Does this really works? No is the answer. You cannot resolve issue in the app , how will you settle claims. One month left for renewal of policy. Wish to just switch to another insurer.

Not able to sign up a new account on clicking submit button just a loader and then loader goes but still m not able to signup and even the web portal is not working fine kept my mobile active for half hour while calcutating premium but stil it alwas shows as calulating your premium amount. half hour but no result i can only see the loader but no calculated amount.

The app is not able to fetch the policy from ShriRam server. Of no use if the users can not download the polocy details. Called customer service as well but they informed it is due to technical issue and will be resolved shortly. Tried after alMost 10 days but same result. Useless..

Very very worst insurance company, recently i met one accident, back bumper and parking light was damaged and cracked, car service centre said 8000rs for both damage. But, insurance company said "we deduct 50% of your bill and 2000rs for compulsory deduction and 10% for service duduction and also we are not paying GST for your bill". Finally they said we can pay only 1200 for your 8000rs bill. And also insurance cost was very high compared to another company, finally very very worst company.
