Constantly makes me sign in. If I sign in with my cable provider, don't lock the darn shows inside the app. How utterly useless and frustrating. Quit locking the shows, it's frustrating when you have to get going and want to put on a show and not only does it ask you to enter a dumb code, but then asks you to sign in again!!! No other app does this. Not Disney plus, not PBS kids. Get it together, Nick Jr.

So frustrating!!!!! They have locked full episodes to unlock them you have to provide your tv provider no big deal most tv apps do this, the problem is they dont have Sling on the list of tv providers which makes no sense i have nick jr on sling. Put all tv providers on there so kids dont freak out!!!! So annoying

Times out and makes you sign in multiple times. Stops playing few minutes in and says video no longer available. Been doing this for a Very long time. Talking years.... very disappointed

Where is Dora and Friends?? They advertise shows that are no longer on the app which is upsetting. Either update the photos you use to advertise or add them back on? My daughter was disappointed when we downloaded the app just to not have the shows she initially got it for. Overall the app runs ok. Sometimes it closes or doesn't load well, but usually it runs fine. (Using Galaxy Tab A)

6/7 update app send to be working again! Thanks for listening! 5/20/21 - I used to oive this app but since 5/19 it crashes when opening across devices try explaining to a 2 year old what happened to Paddington. Now my child is hooked ID channel 24/7 true crime, can't wait to see how this will turn out. I like the App, and all the shows available. My son loves Blues Clues and Paw Patrol.

My child's birthday message wouldn't work, I made multiple attempts to contact them by phone as well as email, and nothing. No one will respond by email, then I had a horrible time locating the customer service phone number, I finally found it on a website called pissed consumer, it went to a voicemail that identified as nick Jr., and never once could I speak to anyone, and never got a returned call. So my son spent his 3rd birthday not getting to speak to the paw patrol. Nick Jr is a joke.

My son was so excited to be able to watch baby shark on his tablet. The app won't play any of the free episodes, nor will it allow me to log into my provider. It's pretty much useless

The app keeps on crashing on my son's Samsung Note 9 tablet upon opening the app. We have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success and he has used this app on this particular device for the last 6 months with no problem. Please fix the app so that he can enjoy this app once again on his tablet. It is a great app when it works. Thank you in advance!

Just stopped working. My son loves watching this on his tablet and it worked fine up until maybe 2-3 days ago now it won't open. Just keeps crashing. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times with no luck. This was a good app up until then!
