    Dismal failure. The app is not responsive when you do a transfer. It always hangs and one doesn't have any idea when the confirmation pop-up will appear. It always make users anxious to use the App at all. Customer support is also a disaster. The only solution they would offer is to download the latest version. Why would you course through your customer support through facebook and Twitter? A lot of us don't use these Social Media Platforms that much. Why not a Toll free hotline?

I can't confirm or delete a transfer since 3 days now, and Ive contacted the custormer service by chat twice and the only solution they gave me is to reinstall the app and restart your phone. N26, you have so many angry customers, it is not my phone. I wonder how on earth an online banking has an app that doesn't work for such long time. I started looking other banks, if you can't make sure your app is working, how safe is my money with you? Terrible!

    n26 the mobile bank app Horrible. I'm unable to use the card for online transactions. I receive a notification to confirm the payment but nothing happens when I click on the notification or the bell icon to approve the payment. My account has EUR and I wanted to make a payment in INR. It didn't work. I tried reinstalling the app, allowing push notifications, everything. It still doesn't work. Extremely horrible experience. I do have Google play services. It still doesn't work.

    n26 mobile banking Garbage. Don't use this app, they will waste ALL of your time. Good luck loading money into this card. I don't know why they would make it so difficult. Pairing devices, support chats that don't work whatsoever and other things make this bank unusable to me. I'll remind you I simply just wanted to put my money in the bank and I can't even do that. And when you attempt to use support chat, the require pairing + verification every time. Not great when the chat only works 1 out of 10 times

    n26 mobile banking app The implementation needs improvement. I am only able to pay certain bills via bank transfer and this functionality is broken. Normally you would need to click a confirm button after each bank transfer but this button is broken and nothing happens when clicking it; looking at other reviews it is broken for many others as well. Sometimes it works, majority of the time it doesn't, I spend a week trying to click hoping something changes. I hope my health insurace company is ok with a late payment.

    n26 mobile bank erfahrungen After filling everything and give you my personal information you send an email just saying that it's not possible to open an account. There is no reason why (even after contacting the bad customer support) or an explanation on what else is needed to open an account. It seems that these app just want to STEAL YOUR DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION. DON'T USE THIS!! The responses by N26 don't provide the answer on why the account was not created. N26 support is really awful

No matter how many times I click on the screen it does not work. Dissappointing as many users have the same issue and you are doing nothing to solve it.

    n26 mobile bank review Not among the most reliable apps in the world, which is surprising having in mind its purpose - banking. On a Pixel 3 phone confirming payment doesn't always work (nothing happens when you click on a pending transaction). It seems to be a known bug, but N26 does not bother fixing it.

Something happened on 10/1 and i still havent got an answer as to what is going on nor the issue resolved. Cant transfer the money out of the account so im screwed until the internal team get this resolved. Im only told there is an open ticket thats been escalated.     n26 bank mobile deposit I can't confirm my payment on the application when I use online debit payment on a website. Please fix this issue. I found many android phone users experiencing this problem. The bank service is really good. I like how simple it is. Just this problem is bad.




    Lot of improvement is required in the app, unable to confirm the payment even after tapping 100 times, data update issue is observed, every time I need to close the app and start over again to see the updated data. Yes I do have Google play services installed.

    Overall it's okish app, but it's impossible to confirm Internet payment on some phones including mine(reinstall app doesn't help) makes it's almost unusable in 21st century. And no, it's impossible to confirm from the website and confirmation of transfers is magically works.

    Honestly best mobile bank I've used this far. I have chime and their pretty good too, but I've tried so many others netspend, Walmart money card, etc I even downloaded countless other apps that are mobile banking apps, and I Cant find one I like more than my n26 card/account. Honestly not gonna lie I only tried it cause I happen to see a add for it and seen what the card looked like and had to have one their clear with everything printed in black, but haven't regretted it once.     Horrible! App keeps crashing everytime I try to add funds to my account. Also, It infuriates me that N26 uses Plaid to verify external accounts to transfer money into N26 accounts but won't allow use of the same service to verify N26 accounts to be able to transfer money out.

    The new card I got is not so practical. When I want to take a photo of it in some apps, I can’t because my name is on one side and the card number is on the other. It’s really boring when I need to add a whole number when I can just take a photo. Anything else is just perfect and I am happy with the whole service.

    Doesn't work 40% of the time, you scan your fingerprint and nothing happens, it won't let you try with your password and you can't confirm internet login or any transaction. If you need something important, good luck.

