    Incredible. I am using an Obama phone that says TracFone on it and it works for anybody on any carrier but not for me or on my own carrier. This app is a scam that has been created by some programmers who believe that your privacy is worthless and they WILL encommandeer your device remotely that instant you download this sketchy and suspicious application. DON'T DO IT!

    Net10 was ok at first and should stay alright if YOU DONT ADD DATA! If you add data then NET10 will slow you're phone so much that's it pretty much useless because they want you to add more data! . Before I added data it worked well enough at 2gb, but now it takes 20 minutes to open a website. I'd say don't get it!

    It effected my other apps by alll of asudden my screen kept flipping from horizonal to vertical,back and forth in other words drains off my apps to down load "net 10"but may be different if i actually had a net 10 from the get go so i decided not to use that app while with tracfone and return to original services which were great but was curious if downloaded would o recieve more privileges or not,and did not recieve any more than original just drained from other apps.

    I've been with Net 10 for over 10 years!! But the last 4 to 5 months?..My service has been AWFUL! I can't make or receive calls, and I can't text or recieve texts, also Net 10 turns my Wifi on without my permission, and I buy the $50 Unlimited Calling, Texting and Data, I pay $55 w/ tx! I have texted Net 10 and they have told me the same thing as some of you other Net 10 users! They tell me they find NO ISSUES ON THEIR END! Stop telling us to contact y'all! YALL FIX YOUR PROBLEMS NET 10!!

    I have two phones on my account. One shows the correct stats. The other shows the incorrect service end date. I logged out and uninstalled the app. I even went to the net10wireless website and the same problem exists. I have called customer service numerous times and have been told it's a glitch or that everything looks good from their end. This has not been resolved.

    Kinda sketchy app. After typing in password, it showed the animated circle, then stayed on the password login screen doing nothing. I could view credit cards and profile, but nothing else worked. Fiddled with it for at least 30 min. and same a-functional app. Came back a couple of hours later and opened it (because I was going to leave a crappy review); everything was working! I saw my data usage for devices, added enrollments to my plans, etc. Kinda like their customer service, you have to just keep trying and eventually someone will make it right.

    This is not a question, it's a complaint! Since the beginning of the month I have had nothing but problems with my internet. I am paying for 10 gigs of high speed data but what is high speed if the data shuts off every few minutes and I have to wait 10 minutes before my data is back on. I have called several times to solve the problem but it has done no, good. It took 3 days for my "high speed" data to download a 2 gig movie I bought on Google. Now my high speed data is used up and the internet

    Been with net 10 over 5 years. A lot less $ each month than all the bigger carriers. I usually have plenty of data with the $35/mo plan, which with auto refill is even less. On months that I know I'll need more data, I can change to a different plan with more high speed data before the due date, then I can switch back to the $35 plan the next month. Only slight coverage difference than other carriers. Have recommended to others!

    l've been with Net10 for over 5 years and never had much of a problem until i had to use customer service. I purchased a $40 card at Walmart and the next day i tried to add it to my phone and it told me the activation #'s were invalid. After talking to service reps., approximately 6 times, which you can barely understand because of their terrible non-american accents, sending copies of receipt and activation card to them and going back to Walmart 2 times Walmart made it right. No help from Net10.

    good service but the app is miss leading cause when you purchase time you don't get the points it tells you!!!!! so is it really worth the hassle NOPE!!!!! Haha I talked to 2 different people from net10 useless then the 1 guy has the balls to call me back and talk in his language and not Spanish or English. I kept the voicemail and should not have to be harrassed by one of your employees!!!!!!

I love my choice of phones, from samsung's s2 too S10 unlocked, bring your own. It's just hard to beat. This App is very helpful for me,just log in and buy your monthly plan. It's that easy. 😊

    My entire family has had net 10 phones for several years now and we haven't had very many issues with the service as long as we bring our own phone to the plan we can use it at our home and I can't say that about very many service providers. We've enjoyed having net 10 and will always have net 10.

    I do not like the fact that this app will turn on my wifi. I don't trust wifi and don't like it being turned on without me knowing about it. I don't use wifi, I don't trust wifi, and I especially don't like it being turned on without my permission. And you can't turn that permission off in the app. Please fix this where it won't turn on wifi every time I open the app. Other than that it's a really nice app. I just don't like going into my settings and having to force stop the app.

I've waited for responses to complaints, I've uninstalled, reinstalled , i ordered new PHONE for my Mom, never delivered and had to wait 30 days for refund (only took seconds for them to debit my bank)!NOW service inactive, i have to add a plan.. to enable auto refill, for my plan in reserve!

    Was turning off my wifi randomly. I'm assuming to try and use more mobile data in order to charge you more. When I revoked the apps permission to do so in the system settings, I constantly got pop ups asking if this app could disable the wifi. Uninstalled and will only use their website to manage my account.

    Phone service has been mostly nonexistent for 3 weeks now, nothing wrong with my phone, customer service operators don't seem to understand that I can't make or recieve phone calls or send and receive sms/ text messages yet they insist on sending me troubleshooting steps via sms, rebooting my phone doesn't help. Issue is with cell service in this area, not with my phone

    I'm not very happy with my new Samsung S4 phone. (Net 10).I can send text messages. I get sporadic Internet access and it will not allow me to make phone calls. It doesn't matter if I have 4 bars of reception, it comes up as no service. Very disappointed with this phone.

    Be sure to double check the settings to make sure this app isn't forcing wifi on, or submitting user data without your permission. These are turned on by default, which is not okay. Also, a disappointing number of misspelled words in the UI...

    Everywhere i go i have a good signal strength except inside my house where i count on it the most. I drop calls and sometimes it takes forever for me to receive my messages. I wish Net 10 would offer me some kind of incentive that I could benefit from since i have been with them for around 10 years or longer. My fiance even has net10 because i want everyone in my household to use the same service provider. Next year I will be getting my son his first phone and it will be net10 also.

    I have been using net10 (w/AT&T sim) for about 8 or 10 years. Galaxy 3 thru 7(now). Excellent service and great options plus I've never experienced signal issue in Texas. My work takes me all over the state and i always am able to make and receive multimedia and calls. A few companies have matched net10's price now but up until a few months ago they were the cheapest out there. Bring your own phone or your own sim or buy one from net10. Either way you can't beat their price or service. :)

    Great app, never any issues with it. Highly recommend NetSpend. nothing better then getting you direct deposits early. I've had NetSpend probably over 10 years and have had MAYBE 2-3 issues but they were resolved very quickly. Personally I would never change to another card.

    I have been using Net 10 as my cell phone company for over a decade now and I wouldn't change my service for anyone else. The service and reception is so good I have been places all over America and never had a problem, in fact my friends that had other major name phone companies couldn't get phone service in places that I was getting it, that's a big deal for me. Saved tons of money over 10 years being with net 10 when other phone companies were charging more for the same plans. Thank you net10.

    Bad went to go to new phone and put 50.00 card on a week before and they shut dam thing down when they said new phone was not commpatelbal so had to buy a 35.00 card to get it back so I God dam 85.00 in to zz at end of my 2gig slow ass data runs outzzz,,x

    Ive had Net10 service for at least 10 years and have tried other well known companies and none of the other cell providers are as good as Net10 service. Net10 has just as good of phones to chose from also. I will never go with any other carrier. Thanks Net10.

    im really upset with the service. i ordered a TCL phone from Net10 the sales rep said it worked from an ATT cell tower. IT DOES NOT, ITS A VERIZON SERVICE SIM CARD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Now i have to purchase a byop card. not fair i should have to pay for another card after already paying for one i didnt want.
