    "Something went wrong, please try again". I had tried to login to this apps for past 1 month but to no avail (I had registered for MyTNB via browser). The app's OTP never reached me for first time use even after multiple attempts to unintall and reinstall. Hence, this app is rendered non-functional. Please take a hard look on all the reviews and fix it.

    I dont know why, either my phone or this app have a problems. If my phone is the problem, I still can open the other apps. But why once I want to open this app, it does not work? It take too long time to enter the app, and I can't enter at all. Please fix your app. Its too good for us to refer the bill. But when it always happen, it makes me annoying with this app.

    Dear Hisyam @ tech team. There's DEFINITELY something off with this app. At first, I thought my phone had issue as this app used to be very smooth and convenient. However after reading a lot of comments here complaining the same thing since OCTOBER 2021, I knew that the problem's root cause is from the app itself. Why don't you guys take the initiative and install it in your own phone and test it instead of copying the same template answer? And please don't start with the cache thing. 🤦

    Your pay bill function hangs after we have selected the card and entered the CVV number. It takes to a blank page with header OTP but nothing on the page. Tried many times, did all the basic diagnostics approach for any app but I feel your app is not ready to accept payment from me. Will revert back to my bank mobile app since your app just making my day more frustrating. Please check and do the necessary, will try again next month! "The clear cache solution does not work, so the issue is the app itself!"

    I read so many comments on customer's frustation on TNB apps hang and stuck forever. It is also happened to me so many times. I assume TNB has not taken any action to solve this issue. If they have then we customer will not face it anymore. It is not our phone settings. It is at your TNB side. Please resolve this at once. I've used other apps such as Air Selangor, online banking on my phone without any problem.

    As of 10 Oct, the app shows me a simple notice: Sorry, this is not working right now. Please try again later. It's been like this since last month and I am using the app to track my electricity bill and now I can't anymore. Plus tnb bill in my area is always missing so I don't even know what amount should I pay already. Please fix the app ASAP. Btw I already try clear cache and memory and reinstalled it. None of it is working.

    I have same problem as others and mytnb don't have to ask what it is. Peoples had been feedback this since last month. This app working perfectly last month. Why not now? What is the update/upgrade that mytnb done to this app to cause this issue in the affected timeframe?

    Useless app. Took more than 10 minutes to load the app but still loading and suddenly closed. I have proof for this event. This app contains bugs. To compare this app with Indah water & airselangor app, they are far better. Please hire competent IT engineer to maintain this app. Your incompetent IT team makes our life difficults and tarnish your company reputation. TNB is reputable company but created lousy app rated with only 3 stars. Should rated less than 3 stars

    Can monitor real time usage after install Smart Meter. However, to do so in this app, you need to logout and login again. Super unconvenience, every time when need to check on the usage, have to logout then login. Ridiculous. TnB. You can do better than that. MySejahtera even better yours myTnB. 😑

    I applied for tenancy change. I received notification to make the deposit payment. When I click 'Pay Now' it goes to 'Add Credit/Debit Card' & also showing 'Pay via FPX'. When I click add credit/debit card it doesn't open anything. Same goes to 'Pay via FPX'; it could not open the payment section. How should I make the payment without going to TNB office?
