App works much better lately. The virus/malware is OK. The parental control addition is great. However they make you pay separate subscriptions for both. For the cost of the router they should be included for free. At least one small charge for both. Separate subscription costs is a horrible way to do it.

The Nighthawk Router is good. This Nighthawk app is garbage. I have 10 items on my network. The app won't remember or save the labels for most of them. So I have re-entered them over and over. Most of the items don't even show up in the app. So I have to use another app to see and keep track of all items on my network. If there is something more I need to do, please tell me!

This app is terrible. Most of the time it tells you that it can't find your router despite being connected to the same network, yet my desktop can reach the router login page just fine. Rebooting the router fixes this problem for a few days until obviously the service the app uses in the router crashes and doesn't restart. I'm subscribed to their armor service too, but that was a mistake. Will be the last Netgear product I buy, but I'm stuck with it for a few years due to how much it cost....

This has been a very troublesome app. It often forgets how to speak to my router. And it makes me question how good the Netgear MR60 router is. I thought just this app was very slow, but the router serves up some of its administration pages extremely slowly, like Access Control, which always takes several minutes to appear. So I think it may be a mix of issues. This has left me very disappointed with Netgear. I doubt seriously I will ever buy another Netgear product again.

Having lots of issues with internet. Called Netgear and paid a lot of $ for on line service. The app worked for less than a week. Now it won't work at all. Uninstaller the app, reinstalled it and can't get past the 1st screen! Repeated the Uninstaller and reinstall...still can't get past the 1st screen! The app used to work, but not any more! WARNING!!! A PIECE OF JUNK!

I have all the same problems that have been described 1000 times already. But hopefully I can add some details that might help users and app developers alike. For me, on Android, the app works okay until I try to switch devices. I have a Nighthawk RAX43 that I use as my router and an RAX10 that I use as an AP. If the app tries to switch between those devices for any reason, that's when the app locks up and requires a reinstall to start working again. This app, on iOS, isreliable this way.

It did help me to initially set up the router, that's why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. It tells me that it blocked a website without telling me what that website was. It tells me that it scanned this one particular device but it neither lists that device in the devices list nor can I copy the report text for further research. Armor is 50 percent off! Go to linked page, which is devious of content. Those are things only from today.

Needs more features, information as to which frequency each device is connected to be able to change it within the app, change settings in router....just to name a few. Mostly this app is just info. Can't do a lot. But on a positive note; it's easy to set up and use and I have never had any issues with it. Its FREE...Oh....and there's NO ADS! Big plus!

90% of the features you boast do not exist in the app. From what I see online, they used to be there, so I assume it's a glitch. Speed tests shouldn't require location service on my phone to be on, as the location it needs isn't even where I am located, but where my service data point is from. Remote access tile is missing, firmware update tile is missing, full internet net access toggle should be a thing for those who don't care to go through each device to disconnect all, etc. Needs major work

It drops my Roku device constantly! It doesn't transmit a powerful enough signal. When checking my connected devices, the strength is at the very lowest strength for my cell, computer and 2 Roku devices. It worked great until the 1 year warranty expired. If I want any assistance from the company I must buy their warranty at a cost they won't tell me until after I buy into it.
