Was great, however now I cannot use my phone to pay. Says I'm not running official android release. Was fine until update. This Has happened once before then worked ok. This latest update has stopped it working again. Kinda sucks when your at the shop and have to leave everything because you cant pay. (Android 9)

Latest version forces you to agree to location tracking, device usage tracking. Wow. Seriously disturbing stuff. No security feature is worth this sort of invasiveness. Long time NAB customer and will start looking elsewhere. Inexcusable and tone deaf given all the recent privacy breaches. UPDATE: Same thing, but worded differently in the hope you won't notice. Disgraceful. End of the road for us and NAB. Bendigo Bank here we come!

It only took 3 years to bring account statements into mobile app... At last it's here. Update: Apr 2021. Every time the app updates, the tap and go page crashes the app. It won't work until I perform a clean install. I first reported this in 2018. 3 years later this prominent feature is still not fixed. Seems like NAB comms is asleep at the keyboard, while I look like an idiot at the cashier doing a clean install to be able to pay. Paying a $20 bill with 20c coins would be faster.

The application was good until suddenly in the vicinity of February/2020 it lost ability to retrieve accounts' transaction history. Now it gives you accounts summary only. It suggests to check the history in a minute, however after this minute or two or three the history is still not available. Same story was with my wife phone. I am not comfortable to use this app and use PC every time when I need to do my banking. Vlad.

My transactions have not shown for weeks, It just saids 'we can't retrieve your transaction history, give us a minute and have anouth go' I do and still my transaction will not load Im not happy with this the older version is way better and. Please fix my issue as not seeing ny transaction is a big deal

I think they killed contactless for s9+ and Note 10. Contactless doesn't work with app. I removed the profile and added as suggested. Sum same issue. Also, i found it's not working especially with ingenico POS card readers.

And again proven unreliable. Countless times one needs to reset to use payment function. Useless and embarrassing. Thanks again NAB for embarrassing me again at the checkouts with your super unreliable app. Well done. Looking for another bank now App is not consistent when using the payment function. Left red faced when the electronic payment function didn't work as it should. Please fix otherwise it is not reliable.

I have this app on two phones now. Some of the notifications are doubled up. At first I thought the transactions had gone through twice but luckily they are not. It doesn't happen to all transactions but I haven't worked out the pattern for it.

I cant even log in, all i get is "oops, that didnt work, give it a minute and try again" , I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and nothing is different. I have the same issue on both my note 10 as well as my tab s4, the app is up to date and the devices are as close to the latest updates as im comfortable to go without something changing that i cant revert from. If your app was shown to me it is supposed to work with this version of android.

Continually crashes with "oops that didn't work, try again" so totally frustrating. It used to work every time without fail... what happened???