    Terrible. I cannot top up my smartphone because N26 doesn't allow me to confirm a pending transaction. I have reinstalled the app and restarted the smartphone, but the issue remains. You cannot use your own money!

    Very disappointed in this app. Push notifications is a mandate and doesn't work at all. So no transactions can be made online. No option to disbael the push confirmation as well. Transferring has become a trouble some task now.

    No intuitive UI, often confusing features (ex scheduled payments which makes you send twice the transfer), no clarity around app areas, high withdrawal fees. I need to use this app sometimes because I live in Germany but it is really bad.

    Terrible bank unable to cancel direct debit on the app. The chat is terrible and very slow. I have to print out a form to cancel the direct debit. It is the only bank app that does not let you do it on the app.

    Everything works quite nice, but if you create your account living in X country, and later move to another country, you cannot change the terms and conditions, even though the benefitis change a lot from one country to the other

    Absolutely unacceptable bug when putting in the transfer amount. It scrambles decimal sign, partly only on the confirmation page, extremely dangerous. Instead of transferring 300€ I nearly transferred 30000€.

    On multiple occasions I have had to wait 1 to 2 weeks to use funds that should've been available right away. Then I had 4 charge's on my account I didn't make, I disputed them and they refunded me about 0.60¢ out of almost $300 taken off my account that weren't from me.

    I've been trying to confirm a payment for the longest and nothing happens, so I missed the 4 minutes windows despite being trying and clicking all this time, this 4 times already what a waste of time this app checked the settings, everything and not being able to use it .... I do have Google Play Services installed. The app instead of solving a problem just gave me a problem and wasted my time only. 🤷🏽‍♀️😔

    The Top Up function suddenly stopped working. The chat support has no solution. Top Up is only on the app and for some moronic reason cannot be done from the website. They have no timeline to deploy this capability to the website. If this is not resolved today I am switching to Revolut. No time for instability when it comes to banking and finance.

    Terrible experience. Where can I start? Spanish IBAN for summer last year? All lies. Built-in Transfer wise? Doesn't work. Free withdrawals from ATMs while travelling? Sent me to at least 3 wrong addresses and when I finally found one it did charge me a huge commission even though it was supposed to be covered. Costumer service? Always the same automated reply: "Well check with our dev team but we can't assure anything"... Just counting days for this to be over.

    Still not possible to edit "Name" field during initiation of a new transfer to existing contact when using Android app. In web browser this feature is available from the beginning and it is crucial for my payments in the app. UPDATE 23/09/2020: After half a year, there is still no solution to this simple problem. User-friendliness is clearly not their priority. Besides it is stil not possible to use non-Latin characters (e.g. č, š, ž) in the Name field and in the Reference field in Android app.

    Bravo with the phone number pairing. Unpaired old phone unaware that my phone number, which I could never update in the app was needed to pair a new phone. At least put a warning that I need access to my number to pair a new device. In response to the response. What I am criticizing is the poor User Experience that the app gave me. It is not cool to be locked out of your account. There was NO WARNING when unpairing my phone about 2FA. As a user, the 2FA I have been exposed to for the last 2 years is my phone being the 2nd factor. I would have expected more information about the process to pair a new phone when starting the unpair process. What is said on the app at this moment does not lead the user to believe that 2FA using the firstly registered phone number will be required to pair a new phone. If there is a way to pair a new phone without sms and using 2FA with the old phone, it is not mentioned either. There is a thing called free movement in Europe, which I would expect a European company to be aware of. As such, 2FA using sms is not the best choice. In the end I was able to recover access to my account thanks to the support agents and a trip to an ATM. The criticism here is that this should not have happened. Either there is poor UX or poor communication within N26. Had I been informed of what would happen beforehand, I would have taken the steps to update my phone number (which cannot be done via the app, although addresses can be updated) and then I would have switched phones.

    I like the app overall, however a couple of weeks ago I encountered a bug when entering transfer amount which still persists. The problem is that when I enter numbers, some other numbers eventually appear on the screen and it is impossible to enter the amount you want to transfer. This makes transferring functionality completely unusable.

    No option to get pdf with pure balance! And this is the "digital" bank... Contacted support center. Got the response, that they can provide me with this pdf in 2 weeks. 2 weeks, Carl! 2 weeks to create one pdf with bank info and my balance... Awesome service. Keep rock! ---- let me clarify: pure balance mean balance without transactions. There are no way to get it.

