Expect to have absolutely no fun with this game unless you just like throwing away money just so that you don't get absolutely crushed by everyone who's been at the game for a long time or even get any heroes it characters you can at least feel happy with. Waste of time, advertisements were selling a way better image of this game than delivered. The worst of which, other games have no issue delivering in. The puzzle combat system is at best what it has going for it, if not for power creep.

Great storyline and concept, good graphics, and good game play. But they make it soooooooooo painstakingly slow it grows old way to fast unless ur ok with spending money for upgrades. You can't even get a 2nd builder without spending money. Im all for games that require a bit of spending to keep up with the competition but this game plateaus in under a week before you spend a week grinding just to beat the next boss.

Not a puzzle game or a very good game, 3 different gems to match..really difficult. If you don't pay you won't get far, you have to close down at least 5 pop ups before each game starts. The buffs that you save for are by chance so on several occasions you save up to buy something to enhance your game and they give you rubbish, when you ask why the answers back are very condescending and patronising, if I could give 0 I would. The game play is okay if you like to spend most of the time watching the animation. It would be nice to have the option to tone it down. Although a match 3 game of 5 colours, the gem distribution is not even, often ending up with nearly half the gems being one colour, rendering half you team useless. There are limited opportunities to obtain ascention materials, so ending up with a lot of capped heroes for a very long time. Lots of time invested and patience needed to progress or deep pockets.

Terrible, worst experience in gaming. This game blows on so many levels. 1) drops of epic and legendary heroes is legendary low 2) board shuffling is terrible 3) any event you enter forget about being even close to middle because there is no difference between new players and old. 4) what works perfectly is their offer for you to spend money, they managed to evolve that to a new heights. !! DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME !! Leveling heroes is tedious and time consuming, expect to play for years and years with little advancement, unless you're willing to spend a lot of $. Pay for play heroes are ridiculously overpowered and you'll notice mana and hit bars move erratically to attain certain outcomes...you usually losing, even when you have a clear advantage. Chinese programmers ensure western teams always lose.
