Shouldnt buy NICE automation products. They deny warranty. I optioned the wifi add-on to their auto gate system. Initial setup went fine. After a few weeks, the device went missing and app couldnt connect. Our local installer removed and sent it back to their supplier in March. However, when they got back to us in August, they said couldnt claim warranty due to power surge. The device is a DC component taking power from their own DC gate transformer. Think thats stupid. Do not buy!

constantly get UNUSABLE or NOT AVAILABLE when trying to open garage door. at times it works but still very frustrating. having to constantly open the door via key pad. even the keypad is a pain. why should one gave to enter a code to close garage door? also only one andriod phone can be paired for wireless function. cannot add a 2nd phone. Truly pathetic.

This must have been the most frustrating experience of my life. Initially the installation and connection with the WiFi module went fine. After a couple of hours the app told me the module was not active. I tried to reinstall the module and with no success. I've tried soft and hard reset of the module, connecting to different WiFi networks, app re-installations and phone reboots. nothing works. I'm not able to add the WiFi module to the app anymore making it completely useless. Worst experience ever!!! As a developer myself i cannot comprehend that such a terrible app is released publicly. Waste of time and money.

Works.... sometimes, doesn't cope with WiFi drop out or If you have a power cut have to reconnect the device! Hard to open quickly to many steps. only good point it notifications of open and close shame as wanted it to be good. Also can't have with O-View device as shared port :( IFTTT tries to open and fails. This needs some work and it would be awesome! Don't focus on the Apple market too!

Terrible app. After many many attempts worked for almost two weeks, then suddenly forgot all settings and I had to reconfigure everything (including hardware reset of the IT4WIFI device). Stopped working some days ago, reinstall did not work this time. I keep receiving various error messages: "A network error occurred. Please try again", "NHK_ERROR-undefined" - very suggestive, btw,, "Network parameters are not correct! Please try again". The device is not unusable, and I have no alternative solution to reconfigure it. Don't make the same mistake, stay away from this app, and don't end up buying the Wifi device which is unusable without a proper app!

The Nice BusT4 is having power and I am currently trying to connect with the home Internet what is not working. There is no online support, service desk most likely has South European approach of working after waiting for more than 30min. Edit: I had to reconnect the Modul with the home inet what dint worked. The problem is the app. Fix your app and customer service.

APP On home WiFi working normally, on LTE, HSDPA does not working, APP can not connect to the application. For me is valuble to work on LTE because my phone is all the time connected on 4G network. If NICE would not FIX this issue I will return this modul. And another problem, when I delite app from my phone can not recognise my admin and I must hard reset modul then I must go to whole first instalation proces. This APP is terible and is not valuble eny panny.

Terrible app! I cannot believe this app has been built by professional developers. Guys, haven't you considered to test the app before you release it? Do you use this app at your home? I guess not. I am continuously getting the error that the app needs to have access to location service, and guess what? It has access! I reset it, reinstall it, looked 100 times in android settings that the app has access to location service, and still getting the error! Worst investment possible.

Clunky and was previously working most of the time, since android 11 the app won't detect it has the location permission enabled even tho it is enabled this means I can't register my device to my phone 👎

Hard to install even with the nice rep here, glitchy and it's now deleted the accessory after a week so now got to start again to install it. very annoying that iOS works better.
