Horrible app. Constantly logs me out and says I've logged in from another device when trying to log back in. How's that even possible when I have only one sim card? Plus browsing for data packs is unresponsive and constantly shows some error.

Very disappointed with not only this app but it's attitude towards us! When I contacted at its customer service, they told me to complain through its app as they can't help me with this matter. I was trying to buy this voice pack paying through esewa and this app deducted sum from my esewa account but they didnt provide the particular pack, instead they recharged my phone balance. Called their customer care(?), tried with "Chatbot Maya" and even emailed them. No value for our time and money.

I can't figure out that what wrong with this app.at times thia app working very well and at time this app going worse and useless. Probably the most useless app in the world, constantly crashes, after six months I still cannot get it to tell me my data balance, the only thing I can do is see my account balance, try to do anything else and it crashes, today cannot get started rejects it's own OTP!! JOKE Update, from 29 sep 2021 they may have fixed the stability issue on Android as it did not crash.

Old version is better then new update. The update is very bad because we can't download pdf of our call details and many more I don't like this update is very very bad. Old version is better and simple. Bakwas and automatic account log out I don't want to give 1 star too for this disgusting app.

Useless app. Does not work EDIT - Does not move forward after successful registration. The dialog keeps showing even after pressing ok. - After restarting the app, "Sorry, we cannot process your request..." message is shown Edit: Your mobile validation is wrong, it says invalid number

App provides worst user experience. App gets logged out every second day. User interface is fancy but not friendly. Ncell should make its app from someone good or from some good app developing company. Learn from Robi which is also acquired by Axiata. They've very stable app.

Using this app i dont get any advantage.Why ncell remove that packages which contained already.Rs 47 2gb for 7 days is best package to me why ncell remove this package. Why ncell removes good packages and adds bad packages. This is too much ncell. I use this app to get data package in cheap rate but now all good packages are remove from this app.
