Absolute garbage. Issues like won't connect, or instructions don't match operation, and so on. No help available through support. Packed up this garbage and got rid of it. .

With the new upgrade I no longer get get the 7 day forecast. I'm getting 2 days. And the rain forecast is no longer accurate. The day of the tropical storm all I was ever forecast was 0.022.

After 2+ years of use my main complain is that the app can be slow to load and show data. For a device without screen and relying only on the app, I think it should be better. Maybe the app could get the data directly from the device if used on the same networked (instead of relying on Netatmo servers). Also no Google home integration is a big miss for me, the options for the graphics could be more advanced (several curves, personalized time range, better resolution...) and a notification if the connection to the device is lost (network / battery / ... issue) would be nice. But despite the above points it's overall a well designed app and good product ! :)

So far I'm liking the app and data it provides. The only thing holding it back for me is the graphs don't come up most of the time. Every once in a while, they'll work but for the most part, all I get is a empty graph with a crossed out page on it. The graphs do show up online but there's no mobile view so it's worthless to look at them there unless you're on a desktop.

For years, the previous versions of this app and the servers that supported it, worked extremely well. In 2020, the servers have been responding with unavailable more than 50% of the time. The app now doesn't remember the correct rotation. The app has to completely refresh it's display every time it's reopened, even if you had it open just one second earlier. Am I surprised? Not really. Companies like this always leave users in the dust

Not happy not being able to save any more than 5 favorite stations you should be able to save as many stations as you want also I would like you to make the outside sensor response faster by putting the temperature humidity sensor on the outside of the canister on a wire and making it waterproof it takes too long for the temperature to respond by having the sensor on the inside of the can

UPDATE1/1/20 - App and data appear to be working well and up-to-date this morning and year's end, a big turn around from the previous month end in November. Taking problems seriously and correcting them goes a long way toward making customers happy. Will continue to upgrade rating if this good trend continues. 12/5/20 - Yes, the problem appears resolved now. Not first time in last few months this has occurred. Will update IF year-end occurs w/o issue.

I like the app so far. The weather stations seem to have accurate data, and it was pretty easy to setup. It would be nice if you could make sub-accounts to share with family members. Additionally, I would like to see Google home integration soon.

After the last app update nothing isworking anymore,. Only way to check the temperatures is to go to the website. If this continues i will have to scrap everything from Netatmo. I can't have anything this unreliable. I was on my way buying the security solution but now I am holding off.

The ne update suckes. Can't turn phone sideways to see graph, notifications can't choose specific indoor station, all my sensor data is gone like battery level and signal strength. I could go on. Might dump the whole system and get one that is easier to use.