    I've described a bug 4 times to different support people of N26, they don't accept it as a bug! The bug is that you *can* type some characters in the reference message which is not acceptable by the system and fails silently without any error messages. Not even in the api response body! The support system also doesn't have feedback and rating! It was my worst support experience. I'm tired of so basic bugs in a not matureed bank app.

    In the latest update it says that Google Pay Contactless is enabled for Slovenia (among others).. Google Pay is not officially supported in Slovenia.

    The app is well written on its own. The pattern login method gives some problems on phones without a fingerprint sensor. This forces the user to login exclusively with the password, which can be a bit tedious in case of a long one. It seems there is no feedback button within the app to inform the developers, but I might be wrong. Overall great service - it's exactly what I have been looking for. Very much recommended!!!

    The bank might offer some advantages, such as instant transfers between N26 members, but their data management bad. It can be very hard to monitor transaction and activities on your account. If e.g. a transaction fails because of insufficient funds, you can click on it to see what transaction it was but after that the information is gone, it is not stored anywhere in the app for you to review again. Often the app can crash or have some issues, so if it crashes while opening the "insufficient funds" notification, then you will never see the information, it is gone forever. Another alarming issue is when I rented a car and had to pay a deposit. I waited for the deposit to be return to me but never received a notification. Then I noticed that the amount on my card had changed, and that the old transaction with the rental company had been lowered. In other terms, my transaction history had been altered and was now incorrect and can't be relied on! The support chat is another problem. Very often it breaks, I've had issues where I can't write back to the support staff as the input is disabled during a active chat, or the scroll stops working so I can't see the chat history. The notifications on the phone are often late and chat gets cut of if you don't reply back within 1-2 minutes, instead of just being put on hold. And again if the app crashes or has any other issues, as it often does, that that is gone and you need to start all over again.

    I like the card but I wish it was more like cashapp and your funds appear automatically when you transfer. It always takes 5 days...why so long? I don't want to have my check direct deposited into this card but want to use it as a back up. Wish they could change that...

    Best bank app so far. Considering that this is an online-only/digital bank that shouldn't come as a surprise. You can do through the app virtually anything you could in a branch, and you'd better, because there are no branches to go to. It's realtime integration with a modern smartphone and all the security benefits that come with it, is probably the icing on the cake. On the other hand, if you actually ever need to deposit real money you'd better have another account to do so...

    EDIT: After multiple tries to process the payment and restart the app, the problem resolved itself. Overall, I've had a positive experience banking with N26, and I appreciate their quick response in this case. The app worked fine, but then suddenly would not allow me to confirm pending payments. If the app stops me from using one of the basic functions of my card, then what is the point?

    It's almost 5 stars. Quick, very responsive and intuitive. I have used the customer care service online once and it is quite efficient. The only problem for me is about the quantity of spaces, 2 for a basic account is not enough. I know I can upgrade but spending €12/month only for having a couple of spaces more doesn't make sense and I do not need the other features for now.

    The issue was solved by restarting phone right after reinstalling the app The app doesn't work after I got a new phone. At all. Log in menu is completely inactive, as if it was a screenshot. I don't know what's the problem, I got the latest update and didn't use the previous one on this phone. Other than that I'm completely satisfied with my experience with N26. The only drawback is that sustainability policy is unclear, and there seems to be no information on where does the bank invest money.

    Ok. There are better banks internationally. The online support is ok for Germany. 3€ for rejected transactions is a little much. N26 isn't compatable with retailers that only accept EC karte. I have never been able to deposit cash. In response to the developer, I understand how the deposit should work, it's usually the checkout people who are confused. Overall: Good online support for Germany, though more and more banks are offering online services (ING for example).

    I did a twice video identity verification but it didn't work because my documents were not accepted and the Identification Team asked me to Email the support Team about this issue. So i sent an email and they told me that they can't offer me an account. Unfortunately that disappointed me, how you are unable to confirm my identity with all the documents that I have submitted. I have many friends who own accounts in N26 and they have activated them with the same documents that I have provided you.

Every problem has been envisaged and solution provided in the app. Also, the security measure in place is topnotch. I'd recommend any day any time. I'd recommend an "activatable" Features introduction whenever new features are added.

