Locked me out of the old app and can't get into new app because the password doesn't work. The upgrade process is very ridiculous, annoying and inconviniencing. Cannot get through to customer care either. An upgrade should make thing better.

Its More user friendly and I can see my loan balance, statement etc on one page. I had no problem migrating just followed instructions and ensured my ineternet was stable. The Lipa na M-Pesa addition to the app is amazing and simplifies all my transactions.

App doesn't start up. Keeps crashing on Android 12. Quite disappointing. Old app was working fine but I can't use it anymore. :(

The app desperately needs ability to pay till numbers and paybills directly, as well as ability to customise utilities for other regular payments. There are some issues with particular utility payments. Otherwise relatively smooth and easy to use.

Used to be a great app, but now completely useless. Can't even launch the damn thing 😒 Upgrading my rating as the app is up again; but still not impressed with how long I had to wait for the update hence 3-star rating 😉

It will not launch at all on Android version 12. It worked well before I did a system update to 12. Unfortunately they don't have an option at this time for this, so quite frustrating. However when it worked it had a good bunch of options not in previous versions, so it made it quite versatile, but you need a magnifying glass to read it though, and no option to enlarge font, so thats a problem for me.

Unable to launch application. No error message provided. Progress bar keeps on scrolling regardless of the failure. I am excited that I can access both NIC & CBA accounts, (when it loaded, once after the upgrade). The UI needs a bit of work, provide intuitive account names, it's hard to distinguish which account belongs to what bank, or better still, provide a means to rename accounts.

App keeps stopping/crashing on s21 ultra after phone software update. Optimize the app to ensure it is compatible with s21ultra. It's been more than 2 days now. I have installed and uninstalled it more than 15 times but still not working

Lots of wasted space on the landing page, even before you consider that used for ads. The fingerprint authentication integration keeps giving errors with the app that isn't solved with restarts - until its sorted, best to avoid that and stick to a PIN for login.
