Bad App, good hardware. The ux is bad but at least functional, but here's what's annoying me the most: For some months now, when you turn off a wifi switch in app, it takes about 1 second to push the command to the switch. If you leave the app too early after swiping a tile to off (or on), the command did not execute and is stuck in app. Only if you open it a second time, the app will have enough time to "catch up" and send the command to the switch. Please fix.

It would help if sunrise/sunset times are shown. Now you have to guess or look it up somewhere. Also in Timer: simple up/down arrows would suffice and would be easier to set the time.

This could be a very good app, but it has a horrible UX and it's full of bugs. The back button is not working as back, the schedule setting is horribly slow, keyboard disappearing when it should appear, cannot set a few schedules without crashing, then the entered stuff are lost and you can start again the slow and cumbersome entering process.

Seems nice but needs polishing there is a slider or something for the brightness.... I cannot change it at all... if I cannot change it, don't show it. It's kinda misleading. I maily bought this because of I wanted to change the brightness. Edit: I couldn't find the button because it wasn't visible at all when I had my phone brightness at under 50%. Black background and a black slider button dosen't mix well...

Terrible app, takes forever to open, the widget doesn't work half the time, sometimes an action is not registered until you do it again. The interface is unintuitive. It should be simple and work out of the box. This gets in the way and it takes me 30 seconds more to turn on the light than pressing the switch on the wall. Will not buy this product again.

The app is painfully slow and gets slower with every update, without increasing the functionality... Also, the timer (to turn the switch on or off) is the most awful widget I've ever used to quickly and accurately set a time. I don't understand why this complicated experience (I spend too much time overshooting and undershooting my desired time) was chosen. The graphs produced are erroneous compared to the raw exported data, for no apparent reason.

If you get used to the slow UI and response, it's ok. The mystrom cloud is completely garbage the devices even don't work sometimes, I guess of the unavailabiliy of the cloud infrastructure. Switching delay is sometimes very high from 1sec up to 1 minute is the normal. I test the support now, if they don't help I throw the stuff out of my home.

I created an account but never received the email to confirm, which means I can't login, which means I can't use the device I bought. 2+ hours and still no email. Edit: I had to use a Gmail account, my main emails didn't work, even though they are also provided by Google. Very frustrating. Had to reboot my phone to get the switch to show up. Seems to work nicely after that.

Appalling & infuriating UX design! The design of the app makes it incredibly frustrating to use. Just trying to access simple user journeys (e.g. "how much electricity did this socket/room consume yesterday?") is mind-bogglingly convoluted (our maybe impossible?). The app is in desperate need of a full UX overhaul.
