Worst app experienece. Being using the app for 2 years & after no. of updates still they aren't able to improve: 1. The App log out itself any time even between the use also & that wouldn't be a problem if Log-In option would be easy. 2. For Login, App don't send OTP promplty & when OTP is received later then the App is time-out/ OTP expired😏 3. App keeps on loading itself randomly. 4. App forgets everytime what policies were attached to it. From such an esteemed PSU, better is expected

Keeps reloading, takes lot of time to load my policy datas(I even thought I lost all datas), quick renew option doesn't work. OTP login is buggy, first it says invalid OTP and then logs in. The app is frustrating and copy paste doesn't work, I have to type all my data manually. Funniest thing is the policy that is about to be expired is displayed in the quick renew option but it says invalid and I have to type policy number and customer ID to renew, that is not a quick renewal.

Pathetic app...cant copy paste the policy number or quote number from email to the app. Which app wants its users to enter 20 digit policy number manually?! Then after entering it along with customer number it says cant find the record. So you go back and forth few more times between your 2 apps to verify everything is fine but result is same. It is showing my existing active policy as expired :-o. As i said pathetic app. Why do they even bother making apps?! God only knows. Uninstalled app!!!

Using this app requires typing in login details everytime. The UI seems old and boring. I wish every policy holder gets a smart-card just like RC, so that it is easier to manage vehicle documents.

Need to iprove all parts such as interface, functions etc. It takes all to login processes for everytime we login to the app (Its the most annoying part). Response time is too slow.

Horrible experience! This app is just meant for harrasment,nothing more. It respond sometimes. Evrytime you have to wait for a welcome OTP. Not a smooth functioning app.

Not user friendly and app does not allow to proceed if i donot wish to update app. All the public sector and these government sector firms seem to employ some cheap app developers who have poor idea on making a sensible good app. Policy renewal must be provided with quick link rather than typing again a linked policy number and customer id. App developers ko koi farak nahi padta reviews se. They hardly acknowledge.

Just an useless and pathetic app. It doesn't load current policy. Quick renew option doesn't work. What else can be expected from a public sector company?

Terrible worst app.. lot of glitches.. it takes so long to open the pages. Supposed to be a central government app.. pathetic. Even a local company will make it better.