    If I could zero stars I would ! I've been using N26 for months and out of the blue they freeze my account and deny me access to my funds. Please DO NOT bank here! Customer service will tell you to wait for an email that never comes and they can't further assist you. I've sent the documents they requested and still nothing. I have 3 children and a small business to support. How could they treat customers like this. Ill be filing a complaint with the FDIC and CFPB.

    Greatest banking experience ever! The app itself works flawlessly on my Oneplus 3T, always snappy, and with the fastest sync system I've ever seen. Bank-side its even greater: I usually receive my SEPA transfers the next working day, which is awesome. Still exploring the other functionalities but so far I've found spaces and rules very useful.

    Nothing wrong with this app, it's stable functional and has a nice design. But I'm from Holland and we work mainly with debit cards (hence my need for a credit card for Amazon Payments) and what I am missing is a function like with PayPal that connects it to your bank account, and deducts money as you use the account. I now can only use an option outside of the app, namely to wire money directly to the account and that can take up to three work days to finish.

However, I'd like to control the contactless turning on and off, because sometimes I have to put the pin in less-than-€20 payments and another times I haven't put it in more-than-€20 payments.     N26 is from far my favorite bank. The easiness and clearness to know everything that happens in your account is what differentiate N26 from all other banks. The notification for every purchase is incredible fast and make it even safer. My only request/suggestion would be to improve the statistics part of the app. I can see my expanses per category in a month, but I can't see how these categories are doing in a broader date range. I would give 4,5 stars if possible.

Password Manager generated a safe, unique, long password for N26 on Chrome (basically ~20 random characters) however every time I open N26 app, (or time-out after few minutes) I MUST enter this long password again. WHY NO "REMEMBER PASSWORD", FINGER-PRINT OR PINCODE OPTION? WHY TIME-OUT AFTER FEW MINUTES? Useless app, full of bugs!

    I've been with N26 for over a year now and still receiving a great service. I would definitely recommend N26 as a mobile bank. The app is easy to manoeuvre around and moving money (Stirling to Euro's) couldn't be easier using the TransferWise link. It took just 6 seconds to pay euro's into my account from the UK. Another brilliant feature of N26 is the notification of spending which appears on your phone. (Almost immediately some times depending on your data signal). 5 stars all the way!

    I've opened a savings account from this bank and once the first transaction is done, it's not user friendly to make another transaction. The savings account should be visible on the Home page menu and something called New transfer should be visible straight away. Instead, it's hidden in a tab called Explore. Other issue that I didn't think possible : I can transfer money from my N26 current account to my N26 current account 😳. I take money from A to give it back to A... Room for improvement.

    I think it is not very smart idea to use only fingerprint sensor or password for identification. Password should be long and complex, so it is hard to remember it. Fingerprint sensor sometimes doesn't work (depends on the phone model). I really want to use dots pattern for identification!

    Initial setup was difficult because I didn't have a good enough phone to support the app, but once I got a new phone it worked wonderfully. I can easily pay with my card, taking out money isn't an issue as I don't need to take out cash more than 5 times a month anyway. I wish the ability to take out money in other countries without fees wasn't only for those with the upgraded accounts but it still hasn't been a huge issue for me. N26 has everything that I need from a bank, I'm satisfied!

    I have been trying to open an account for the entire day, once i get to the ID verification step and start the video call, the operator can never hear me. (app has all the permissions, i tried reinstalling, my mic works because i used it all day to work, tried with earphone too). Getting in touch to the help desk did not help, and now the operators when i try again just close the video call as soon as they see me. Cheers

    Outgoing/incoming transfers aren't instant. Tried on 3 separate occasions to transfer via SEPA and it always takes a day. I've only ever had this issue with N26 and it's every time. I'm transferring to/from European banks like ABN Amro. Looking at N26 replies here they expect you to have a Facebook or Twitter account. Amazing how you have to hand your data over to these questionable companies to talk to N26 outside of their app. Their support chat constantly crashes my Samsung S20.

I presented the problem to N26 more than 2 months ago, but the problem persists. Long story short, I cannot purchase online with the card because the app does not work. Please fix it.

    As a challenger bank I would expect N26 to be better than an established banks in terms of user experience, no hidden costs, support, expediency, no bureaucratic processes, but it feels increasingly more like an established bank. I've used N26 for years and it's not improving, it's just getting worse. The app is slow and crashes a lot (not great ux). Support is average at best, but chat keeps crashing and loads very slowly. They take a long time to process some critical ops.

