording. I'm hoping for an update that fixes this soon or I'm switching. Reinstalling every few days isn't worth it.

I used to hate running, but not anymore! The getting started series was a perfect intro; it corrected what I thought I knew about running (and myself) and set me up to keep going. All the guided runs are so encouraging! Having a supportive voice in my ear that drowns out the negative self-talk has made a huge difference for me. Very grateful for this app 12/10

This is byfar the best gps running/jogging/walking logger that i have used. It has no annoying bloatware ads coming up often to ruin exp.yes it has some premium plans that provides with audio recordings to help by boosting motivation. but the basic app is just the right one for beginners to track their runs, pace, distance and improvement. after a period of consistent workout anyone who wants to get better at what they are doing can opt for paid plans that provides you with the means to improve.

The app just does not work anymore. It does not save the runs, and it is very frustrating when using it as a motivation. It has been happening for a while now, and it does not seem like Nike is planning to fix it. As soon as I get to my next level (manually of course), I will start running with another app if you don't bother to find a solution. Frustrating and dissapointing.

Much better than MapMyRun, which constantly freezes/stops tracking/crashes halfway through a run (despite paying $60 NZD for a year's premium membership). Runners should definitely check this app out first. The only thing it doesn't have is MyZone HR tracking, but that's absolutely forgiveable due to the ease of use, actual ability to track a run, and far superior training options + reminders.

I still can't believe this app is free. It has everything I've ever wanted in a running app and things I didn't know I wanted. I love the custom training programs. They really are the most customizable I've seen. You can choose how hard. Long and often you want to train. The mileage tracking is awesome. I get informative notifications during my run. The app also quickly pauses if I stop and starts back up. There are music options, ways to share your runs and great guided runs!!!

Disappointing, was really impressed after my first run but at the end of week 1 not all of my runs are visible. Run number 1 is not checked and it looks like I haven't done it. When I look at the second one, the benchmark, it shows the first run I did! My long run today is also not visible, apparently there are connection issues. Will give it another week then might have to delete and find another app to plan for my half marathon.

When I try to set up a new running plan, there's always a connection error. I loved this app in training for a 1/2 marathon. It helped me make it through with ease. I'll now use it to train for a marathon to see if I can get through without all the pain I had with my last one... that is if I can get past the connection error.

This app is good for a training plan which can also incorporate running and strength training. Sometimes the running training plans can cause you to over train for some longer distance Races. I find the app is more responsive on android compared with an iPhone. The sprint workouts could do with a better layout as you have to pause every time you've done one of your sprints and the app doesn't tell you each time you've finished your sprint distance which is annoying. But overall a very good app.

Very solid app! The circuits are set up so you can easily track your improvements and the breathing tips are key. Plus the demos are shot from different angles for better from. I really enjoy the recommended workouts which are based off your previous workouts. I haven't paid into the app yet but I can still workout from my saved workouts back when there were monthly plans. I really miss the monthly plans!

Your dumb app has ruined my training program. It never functions whenever i begin my training. Each time i begin i have to uninstall and reinstall the app and thr gps tracking system too isn't that accurate. I literally can't rely on this app. Also not to forget the bugs. Damn its highly non functional

This app has one great feature, the prerecorded guided runs by excellent coaches, unfortunately that doesn't make up for a lack of automated voice guidance that other apps support like prompting when to switch pace during interval training (the coach feature tells you goals before the it's up to the user to manually track on their own since app offers zero help), this is major flaw since this is a fairly standard feature in competing apps. Some apps even let you customize the voice prompts.

Please REPLY!!!!!! I love this app HOWEVER why in the world will the app not connect to my mobile data I am really confuse. I have sufficient data and I even tried to restart the app and than I restarted my phone and still! it did not work.So I need HELP with the situation here!! Can someone please tell me if this is my data issue or the app it self?(Side note:I use my data for all my other apps with no issues) Other than that is app is amazing so props to the nike team for creating this app!!

Thanks to this app I've learned to run and stick with it. But, after the last update the app became really inaccurate. It's off by at least a quarter of a mile per each mile I run on a good day and sometimes even worse than that which makes it useless in terms of monitoring ones progress. Please fix it Nike!

