    The app sucks, i have hundred thousands of credit, but the app says that i have no credits at all. Also it says that i haven't bought any internet package yet, but actually i have already bought an internet package. As far as I'm concerned, if i didn't have any internet package, how come i can watch YouTube, play games, download stuffs, use the social media apps and so on?

    I am not sure why most of the people have bad experience with this apps. Since the first apps until this update I don't have any problem. All good and nice. Internet is quite fast and no delay. But it will depend on the location as well. Trust all the providers will have blank spot in certain area. Lucky me in Jonggol I have a good spot for Smartfren.

    This app and provider seems laggy and this app sometimes doesn't do what i want them to do. I bought an entertainment package yet it didn't work for watching netflix. I'm confused. Then I bought internet package and now I can watch netflix. The app is a bit confusing too. And the internet around my area only works pretty good at day, and at night it is slow.

    Very amateurish app. Crash a lot. Difficult to find the info you need. Force you to upgrade (even if your data plan is over) to open. A month is only 28 days.. A plan finishing at 23:59 actually die at 23:10. Eats a few rupiah so that when you add 100.000 idr you only have 99.997 idr (so you have to pay an extra 10000 or 20000 idr just to get your 100.000 plan. Horrible from both technical, user experience and business aspect.

    The worst app ever! Just bought 90 gb data for mifi, which divided in to 30 gb in the normal time and 60 gb midnight. Suddenly lost connection in the afternoon, check the data on apps. It said 0 kb left for the normal period. Trying their live chat on the apps seem unreliable. Im pretty sure i only used about 10-15 gb( checked on my phone data usage).

    i don't know what is wrong with this app, i have 2 internet data plan, the first one is active untill 5 March and the second one is active untill 15 march, and the PROBLEM is I'm using the second dat plan which is active untill 15 march and the app is ignore the first one which is still ACTIVE untill 5 march, am i must wasting the second one first untill i can use the first data plan? suck man

    Please fix ur connection there is so much spike when im playing games my ping from 60 to 130 then back to 60 , this is happening all time, and let user with unlimited package know how much fup they have left. And last one please fix auto change package, when i have midnight quota to download but its keep using my day quota even i use it when 1am, what for i buy midnight quota. Smartfren really cost much and give poor sevices to ur customer if i dont use smartfren number for work i already change

    i buy the 1 month for the 1st time was 75k and the next time was 65k a month. and is so good internet in the morning is so much better than the night, and the annoying part was the sms says "your usage of daily limit has been reached" and i was thinking "i thought you said is unlimited, this is not unlimited. 😬😕

    Sucks, it doesnt give you any other option so you need to stay updated with the latest version just for opening the app, even tho you dont need the latest update at all. Pulsa saya juga sempat hilang 25k gitu aja tanpa saya gunakan untuk apapun, dan customer service di twitter sungguh bertele-tele. Why dont you ask all the data you need in the very first place so I can prepare it beforehand and got it solved in a single question. Such a bad service

    Sorry to say this. But, it's true. Too bad service. Very bad internet connection. I'm really disappointed. Several times i contact with customer care. And report my complaint. But i didn't get any good reply and didn't fix my problem. It's not only my problem. Here lots of my friends have Smartfren connection. All of them have the same problem. Most of my friends already change the connection.

    Very bad poor connection especially when comes to Paket Malam hours, i can not even buy quota with notif : error occurs getting connection! repeatedly oh for godsake please give us another provider dear beloved Indonesia's.. :( PS: Already restart and cleaning cache while trying to use this mifii and / or provider but still work NONE.

    I've been using Smartfren for almost years now and surely this app is very useful in such situation for checking remaining quota and top up vouchers. However, letting user to force update the app when it's available is REALLY ANNOYS ME. For someone who wants to check the quota and not giving an attention to the promos (also the urge of having limited storage), it bums me up. Hopefully you guys consider this problem. Your app is good but forcing user to update is a no go. Thank you.

    [NT:For fulluse this app You are required to use a SIM from Smartfren and 4G smartphone] Average good only minor minus at Limitation daily data use (1gb or 500mb) at unlimited plan, Not yet 1GB there is a message if it's already 1GB limit. I thought it was only one bug, it didn't Although unlimited data still run(Proof when downloading large-scale games & video movies ranging from 600MB to 900MB)

    I bought the 75k monthly package and 12 GB midnight internet, because I tend to use more than just 1 GB per day. And then one day I decided to used it at 2 am but it eats up my FUP too ? The time for midnight internet to active is 1 am to 4:59 am, right? and it's clearly not written that midnight internet have daily limit. But hey, maybe I mistaken somehow so checked this app but guess what, my midnight internet reduced as well. So dear Development team please fix this or give some explanation

    Good app for a good provider, stable internet speed around 10-15mbps at my place. Zero problem at all when top up credits or buying quotas, my only suggestion is the spin the wheel menu looks "kurang sedap dipandang", I think the dev should polish and improve the spin the wheel menu, overall good app and keep up the good work!

    Smartfren connection at my home on cipete is so poor. It's 1-2 bar only!! Sometimes, zero bar. Even open the my sf apps, only loading and loading. Kinda hate smartfren. Why u are so great at central java but so poor signal at Jakarta? Especially in the building like home or office. So poor signal!!!

    this is worse app ...they say you will got 5gb internet package... if you download but that never come true's slow internet anyways...try another

    Every I access with Midnight Quota it's always no connection to internet access. I have already report to Customer Service twice, but it's not fixed until now. I really disappointed about this. It's feel like I burn my money to buy this internet packages.