    Sometimes you just have to try instead of listening to all the reviews. N26 provides the best banking options for a student in Germany, at least in my opinion. It's the only bank the gives me an overdraft which saved me on several occasions. The master card which is linked directly to the bank account (not common in Germany) is also perfect, other German banks charge a fee for each card payment. All in all, it's the perfect banking experience for young people. Especially the free account.

    One major issue I have with the app is, that it doesn't send any notification when money is transferred back to the account. So when e.g. the airline cancels the flight and transfers the money back to the account, it shows the transaction date as the same date when the money was withdrawn from the account and no notification occurs. So I don't know if the money was transferred back and need to search somewhere back in history and I also have no indication when the money was transferred back!

I've had a problem where I cannot use the mobile app. It's affecting my ability to pay some bills and do transfers and I have pointed out this issue to customer support weeks ago. They have since reached out and asked for the same information. Now yet another week has passed without any info on the status of the investigation nor have they provided any temporary measures while they do this investigation.

    Trying to open a new account and frankly I am going to close it already. Everything is done through the app? There is no web interface as a second option in case the app doesn't work (which it does not on my Moto Z2 Force, Android Oreo 8.0.0)? Never seen anything like this before. App gets stuck trying to measure the internet connection speed, then it crashes. Upon clearing cache and data it asked me for the verification code again, then locked me out for an hour.     The spaces saving feature that allows you to make saving goals IN THE checking account and save up for separate things like a new car, travel, etc is PHENOMENAL ✅😯. It pretty much makes savings apps like Qapital useless and is a festure that is not available in any app. It so easy to add money to your card, but N26 allows direct transfers FROM A DEBIT CARD (instant). So these are 2 game changers for personal finance. On top of that, the UI/UX design of the web and phone app is so nice. 💯

Answering support: No. The phone is perfect, the connection was good. I was in a phone booth, so it was also silent. The only problem was that your so called expert doesn't know the difference between a watermark and reflection. He also got nervous and rude at the end... check the recorded call. As I said - a joke

    When you invite a friend to join N26, only you receive a benefit from it (15€). Please make it so that both people can benefit, maybe 50-50 of the amount to each account.     Stay away from it!!! I opened a account with them 2 years ago I changed my phone nr. since then (two years I can not access my account) there is no phone nr to call. The only phone nr is for blocking cards and that's a computer too. So there is no direct way to contact them. The chat option is only available if you are in your account so if you can not access your account you lost. They have charged me for two years fees and now I'm in negative. I have send hundres of mails but no reply. Scam!

These idiots have paired your phone, the one used to create your account, to their app, so if you ever lose your phone, if it gets stolen, if it breaks or you want to buy a new one, you won't be able to access your account with a new phone.     The description promisses account creation in 8 minutes, but this is far from reality: I was required for a video chat. The first representative disconnected the call after less then 5 seconds. The other representative was smug at occasions, and could not verify my documents - both the passport and the residence card - which are valid & I never had a problem with them in other services(including my "Revolut"), and instead referred me to "talk with N26". Was I not talking with N26 untill now?

    PLEASE let us either be able to use a PIN/OTP for the app login or add a trusted device/OTP option for the web version. When I want to login to the web page I need to submit my password twice, once on the browser and once on the mobile, so that I can confirm the web login. It's frustrating and no I do not want to use the fingerprint unlock. Other banks, which are not as good as yours, already support this.

    The video call for verification has a bug that I cannot hear the agent at all, I gave N26 app all permissions on my device, I see the agent clearly, the agent can see and hear me clearly but I cannot hear the agent at all, I even reinstalled the app and re-linked my phone but nope. You need to add a way to test the communication devices, otherwise I can't troubleshoot the issue and no one can help me with that.

    UPDATE: my account got fixed after a day of "review" but then their system glitched and no withdrawals for a while now... My card locked and account blocked automatically randomly!!! There are 0 options to turn it back on. No customer service options available. Even the phone number doesn't allow you to talk to anyone! I use the code and it says account is blocked! I have been using it for months without issue and now my card gets declined with money in the account!! Fix this!!!

    Great bank and customer service. Had a few minor issues when creating my account, but the staff was quick to fix the bug and my account was opened just one week later. The online banking platform is absolutely changing my life for the better as an expat in Italy as I no longer need to spend hours leaving work to make a physical appointment for any minor issue with my account as I did for my previous traditional bank.

