Uploading of documents can take a long time. It takes two to three hours and its irritating. That's why i gave it one star. If account opening is so lengthy and difficult then its nice for me to erase this application from my phone. Weldone developers.

Found bugs in support page. For Mutual Fund - They are at their best, I think they have best tech , support and research team in place which do independent research. For insurance they are new in industry, I had some issues but they have great way to followup with their customer and i seen lots of improvement in their operations over the period. One thing can be improve in provide search engine for funds on home page with related articles that will be great to kickoff with investment.

All Apps started crashing after I installed it yesterday. Registration, SIP, investment, adding account all went smooth but I realized that hour or so later most apps started crashing. I do not know exact cause only new app installed was Finity. LG G7+ ThinQ Improved rating as app started functioning well and great support from Finity team.

Overall experience is good. Response to resolve problems is also good. But expense ratio of different funds is required to add. This will help us to understand funds better.

Don't know how people are giving more than 4 stars when in fact this app deserves less than 0 stars. I can't even buy any MFs everytime payment is just rejected. Overall experience is negative. I don't see any such issues with other similar apps.

Finity app, quotes 10% higher price for mutual fund units , so it gives less number of units for the money invested, so you lose 10% if you invest in this app from the very beginning.

It's a very good app. Only one thing I have to say is that Bank and ECS mandate transactions should also be displayed so that a subscriber can have the knowledge that the Easy SIP mandate is active and regular payments for SIP is continuing.

Not accepting bank details....all details are correct even then " no changes are done " pop up notification comes .....how can I made any change if all entries are correct.

I never invested in mutual fund. I always think It would be difficult to invest in mutual fund. There r so many platform through which we can invest in mutual fund. I choosed finity and truly this make so easy to invest in mutual fund no need of brokers. Right now this app working and their service very good. I hope they will maintain same in the future too.
