This app doesn't load voicemails half the time. On the main page it shows I have a voicemail that is, for example, 30 seconds long. I click on it to listen to it, and it won't play. It says it is 00:00 and does not allow me to listen to the voicemail. This occurs too often and I have missed too many important messages to rely on this app any longer. I have restarted the app and still won't work. I used to like this app because I didn't have to call my voicemail but I'd rather do that.

It rarely works. Today it is actually deleting my voicemail when I press play. Completely unreliable and frustrating. I've been with this company for years and it has never gotten better.

This app has made my experience with a Smartphone so much more enjoyable. I am a 52 year old who has never owned a Smartphone ever before. I've always enjoyed my carefree basic phone. Basically I am technically challenged. Seriously I am quite pathetic. Cellcom Visual Voicemail has lowered my frustration and for that I am truly grateful.

Could be better! App records all annoying robo calls. So you first block them but app let's them thru and then a voice mail notification I never wanted and now I have to go into the app and delete the damn thing. DUMB AND ANNOYING!

Absolutely terrible. Can't delete a voicemail from 8 months ago. It doesn't notify me of a new voicemail and then all of a sudden I have 12 new voicemails from up to a month ago? When I delete an old voicemail, listen to the next one and then go to delete that it, it will not delete. It just has a loading sign. I have to close the app and then reopen it for each voicemail to delete. I keep missing important voicemails for work and it's very frustrating. I have installed and reinstalled the app multiple times and also is up to date. No difference. As of now there are 257 reviews and the app has a 2 star rating. If that doesnt prove how much it sucks I dont know what will. Coach McCarthy is gone now so maybe put your focus on the app instead? If it doesn't get taken care of soon, I'm taking our 5 phone lines and 15ish years of being a customer and going somewhere else.

Just avoid this app. It didn't work years ago when I tried it, and it isn't working now although recommended by CellCom. With a 2.3 star rating, you'd think they'd step up and fix it. I had 84 deleted messages today that I had no idea were there. Today it won't open and I got zero help from customer service. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. I did the first half. Find something else.

This was the 3rd time I uninstalled and reinstalled this app to my phone. I would get alerts I had a voicemail, but could not listen to them. When selecting the voicemail it would spin and spin and spin. I'm not able to delete messages from 9 months ago, actually unable to clear anything from this app. My phone continues to say I have 9 messages to listen to, however will not let me listen to them. I am again uninstalling this app and looking for a different one that hopefully will work better.