    I have had an account for around a year with this bank. I keep it as a card I cannot touch and therefore can use to save. There are no benefits to this other than I keep this card locked away. There is no interest and there are very few perks. I found out today that whomever decides whatever constitutes 'suspicious' activity flagged my account and I was not notified until I contacted support via chat because calling is completely blocked if you are suspended without cause.

I've reached out to the bank multiple times but have yet to receive a card after numerous attempts. I was so excited to join this bank last year but it's just been one huge disappointment. Based on other reviews I've seen around I'm not the only one to experience this issue. Thankfully, there's no money in the account so I'm less worried about the debit card that never arrived.

    I have been using this bank for a Year ! My wife has bank accounts with 2 "normal" banks in Germany. But we end up using the Mastercard from n26 on all our internet purchases. Viewing your account is literally a one click process. I love it. And its Free!!!!

    This app is terrible. I set up direct deposit with my work. My money has not been put in my account. I called customer service. They told me it takes 1-3 business days for my deposit to be processed. What the hell? Never has this happened to me. They also said this is with any bank and or debit card . No its not.     All i asked was to cancel a transaction. All you did - nothing! I tried via support, via Twitter, via appstore... Nothing happens... Only typical answer "we will do blah blah"... You promised to run an investigation. And it's about a 60+ days without any updates!! Very disappointed... Update: one support manager answered it's impossible, other just disappeared. When i leave an app, all history are gone. Useless chat, useless support. I'm so disappointed.

    Nice and intuitive app, useful statistics and future transfers are available. Missing for me is to scan invoices/copy paste text from an email to do IBAN transfers. It's annoying to create bank contacts manually, those should be generated automatically.

    For some time now I'm no longer able to see numbers in the app (balance, transactions). Google Play Services are installed. - I'm going to leave this bank. Just too many technical issues. It's no joke to not have a reliable access to your money!

    One of the best online apps. It never crashed. It is easy to use, navigate. There is plenty of information there. The spaces separators is a really good idea. I keep recommending the bank everywhere I go.

    Great experience so far, app fail or issues easily recoverable, intuitive, cool features as spaces to allocate money in different pig banks, limit of spending online or withdrawal configuration, discounts in some cool stores and the card itself, beautiful and simple design

    Great app and fair pricing for the service. My only wish is that there was a way to spend money directly from a Space - something a lot of competitors have. It would make the upgrade to You or Metal more worth it.

    Good bank, especially for Germany where everything through a normal bank comes with a fee. The only drawback might be the fee imposed on depositing money in your account, but unless you have a cash only job, you're good.

    I like it a lot. Basic but good enough for my needs. Free to use if you use it properly. Excellent on screen information. Instant notification of account transactions. Would thoroughly recommend. 10/10.

    The app simply works and has an excellent user experience. I guess the app being their (almost) only interface for banking, they had to make it good. Well they did certainly did a great job on it!

    Amaizing!!!!!!!!!! That's it. You have all in one app. Web loging also has excel export. One stop app. Edit: After 2 years of using this is my main bank now. I hope you will spread true out eu and offer better local support with all additional banking thingies.

    Very good, but some featutres would be nice to have 1) Spaces rearrangement (I have to scroll to the most used ones and the unused are at the beginning) 2) Scheduled one time transfers between account/spaces (now only repeated transfers can be scheduled)

    The WORST👎choice that you can ever make! The assistance is 'there', but NEVER solving the problem. I've been waiting for 1+ month for a card to arrive, and they just reordered it for me, so basically I'd have to wait for another 15 days(hopefully). It's a good initiative to have an online banking system, but go for ANOTHER ONLINE BANK instead. I do NOT SUGGEST n26 to any of you! Very awful experience, really!!!

    Great design and functionality; however, my date of birth is showed wrong. I contacted support and they said they have the correct date of birth on file, so I guess this is an app issue.

    Photo verification doesn't work despite multiple resets and calling customer service. If I can't trust the tech to work how can I expect to trust this bank with my money and my personal information. Update :: Received a scripted support message showing how flawed the customer service is. I'd rather have a bank I can rely on. Update2 :: received the same scripted message telling me to go to support instead of addressing what I'm typing here.

    After probably last update I have to login via password only, not via fingerprint. Even if I tried to activate in app, the message appears, the ..."biometrics not configured on this device"... My phone has fingerprint scanner, I used to login in previous version of the app.

    In payment description it's not possible to enter space or any other symbols. Only numbers and letters without any spaces. Now it's a problem to pay invoices and show needed payment references.