It keeps freezing in the middle of the run...After 3 miles of running it clocked me at .57 miles in 30 mins! I have enjoyed this app for over 2 years never had any issues.. Recently it started freezing in the middle of my runs..and it does it consistently...PLEASE FIX IT

I run the exact same path but my distance is very different every time... So useless if you're trying to achieve a goal. I ran with a friend who had the same app and our final results didn't catch even though we ran the same distance and pace... Made the review months ago and the app only got worse!!! If I could give it a zero I would!!! My friend and I ran side by side, however, there is a 3km discrepancy and 15minute pace difference... What??? How??? TRASH!!!

Like this app. Been using it since 10 months. But since I updated this app about 2 weeks back, the following problems occur 1. The app stops during the run and does not restart automatically. 2. When I pauce the app pauces the run and does not restart automatically. 3. The map location is always incorrect. Please help

This app has transformed my passion for running. The app constantly kept me motivated to keep unlocking achievements, breaking down personal records and inspiring my friends to join in on the fun with running challenges. A great tool for tracking your progress, mapping your running routes and sharing it with others. One of my favorites; would definitely recommend it for others.

Had poor experience with the speed 9 X 200m run under the My Coach section. Imagine I have to run a full speed 200m without voice feedback telling me I complete the distance, had to run full speed while watching at my phone. Plus, what button I supposed to hit for my 4 min rest? LAP button starts a new 200m lap, while PAUSE button doesn't take in the distance I walk while resting(plus no rest countdown, I have to look at my watch over and over to make sure the rest time is up). Fix it please.

It's a great app when it works! The main issue I've run into is the app randomly crashing and not being in sync after resuming a guided run. The latest issue, that I'm unsure if it's app only or app and OS, is being unable to properly pause / resume. As a result of the lastest update, I'm switching to Strava. Update (2019-09-11): looks like the issue with pausing and resuming was fixed in the lastest release.

Why can't I say I ran 1km in 8:11sec? Why does it change it every time. Or change 1km to .93km and I have to scroll all the way down to 0 again so I can make it 1.0km. it's really aggravating. I'm sure it's a great app if you are running the scheduled thing they have but I'm on a treadmill. It rains way too much here to run outside.

First time using it on Galaxy Note 10+. Didn't work well, stucked while running today, had to close it and open it several times. I was making use of one of the guided runs and all of a sudden it stopped playing the audio. Map didn't show correct route on map and distance at the end (2nd time happening) the first time happened on my old phone (Galaxy J7 Android 6) Bring back the feedback section within "Contact us" and option to delete downloaded runs. All this cause me not to run at peace. :(

Not bad but just isn't quite there with the training plans which is what I want from the app. The interval training needs to tell me what to do, when to start and stop the intervals and record them as intervals rather than just saying on the front screen and what I should be doing and leaving it for me to guess! It would be good to change some of other settings too so for example I'd prefer to be told how far I've done rather than what I have left to do after the half way point.

The training plans have helped me achieve PBs in a couple of 10k races, and the guided runs (especially the Long Run with Kipchoge) are great...when the audio actually plays! I'm using a Pixel 3 and OS10 with the latest update and the guided runs don't play after downloading! It's such a shame because I love the expert coaching and motivation during my run.

Training doesn't set pace in minutes per kilometer... Now it just says: quick, comfortable, hard... What is the point of benchmark if there is no evaluation and no goals being set? Used app for long time but now I can't see any benefit since I have to manage my pace times and log them and set them in order to advance in training. Pretty bad. I contacted them but nothing came as feedback. Ugh...

How do you expect people to use and app that is constantly filled with glitches like 'A Connection error has occurred' !!! This seems to be an ongoing issue for over a year people are getting this. People want an app they can rely on...not go to do a scheduled run and your app glitches and you can't use the app for hours.

Got new phone had to reinstall app. Forgot password because I set it 6 years ago. Impossible to reset password, the forgot password function does not work. Opened app on old phone and there is no functionality to change the password. Just lost 6 years of run data so pretty unimpressed with that. I suggest setting a super simple password because once it's set you can never change it and if you forget it you have to start again with new account!
